A horrifying example of injustice is the well-documented mistreatment of veterans in the Veterans Administration’s medical system. On today’s show, Kris talked about a recent interaction with VA health care – he called to get an appointment about a chronic health problem and was told he couldn’t even see a doctor until the following year.

Veterans’ health care is a bipartisan issue that all of us should care about, so why haven’t these problems been fixed?
