Listen: Coffee and guns are the foundation of this veteran’s business

Do great coffee and a celebration of gun culture sound like a good combination to you? You might want to check out this veteran-owned coffee company that can deliver its blends to your door.

Evan Hafer, owner of Black Rifle Coffee, shared his story with “The Conservative Cartel” this week. He was inspired to join the military at a young age and become a Green Beret.

Since serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, Hafer has embarked on a journey to becoming a coffee roaster and starting his own business. He realized that political ideology in the small-batch coffee world tends to be extremely progressive and wanted to offer something unique.

“It was just not, not even close to where I stood, but I still loved the coffee,” he remembered.
