I want to tell you what it’s like to live in most of Israel right now.
A missile is fired by Hamas in Gaza…
A siren goes off.
You get 15 seconds to find shelter.
I want Americans to think about what that means.
If you lived in a place where missiles were fired at you…
Hundreds a day…
And you would get just 15 seconds to hide…
How would you live?
Stop what you’re doing. Run to a basement. A shelter.
And if you can’t make it inside…
Lie flat on the ground with your arms over your head.
That’s life in Israel right now.
None of us would be willing to accept this.
None of us would have to.
Every country has a right to defend itself against terror.
But they keep telling Israel… “don’t overreact!” “don’t fire back!” “be careful!” “don’t ramp things up!”
Let me get this straight…
If Mexico fired a missile into El Paso, you know what we would do?
If Japan fired a missile into Beijing, you know what China would do?
So why does Israel have to hold back?
Why does every country get to defend itself…
But not Israel?
Why could that be?
I think we know why.
A Jewish man was walking down the street in midtown Manhattan over the weekend.
He passed by a group of people protesting on the street.
They were holding up signs, criticizing Israel.
He was wearing a yarmulke.
So they called him a “dirty Jew.”
We’ve seen this move before.
We’ve seen the terror before.
We’ve seen the sirens…and the bombs… and the threats.
We’ve even seen the insults.
“Dirty Jew.”
Nothing original there.
So I think we know what’s really going on here.
It has nothing to do with embargoes… or borders… or anything else that CAN be solved.
It’s because Israel exists. And it’s a Jewish state.
Let’s be honest with ourselves.
There are some people who can’t get past that.
The world’s oldest hatred.
Anti-Semitism.
It’s alive in our time. And it’s not hiding.
It’s right there in Gaza.
Gaza is the new Nuremberg.
The epicenter of Jew-hatred.
The birthplace of a million young haters.
And they all want the same thing.
Kill the Jews.
That’s all they know.
All they ever will know.
In every generation that came before us,
They would beat up the Jews.
Harass the Jews.
Chase the Jews.
Kill the Jews.
Always the Jews.
And usually, they got away with it.
But not this time.
No more.
This time, we will stand with Israel.
We will stand for the truth.
We will stand for freedom.
We will stand for life.
And so I want to say something.
Something for those kids in the bomb shelters.
The kids who can’t keep their sheets dry at night, they’re so scared.
The kids who are just like my own kids.
They just want to play with their friends.
See them at school.
They don’t want to hide in holes in the ground.
We are with you.
We will always be with you.
You have many, many friends here in America.
And this is a message for Israel’s leaders.
We will not forget you, nor forsake you.
We are brothers.
The nation of Israel lives… forever.

In Gaza and this latest round of rocket attacks 1st Sameul 15:3 comes to mind: “Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy everything that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.’” From Matthew Henry’s commentary: ” In this chapter we have the final rejection of Saul from being king, for his disobedience to God’s command in not utterly destroying the Amalekites.”

This region today is known as Gaza incorporating some to all of Amalek. Its a tough passage to process and while I’m not advocating it I’m not denying it either. The faces of the family on one report looking for shelter in Gaza, man, woman, and children in 4 different schools is heartbreaking. But so is what has been done in their highjacked country by terrorists. I cannot grasp why there not a ‘live and let live’ mentality among the Muslims with their Jewish neighbors and why neither side can share life with the other. Hamas is to blame for these rocket firing campaigns and launching from neighborhoods, schools and mosques is the most cowardly of acts. So too did the Mexican Government stockpile gun powder and ammunition in Churches/Missions in the 1800s-early 1900s.

But the antisemitism runs deep over centuries in the region. Seems to the best interest of all that the Palestinians leave for nearby Egypt, Syria and/or Turkey and leave Israel to the small continent land mass it occupies.

A message from the ‘religion of peace.’

    Article 7: (Hamas Charter)
“Hamas has been looking forward to implementing Allah’s promise, whatever time it might take. The prophet [Muhammad] said: ‘The time (of Resurrection) will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews; until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: 0 Muslim! there is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him!’” Sahih Muslim, Book 41, Number 6985]

Think about it folks. Why does such a religion call for the destruction of Jews and Christians. Could it be that Jews and Christians make them reconsider the validity of such a belief system that calls for the wanton destruction of human life (of others and of their own) because its is expedient to believe, according to their belief system, without questioning at all. Certainly if they do question they must not do it in public or their fellow sisters and brothers in the faith may call for their own destruction.

