On “Pat & Stu” today the guys shared some of the week’s infuriating Twitter moments.
Samantha Power, former U.S. ambassador to the U.N., tweeted a belated apology to the minority Christians murdered by the Ottoman government. “I am very sorry that, during our time in office, we in the Obama administration did not recognize the #Armenian Genocide,” she wrote.
“It’s a good time for that,” Stu Burguiere said sarcastically. “You could have sent that tweet a couple years ago, and you would have recognized the Armenian Genocide.”
Another frustrating Twitter moment Stu wanted to share was a tweet from Chelsea Clinton showing a copy of a letter she wrote at 5 years old to then-President Ronald Reagan. People on the right and left have been speculating about Clinton running for office. She has stayed in the public eye, but continues to deny any plans to run.
“Dear God, stop Chelsea Clinton,” Jeffy Fisher prayed.
“Even the left is like … OK we need to find a liberal to stop her,” Stu added.
