Your Christianity is bulls**t': Hollywood exec rips Christians who support Trump ending DACA

Amid anticipation that Republican President Donald Trump would call for the eventual end of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program — which delays deportations for young illegal immigrants — a Hollywood executive took to Twitter on Sunday and unleashed his wrath.

Upon Christians.

Danny Zuker, executive producer of the hit TV series "Modern Family," apparently deleted the latter tweet —  but fortunately it was saved for posterity so all of us can marvel at its erudition.

It's anyone's guess why Zuker took aim at Christians — specifically those who support Trump ending DACA — in the face of what would seem like a rather large set of target options.

You also have to wonder why Zuker apparently deleted the tweet. Why would someone with his sociopolitical stance in a left-wing town like Hollywood be concerned about offending Christians?

Anyway, he resurfaced the next day with a few follow-up messages — and you'd be hard pressed to call them conciliatory:

After Fox News' Todd Starnes joined the fray in firing back at Zuker — and Zuker replied with a reference to the Gospel of Matthew — another Twitter observer came up with a doozie of a question:

Ouch.

Strange, but there was not one strident riposte in sight from Zuker after that.

And Twitter users kept digging in:

In the end, Zuker's attempt to place some sort of existential blame on Christians for the end of DACA seems akin to a frustrated kid who — after failing to figure out up from down — finally takes aim at the easiest target in the room.

Try again, Danny.
