Unfit,' 'unhinged,' and other things those on CNN said about Trump this week

CNN’s Brian Stelter disclosed on last Sunday’s “Reliable Sources” that he and his colleagues regularly question the fitness of President Donald Trump to serve. He said they ask each other:

“Is the president of the United States a racist? Is he suffering from some kind of illness? Is he fit for office? And if he’s unfit, then what?”

Stelter is just one of many public personalities who have adopted this seemingly concerned narrative. James Clapper, who was director of National Intelligence under former President Barack Obama, said that Trump’s speech in Phoenix Monday night was “downright scary and disturbing”. He even wondered if the president is looking for a way out of the job.

CNN’s Don Lemon and Ana Navarro have also accused Trump of being “unhinged” and suffering from “dementia,” respectively. Chris Salcedo pointed out on “The Chris Salcedo Show” that the entire network appears to be “predisposed to have animus toward this president.”

Chris noted that this constant messaging is repeated in viewers’ heads until it seems like truth.
