The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has released its decision and they have upheld the restraining order against President Trump's travel ban and struck down his request for a stay.
This reinforces the temporary restraining order that was placed by the federal judge in Seattle against Trump's executive order putting a moratorium on refugee resettlement from seven terror-stricken countries.

Trump had roundly criticized the restraining order and attacked the judge as a "so-called judge," making many accuse him of undermining the judiciary. Experts say that it's very likely the case will go the Supreme Court to be ultimately decided.
