Chasing dreams, turning tragedy into triumph

Justin Barclay has guest coach Nicole Zaagman on his program, sharing one of the crucial, tragic moments in her life which inspired her to truly chase her dreams. She describes a vision she had at sixteen years old, when she believes creativity is at it's peak, speaking on stage in front of a lot of people.

"I was very introverted growing up, so I thought that's not gonna happen or how is that going to happen," Nicole says regarding speaking in public. "I didn't know what I was saying, but I could sense that I was influencing people in the audience in a very positive way, but the thought of that just seemed so overwhelming."
