Trump-shunning Ann Coulter embraced by most hardcore of liberal feminists

Samantha Bee, liberal TV host of TBS' "Full Frontal," addressed Ann Coulter's recent articles decrying President Donald Trump's perceived failures to "win," and figuratively patted Coulter on the back for her apparently changed mind toward the president.

“She’s been wrong about a lot of things,” Bee told reporters at the Turner Upfront presentation on Wednesday about Coulter's recent spate of interviews and blog posts eviscerating the president . “I think it’s nice to have a little self-awareness every once in a while.”

"Good for her!" Bee added.

Coulter, one of Trump's biggest supporters during the 2016 presidential election, has been changing her tune as of late.

In an early May blog post, Coulter called the president "comically improbable" and slammed him for his lack of "winning."

Blasting him for her perception of over-promising and under-delivering, Coulter shamed the commander-in-chief for seeming to back off of many of his campaign tent poles, such as the Mexico-U.S. border wall.

“Not only is there no funding for a wall,” she wrote, “but — thanks to the deft negotiating skills of House Speaker Paul Ryan — the bill actually prohibits money from being spent on a wall.”

“The deal was that we were getting the Hollywood version of a New York businessman,” Coulter wrote. “An uncouth, incurious rube — who would be ruthless in getting whatever he wanted.”

“We want the ruthless businessman we were promised,” Coulter demanded.

During a Monday interview with The Daily Caller, Coulter hit below the belt again, and said that she was ready to jump ship on President Trump.

Discussing Trump's first 100 days, Coulter said, “I’m not very happy with what has happened so far. I guess we have to try to push him to keep his promises. But this isn’t North Korea, and if he doesn’t keep his promises I’m out. This is why we voted for him. I think everyone who voted for him knew his personality was grotesque, it was the issues.”

"I think all of the Trump true believers are petrified," Coulter concluded her interview.
