Rabbi Lapin: Big government hates your family and money -- here's why

A socialist government will prioritize driving families apart so that people are more dependent on the government, Rabbi Daniel Lapin said this week on “The Rabbi Daniel Lapin Show.”

The Obama administration reportedly directed funding to La Raza, an advocacy group that fights for progressive policies. La Raza is “pushing anti-family policies” that are actually the opposite of what Hispanic families in the U.S. want, Rabbi Lapin asserted.

Similarly, the Communist Manifesto had a 10-point plan to reshape humanity.

“It’s interesting how many of these 10 points all turn out to be horribly hostile to family life,” Rabbi Lapin said.

Big government that pushes socialist policies is hostile to people being financially independent and having a closely knit family unit because both of those things mean you won’t need the government to take care of you.

“Having a strong family means I need government resources much less,” Rabbi Lapin explained.
