Glenn explains that the movie "The Running Man," released in 1987 starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, actually portrays the year 2017 and it's just after a massive economic collapse. The government is trying to get people to not pay attention and entertain them with television, so they won't riot. He mentions a part of the film where the president is a game show host and has an agent.
Glenn feels the movie is fascinating to watch and see how far we've come in ways we never would have dreamt.
