Texas preschooler is 'inspiring' her community with what she did in front of the American flag

An East Texas preschooler is “inspiring” her community with images of her fervently praying for the country in front of an American flag, according to KLTV-TV.

“A picture tells a thousand words, and this one you've got to see,” KLTV said in its report.

During a prayer service at Alpine Christian Academy in Longview, Texas, called "See You at the Pole," preschoolers were encouraged to pray for the country.

Cameron Gillespie, 2, took the direction very seriously. A picture of Cameron with her eyes shut and her hands tightly clasped in prayer quickly gained attention, KLTV reported.

KLTV reported that Cameron’s teachers said she was praying for her friends, her family, and for the country. They added Cameron’s intense prayer wasn’t an isolated event — that’s how she prays every time.