A prophecy, October 19, 1984: “And then came forth the birth of Israel. From the dust, from the ashes, it rose. And once again it brought forth scientists. And gradually it has become a great nation to stand among nations. In a short while it shall reach forth and stand, once again, in its greatest time of trial, to stand as a nation, for once again, those of the Judaean faith, there will be those who shall try to exterminate them.
Now amongst them dwells a young man. And amongst the young men he knows of that of who he is. And he is that who we have waited for.
In another land, in the land that you now look at as a friendly Arabian nation, the land you call Saudi Arabia, dwells that that is known as the Anti-Christ. And the peace that was brought forth between Egypt and Israel shall soon be known as a false peace.
We say unto you, beware. For the hour and the days are close at hand. If we knew the exact day we would give this to you, but only the Lord, God, knows it. And when He is ready, He will give you this information.
We can say to you, hope that it is not in the winter time. And we say unto you, if you work in the field and you see it, do not return to your home for your coat, but flee, for you shall have no home.” [See Matthew 24:15-22.]

Hey, here’s some more on trivia (for you Islam-loving morons)… On what day do the prophets say that the killing of the infidels will be completed (as it is such a noble task supported even by our best forward-thinking, American progressives)???

The answer…..Never. because Allah will never be satiated with killing and the imperfection in the beliefs of his death-loving, virgin-loving devotees. Long live the Mullahs and holy men (if there are any) and some of the women and children too if they are not first recruited to do Allah’s work of prosthelytizing that involves dispersing one’s innards over the unworthy bodies of the infidels.

What’s the value of a people?

I believe a society’s contribution to the betterment of mankind is a fine measure of a people. Beyond world contributions, another measure of a people is how their society treats its citizens. Are Jews perfect? Of course not, but by any measure it seems obvious that the Jews are at least a hundred times more valuable than the Muslims.

Muslims have won 6 Nobel Prizes, the Jews over 160 ( http://www.rollitup.org/politics/307020-nobel-prize-winners-jews-vs.html )

Israelis have acquired over 16,800 patents – Arabs have less than 840. ( http://elderofziyon.blogspot.com/2010/01/israelis-have-16805-patents-arabs-have.html ) This does not include non Israeli Jews.

If that wasn’t enough, here’s a few more comparisons: http://www.imninalu.net/Israel-Arabs.htm

I’m not including Arab scientific knowledge, contributed over a thousand years ago, before Islam took over and squelched all sensible reasoning.

Worldwide: Over 1.2 billion Muslims – About 12 million Jews. (A ratio of 100:1)

Yes, but are you not just a little too harsh ofnIslam (in general)….? After all, those who follow Islam have the 72 virgins (missing their front teeth) for those dedicated souls who destroy, plunder and kill in the name of the higher power who fosters a belief in such a great outcome as the individual attention of 72 virgins (missing their front teeth) to those who would only believe (and dispense with any intellectual pursuits that would actually improve the lot of humankind (not to mention children). But, hey……….let’s just go ahead and kill the infidels…what the hay?

And for a mere $139 you can buy a pair of jeans that sends a message to those Jews over there. “We believe in denim and we believe in you. We support cheap single-stitch construction, and we support you. We defend the right of every free person to be defrauded by religious hucksters, and we defend you.”

    Stand with Israel, wont you?

    Palter,
Why the Israel and so called Palestinian problems are complex? If I remember right, two independent countries have been created in 1948 by United Nation that you like so dearly: Israel and Palestine. Next morning Egyptians, Jordanians, Syrians, and others Arabs country tried to kill all Jews. Fortunately Israeli Jews kicks Arabians asses against all odds and doing the same since then. There are no problems between Israel and Palestinians. There is one problem-the Arabs. Arabs are racist. They cannot imagine Jews leaving in peace among them. That is the problem. As long as Arabs and the rest of the world are racist it will be no peace in former Judea and Samaria. If you think this time the Jews would go in the gas chambers silently you are mistaken. They will take entire f…ng world with them. And they must because more than seven billion people cannot get along with 14 -15 million Jews. It is entire world problem not Israel.

Some of the children in interviews said that they missed going to school. I have a group of teachers who will do school online for them if we can get some help as to how to get this done. We are not looking for monetary reward just want to make sure these children are getting some type of education and have something to take their mind away from the terror they live in for a little while. If you can figure this out we will be online instantly.

In news story after story and comment post after post I’ve now seen the same thing. Liberals referring to Gaza residents as “Palestinians” and Conservatives falling for it. There are NO “Palistinians” in Gaza.

    Not a one.

Hamas controls Gaza – Israel has every right to kick Hamas of Israeli land. As, the PLO went back on their original deals with Israel, Israel is under no special obligation to give that land up.

I think they should bulldoze the entire Gaza strip. Every school, every hospital, every house, every building. They may get yelled at and have a whole lot of apologizing to do later; but, they should get it done and be done with this mess.

Hamas warns Israel, “We love death more than you love life.” This answers those timid people who would rather roll over and let the biggest aggressor have its way – hoping that innocent life is not taken in the bargain!
