Listen: Megyn Kelly isn't letting Alex Jones ‘dodge’ questions about his fake news

Megyn Kelly is under fire from both the left and the right for her recent interview with Alex Jones, the infamous conspiracy theorist behind InfoWars.

The former Fox News journalist has released a promo for the interview with Jones showing questions about his biggest false claims; the full interview will air Sunday on her new show on NBC. Liberals are upset that Kelly is spotlighting Jones and his conspiracy theories, including the fake story that the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting was staged with actors, while conservatives are unhappy that Jones is being highlighted as someone from the right.

On Monday’s “The Glenn Beck Radio Program,” Glenn Beck and the guys parsed the promo for the upcoming Jones interview, noting that Kelly isn’t exactly putting the InfoWars founder in a positive light. Good journalists know to ask questions, step back and let the interviewee “hang themselves,” Glenn asserted.

In the promo, Kelly gave no quarter while quizzing Jones on his lies about Sandy Hook and Newtown. She asked him why he was telling lies about school shootings where children died, and he tried to change the subject by ranting about other topics that supposedly should upset people – including his “animal-human hybrids” rant.

“That doesn’t excuse what you did and said about Newtown and you know it,” Kelly declared.
