What’s the craziest thing that you’ve seen happen on an airplane? Glenn Beck stopped by Wednesday’s “The Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson” to swap travel stories with Doc Thompson.
Doc talked about one of his pet peeves: when you’re traveling and people in your train or car decide to give a performance. “They had little performers on the train there, and I almost hung myself,” he said, recalling a train trip while visiting France. He remembered thinking, “I don’t want to see this.”
That reminded Glenn of another crazy travel story: a time that his plane turned around after a passenger had a heart attack. The passenger died while the plane was en route from London to New York, and the airline staff said that they had to return to London because it was the man’s original entry into the airport. But there was more to the story.
“It quickly goes through the cabin; he was an American,” Glenn said. “And I suddenly become a patriotic zealot that wants him repatriated to his own damn country.”
To see more from Doc, visit his channel on TheBlaze and listen live to “The Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson” weekdays 6–9 a.m. ET, only on TheBlaze Radio Network.
