Obama’s College Classmate: ‘The Obama Scandal Is at Columbia’
I am President Obama’s classmate at Columbia University, Class of ’83. I am also one of the most accurate Las Vegas oddsmakers and prognosticators. Accurate enough that I was awarded my own star on the Las Vegas Walk of Stars. And I smell something rotten in Denmark. Obama has a big skeleton in his closet. It’s his college records. Call it “gut instinct” but my gut is almost always right. Obama has a secret hidden at Columbia- and it’s a bad one that threatens to bring down his presidency. Gut instinct is how I’ve made my living for 29 years since graduating Columbia.
Obama and his infamous strategist David Axelrod understand how to play political hardball, the best it’s ever been played. Team Obama has decided to distract America’s voters by condemning Mitt Romney for not releasing enough years of his tax returns. It’s the perfect cover. Obama knows the best defense is a bold offense. Just keep attacking Mitt and blaming him for secrecy and evasion, while accusing him of having a scandal that doesn’t exist. Then ask followers like Senator Harry Reid to chase the lead. The U.S. Senate Majority Leader appears to now be making up stories out of thin air, about tax returns he knows nothing about. It’s a cynical, brilliant, and vicious strategy. Make Romney defend, so he can’t attack the real Obama scandal.
This is classic Axelrod. Obama has won several elections in his career by slandering his opponents and leaking sealed documents. Not only do these insinuations and leaks ruin the credibility and reputation of Obama’s opponents, they keep them on the defensive and off Obama’s trail of sealed documents.
By attacking Romney’s tax records, Obama’s socialist cabal creates a problem that doesn’t exist. Is the U.S. Senate Majority Leader making up stories out of thin air? You decide. But the reason for this baseless attack is clear- make Romney defend, so not only is he “off message” but it helps the media ignore the real Obama scandal.
My answer for Romney? Call Obama’s bluff.
Romney should call a press conference and issue a challenge in front of the nation. He should agree to release more of his tax returns, only if Obama unseals his college records. Simple and straight-forward. Mitt should ask “What could possibly be so embarrassing in your college records from 29 years ago that you are afraid to let America’s voters see? If it’s THAT bad, maybe it’s something the voters ought to see.” Suddenly the tables are turned. Now Obama is on the defensive.
My bet is that Obama will never unseal his records because they contain information that could destroy his chances for re-election. Once this challenge is made public, my prediction is you’ll never hear about Mitt’s tax returns ever again.
Why are the college records, of a 51-year-old President of the United States, so important to keep secret? I think I know the answer.
If anyone should have questions about Obama’s record at Columbia University, it’s me. We both graduated (according to Obama) Columbia University, Class of ’83. We were both (according to Obama) Pre-Law and Political Science majors. And I thought I knew most everyone at Columbia. I certainly thought I’d heard of all of my fellow Political Science majors. But not Obama (or as he was known then- Barry Soetoro). I never met him. Never saw him. Never even heard of him. And none of the classmates that I knew at Columbia have ever met him, saw him, or heard of him.
But don’t take my word for it. The Wall Street Journal reported in 2008 that Fox News randomly called 400 of our Columbia classmates and never found one who had ever met Obama.
Now all of this mystery could be easily and instantly dismissed if Obama released his Columbia transcripts to the media. But even after serving as President for 3 1/2 years he refuses to unseal his college records. Shouldn’t the media be as relentless in pursuit of Obama’s records as Romney’s? Shouldn’t they be digging into Obama’s past–beyond what he has written about himself–with the same boundless enthusiasm as Mitt’s?
The first question I’d ask is, if you had great grades, why would you seal your records? So let’s assume Obama got poor grades. Why not release the records? He’s president of the free world, for gosh sakes. He’s commander-in-chief of the U.S. military. Who’d care about some poor grades from three decades ago, right? So then what’s the problem? Doesn’t that make the media suspicious? Something doesn’t add up.
Secondly, if he had poor grades at Occidental, how did he get admitted to an Ivy League university in the first place? And if his grades at Columbia were awful, how’d he ever get into Harvard Law School? So again those grades must have been great, right? So why spend millions to keep them sealed?
Third, how did Obama pay for all these fancy schools without coming from a wealthy background? If he had student loans or scholarships, would he not have to maintain good grades?
I can only think of one answer that would explain this mystery.
Here’s my gut belief: Obama got a leg up by being admitted to both Occidental and Columbia as a foreign exchange student. He was raised as a young boy in Indonesia. But did his mother ever change him back to a U.S. citizen? When he returned to live with his grandparents in Hawaii or as he neared college-age preparing to apply to schools, did he ever change his citizenship back? I’m betting not.
If you could unseal Obama’s Columbia University records I believe you’d find that:
A) He rarely ever attended class.
B) His grades were not those typical of what we understand it takes to get into Harvard Law School.
C) He attended Columbia as a foreign exchange student.
D) He paid little for either undergraduate college or Harvard Law School because of foreign aid and scholarships given to a poor foreign students like this kid Barry Soetoro from Indonesia.
If you think I’m “fishing” then prove me wrong. Open up your records Mr. President. What are you afraid of?
If it’s okay for U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to go on a fishing expedition about Romney’s taxes (even though he knows absolutely nothing about them nor will release his own), then I think I can do the same thing. But as Obama’s Columbia Class of ’83 classmate, at least I have more standing to make educated guesses.
It’s time for Mitt to go on the attack and call Obama’s bluff.

The bogus poorly forged birth certificate, no problem, the Connecticut SS number, no problem, the forged and back-dated Selective Service Registration, no problem. Obama is untouchable. Throw the race card, offer a bribe, and if that doesn’t work, either a veiled or not so veiled threat.
The Chicago tactics have allowed a usurper to remain as the putative president for almost 4 years and threatening to be illegally re-elected.
Where are the people in power with courage to stop the biggest fraud/charade in history???

Urkel (hat tip Tammy Bruce) and party are in desperation mode, they will try anything to win including all manner of stealing the vote. Their desperation to the thinking mind is apparent, as for the drones they are lost in their entitlement mentality. Second is am I’m guessing here (correct me if I’m wrong) Romney can’t use money that was donated for the general election until he is nominated.
I am hoping that he has smarter people than did Mclame (I voted for the hot chick) and that he will unleash the dogs at the right time. Only time will tell. Can someone tell me why there is so much talk about “No elections”?? I must have seen a dozen posts about that with no explanations as to why.

Hopefully we will see some hard hitting ads coming out of his camp then. Plus, he will have to remove the gloves and start swinging hard at any debates. The trouble there will be those running the debates. They will be set up knock Romney off his guard. He does need to find a way to put a dig somewhere into 0bama to upset him in the debates and let that anger come out.

Dont listen to FOX or talk radio? Yes, let us decide to only diseminate information to those that choose not to listen to everything and make the choices for themselves. Only those that choose to limit themselves with intelligence can be correct.
Do you BELIEVE that the CIA says “DONT LISTEN TO THIS” but you damn sure better know everything that is possible? Homeland Security says ” You are not allowed to listen to these transmissions but you damn sure better be correct 100% of the time” GET REAL. You want TRUTH you listen to EVERYTHING then you decide. I wish and hope Romney could play this the right way to expose it. i don’t think Obama’s supporters care about Obama’s past with Ayer’s or other radical associations. But this would be something, to show he lied throughout college. There would be no disputing his devious behavior unfitting of a US president.

I’ve often wondered how an “average” guy got into Harvard Law School. It doesn’t make sense. Now this guy saying nobody at Columbia ever heard of Obama, it just makes his whole life that much more of a mystery about where he came from and what his ultimate mission is.
Of course you’ll never hear anyone ask these questions from out “chosen people” ran Marxist Media. If anything, they will co-conspire with him to ensure he wins reelection….even if it means rigging the election and lying about it. Remember “Talk Radio” and “Super Pac Ads” are also opening a lot of peoples eyes even if you don’t hear much from Romney. Two is better then one and the “Attacks” will begin once Romney picks his Vice Presidential Running Mate. We know one thing, Romney’s wife will make a “Lovely” First Lady. Obama’s Transcripts will eventually come out but they won’t be needed. The Liberal Media will have you think that Obama has this election “In The Bag” and I know for a fact that Romney will be the next President of the United States of America. It would be “Grand” to see these so called College Transcripts just so we can watch the “Rock Star” come down off his “Pedestal” and realize he’s “Not All That” after all. I am not familiar with the author of this article, nor do I put any faith in what he says. I do find it odd that Obama and crew have gone to such great lengths to hid his transcripts. How is it that no one from Columbia seems to know Obama? Dinesh D’Souza made the same claims in his book, and I find him to be credible.

We just watched a month and a half, $100+ million dollar mud slinging by the Obama camp and his negatives cratered, down more than 6 points. Romney’s numbers were unaffected completely, in fact his favorability numbers inched up 2 points.
What you are suggesting is electoral suicide. Romney doesn’t need to go negative, let the super pacs do that. Obama is currently hanging himself, the best thing to do is to step aside and let him borrowing some rope.
The Obama campaign is in pure panic mode. They are making mistake after mistake after mistke…. “The private sector is doing fine” and “If you got a business, you didn’t build that, someone else made that happen” are mistakes Obama is making not because he’s an idiot, but because he is panicing. he is terrified. His advertising blitz last month did squat except make his own numbers worse. His fundraising has cratered. this is Obama running scared. Let him destroy himself.

It is a known fact that we do not have a man in the White House known for his honesty and integrity, this man is ruthless and has the most vile man as his henchman with Axelrod, who’s connections run from judges to organized crime and everywhere in between.
I have been saying all along for Romney to simply state Quid Pro Quo to Obama, you show me what I want to see and I will show you what you want to see and more since Romney doesn’t really have anything to hide. The question is not what Romney does with his own money, the real question is what has Obama been doing with We The Peoples money in 3 and 3/4 years?

Just because you haven‘t seen this info on sites like this doesn’t mean it isn’t out there. And, just because a thin slice of the American electorate isn’t satisfied with the information they have from him does not mean Pres. Obama is required to release any more info that any other president has. Most people in American do not think Pres. Obama is hiding anything.
Also, these stories of Pres. Obama’s secrecy are fabricated and have been debunked by reputable sources. That’s why you don’t see many prominent Conservatives following up on them, including Glen Beck. They just aren’t true. You may not like the guy or his policies, but he has given his life to public service and for that he deserves our respect.

Besides, this article spells everything out in such a way, it actually helps the Leftists. By spelling out the strategy of what Romney needs to do, it’s only tipping off Obama’s side and giving them time to prepare with a counter attack. This article should not have been written…..in particular about Romney calling Obama’s bluff …….he should have done it already without anyone tipping his hat with the suggestion about doing it. That way it would have an element of surprise and the Left would not have an immediate response because they’d have to regroup and figure out how they are going to retaliate.
The whole thing is nothing but a game anyway and if Americans are really so convinced that both sides are genuinely dedicated to helping the people. I say to that….BS… and it’s time people stopped being so naive.

I being someone who doesn’t really want to vote for Mitt (but will only to vote against Obama) would love to see this, and if Mitt actually did do this not only would I vote for him because he gave me something to vote for, I would probably even stand up for him, and give him support.
As it stands now, I do not step in to defend Mitt when people speak badly about him, but maybe I would if he took this stand…..Why would he not take this stand??? It would be foolish not to…..

So then what this guy is promoting is perfect. Mitt says “we both put evidence that the claim against us isn’t true or Reid shuts up and goes away.” I’m guessing Obama has more to hide than Romney so odds are high it works.

I was proud to pull the lever for him, but if you are going to rely on intelligence over party loyalty it is going to be a losing battle. In time my friend, maybe people will break free from the party shackles, but it’s not going to happen this time around.
As for the team Romney opening up after the Olympics, and convention, I have serious doubts. His campaign has the exact same feel as the McCain campaign. Wimpy, Boring, and lacking enthusiasm.

Posted on August 7, 2012 at 12:21amIt’s too early. Voters aren’t paying attention yet, and they won’t be for a few more weeks.
Remember, we are technically still in primary season, even though the nominations are certain. Romney CAN’T use his general election money just yet, but once he can, look out.
Other thing: Obama spent something like 2 months screaming “BAIN CAPITAL! BAIN CAPITAL!” and the polls didn’t move. He can’t go back to that well again, lest he make it obvious he’s got nothing to run on. So it does pay to leave a few arrows in the quiver for September and October.
Also, don’t forget, Obama has been relentlessly attacking, with an assist from the DinoMedia, and the race is still neck and neck, even with Romney pretty much staying in the corner with his guard up. I don’t think Romney is going to stand there and block for the rest of the way. I think what he’s trying to do is a political rope-a-dope: letting Obama throw the kitchen sink at him in the summer, and letting him run out of attack lines, knowing he (Romney) can walk out of it within striking distance, and THEN start unloading the haymakers.
Don’t forget, this is a Republican who got elected governor of a royal-blue state. How many committed Democrats did Romney get to pull the lever for him, in a liberal stronghold? Being moderate helps, but to pull a crossover win, you’ve GOT to be on top of your game politically. I think Romney’s got a better game plan going now than he’s getting credit for.

The way this nation was forged was a true miracle, a gift from God. We should all hang our heads in shame for allowing our guiding principles and culture to fade so quickly.

He embraced them! We see the results! Kengore even tells of relatives of insiders in this administration who were communist sympathizers! I was shocked, and I learned historical facts that have been ignored or unknown before now! Read the book and share it with anyone who will read it! The media will never promote this book, in fact, they probably would like to burn all copies!

Romney has already said he’d be a bad president if he DIDN’T take advantage of every advantage the system afforded him, ironic because his father did not take advantage of all the tax loopholes he could have. And Obama actually released 11 years of taxes, and is worth 11.8m. Romney is worth an estimated 250m. Should they be in the same tax bracket? It’s also about how they made their money, and what their proposed tax plans are. Honestly, I think we’ve already heard enough from Romney to know that he would likely preserve tax breaks for the rich and cut programs for the middle class and poor, though we can’t say for sure since Romney seems to say whatever he thinks he needs to to get elected. And as to how Romney made his money, I experienced that first hand. Liquidating capital, planned bankruptcy, offshoring. Romney will never challenge Obama the way Root thinks he should…maybe Obama did find a way to game the system a get admission/aid based on his time in Indonesia…that doesn’t necessarily mean he wasn’t born here or isn’t a US citizen though, so whatever the skeletons are, my guess is Romney’s are bigger. And there’s no precedent for releasing transcripts, but candidates have been releasing taxes for decades, and all of them more than Romney has. I do love the “I never met him so he must not have gone to Columbia” argument tho. Seems factcheck.org found a few that did.

End-of-term pregnant mothers are encouraged not to fly by their doctors, but babies could fly, held in their mothers’ arms, and not be charged for a seat. I saw it all the time when I flew. Start with the billions of dollars invested in Obama’s campaign donors’ “green industries” that all went belly-up and laughed all the way through bankruptcy court! Then really publicize the number of times Obama has flaunted the Constitution and how often he has bypassed Congress, and bragged about it! Give some figures on how the increase in illegal immigrants (now semi-legal) will affect OUR job hunting! And point out all the name changes (what other political candidate has used 3 completely different names in their adult careers?) and the sealing or “loss” of all records associated with all of those names! (I suggest concentrating on other records besides the birth certificate, such as selective service, college records, social security number, etc., just because the birth certificate has become a clown show, unfortunately.) And the use of taxpayer funds AND taxpayer-owned venues (so he doesn’t have to pay for that) to pay for his campaign for dictatorship. And then there is the travesty of outlawing MILITARY MEMBERS from “early voting” in Ohio, with other states to follow, I’m sure. Oh, gee, the list is already too long…… grrrrrrrrrrr………..

Prove that Barry Soetoro was a foreigner when he went to an American college and you will be able to ensure this country wont have to endure another 4 years of Marxist-Socialist destruction.
Then again, if what you said above is a lie and you don’t really have proof then you are no better than Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi or Barry himself.

Even if there’s nothing illegal in his tax records, there is surely a whole raft of tax writeoffs and shifts we mere mortals never even heard of. It would reinforce his image of aloofness and indifference to the lot of ordinary folk. Remember the old saying, “He would draw his sword against his prince must throw away the scabbard.” Amend that to read, “He who would get into a pi**ing match with Obama had better be ready to get wet.”

OBama took a whole slew of them himself. And they took advantage of a tax deduction where they can give their children money up to 15-20 thousand, I believe tax free! The pesident earned 800,000 dollars and paid a reduced tax rate of 20.5%! To keep this in perspective, I made 85,000 and paid he same tax rate! Make no mistake, Obama takes deductions that the rest of us have never heard of either! He decries the so called rich, ha! He is the so called rich! He may not have as much money as Romney and I think that makes him mad to say the least! He is at least worth 10 million, let’s see his returns for the last 12 years! Turn about is fair play! Just sayin’!

Bounel was the person that Obama ‘acquired’ the SS# from. The dots that Orly Tates and Susan Davis have tried to string together have not added up and it doesn’t take snopes or factcheck.org to find this out. If you can’t see the falsehood in the stories put out there about Pres. Obama by the right-wing propaganda machine, than you are not looking deep enough and really don’t want to know the truth.
