‘Pimpin‘ for Paul’: CNN Interviews Prostitutes Endorsing Ron Paul

Prostitutes at Nevada’s famed legal brothel, the “Bunny Ranch,” are endorsing GOP presidential hopeful Ron Paul in the hopes that the Libertarian candidate will advance the push for legalized prostitution nationwide. To this end, Bunny Ranch staff have created a “Pimpin’ for Paul” program in which their male customers can donate money to the Paul campaign, in addition to the fee for, well, services rendered.

While this story originally broke at the beginning of January, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer presented an interview with the brothel workers endorsing Paul on Friday’s “Situation Room.”

The women, along with their manager, explained why legalized prostitution is far healthier than the black market variety. While they are indeed Americans exercising their freedom to support the primary candidate of their choosing, getting the Paul camp to accept said donations is another story entirely. Watch this unusual set of Paul supporters share their thoughts, courtesy of CNN. Viewer caution: Many of the women are as you would expect — scantily clad.

    Prostitution is legal and regulated in the state of Nevada. It could be made legal in any state, but voters choose to keep it illegal, as is their right. It’s the same principle as states having lotteries or legal gambling. The support for Dr. Paul in respect to this issue isn’t about a national campaign to legalize prostitution (or gambling or medicinal/recreational drugs.) Rather, it’s about returning authority and responsibility to the states. This illustrates a point, but is not THE point.

      The prostitutes hung out with Jesus too, and he was not for prostitution. (not saying Paul is Jesus for those who think every Paul supporter is some bot that worships him) but just because Paul is not pimping *pun intended* yet another federal ban to add even more laws, does not make him pro prostitution.

      Yeah Keeping prostitution and drugs illegal will keep people from prostitution and also keep people off drugs…What planet are you guys living on? The War on Drugs has been so successful hasn’t it..making all of those Drug Lords rich and all the people in the highest echelons of government..Think Holder and Homeland Security funneling weapons to the Hezbollah Drug Cartel in Mexico while using our tax payer dollars to subsidize all of this while it’s “free money fot them and the Cartels..       I think it‘s great that these woman are supporting a candidate who doesn’t use their services rather than supporting the ones who most probably would, like Ken Calvert, Mel Reynolds, Anthony Weiner, Randall Tobias, David Vitter, Larry Craig, Mark Foley, Brian J Doyle, Jack Ryan, Gus Savage, Fred Richmond, Ed Schrock, and the two most famous politicians who have undoubtly misbehaved even if it might not have ever been with prostitutes (but who knows?): Clinton and Gingrich.

      organizations in the AIG bailouts to my understanding . The Sharia Compliant Banks are charged 2.5% of all investments and are fined 7% if they break any Sharia Law..all money going to Islamic organizations. Elena Kegan is the Supreme Court Justice appointed by Obama and she I believe was the dean of the Harvard Law Review and was responsible for converting more students to Islam at Harvard than anyone to my understanding..       Come on don’t be surprised about this, it is why Paul gets around 10 to 20% it is mostly from younger people and for these very reasons. You really think most of his followers actually care about getting back to the constitution or they are in glee hoping to legalize everything.

      @CSTINEM I believe the President of World Ministries supports Dr Paul..I believe a retired General from World War 2 that I know supports Dr. Paul, a good part of our military supports Dr Paul. friends of mine in the EPA support Dr Paul..The former chief of the CIA supports Dr Paul.. If Glenn Beck taught us nothing..he taught us to love the Constitution and to love our freedom..He said the man behind the curtain is pulling the strings..They own the media..they manipulate the public. (the sheeple) do you enjoy inflation?) Did you know that there is no way to go except down if we don’t get someone who can balance our budget and reinstate our Constitution. Dr. Paul has voted for us 100% of the time..He has voted in favor of our Constitution.

      @cs yes we do believe it going back to the constitution. which would make and federal drug laws unconstitutional as that really is a state’s rights issue. with many paul supporters it isint team r or team d as i see with many santorum, gingrich, and romney voters. supporters of these candidates love to talk about small government and how much obama is imposing on them yet they have no problem with progressive republicans.

      @Stage9, You guys are pathetic, Robert Locke is critical of liberals, libertarians, and some “compassionate conservatives”, including George W. Bush. He is an admirer of conservative scholar Leo Strauss (although, as a self-proclaimed agnostic, he is critical of Strauss’ atheism).

      Locke wrote two articles for The American Conservative,a magazine for which Scott McConnell is one of the three editors. McConnell dismissed Locke after reading that Locke wrote an article for VDARE.com suggesting the involuntary transfer of Palestinians from all of Israel as a solution to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict.

      It is nice to throw articles from people who hate Libertarian thinkers. Great moral convictions from this guy, not.

      Prostitution is NOT legal in Nevada. Brothels are legal. A street prostitute or call girl who does not work in a brothel will be arrested and prosecuted in Nevada just like in any other state.

      If prostitution was legalized nationwide, it would create another new bloated government bureaucracy. The women would have to be tested weekly for STD’s by government-operated clinics, with a mandate and harsh penalties if they don’t comply. And the condom industry would jump on the government bandwagon and get all kinds of taxpayer-paid subsidies. Crony capitalism combined with nanny-state socialism at its very worst.       God, you’re oblivious. Blowback exists, and the CIA and the 9/11 Commission Report is what said those things about the issue – Paul just repeated them. You’re like someone who pokes a guy in the eye and claims that had nothing to do with him punching you in the face.

And did you happen to notice today that that Iran plans blowback retaliation to Israel and the US for blowing up one of there scientists? Do you remember Nicolaus Berg..the 26 yr old contractor who was beheaded in the ME shortly after we invaded them after 9/11 His own father didn’t rise up and blame the Muslims.       While I understand why some of you, for religious reasons, are opposed to prostitution. While I understand where you are coming from, you are officially excluded from ever calling upon the Constitution for any reason whatsoever. There is no provision to prevent prostitution in the Constitution. In fact, there is a clear provision for allowing it. The pursuit of happiness. Is it perverted? Absolutely. But how many of us, many more so in our youth, have ever looked at some gorgeous celebrity and said “What I would pay to have one night with her….”

      How many of you have wooed your women you’ve dated? Taken her out to dinner. Bought her movie tickets. Bought her a few drinks at the bar. Bought her flowers. Bought her jewelry. Bought her this, bought her that. For what end result? Ultimately, to get laid, right? This just takes the guess work out of it and makes the transaction quick and simple. Both parties are willing participants. One individual is willing to offer cash for another’s service. Isn’t that just capitalism at work? Her capital was her body and as per our freedoms, she should be free to utilize her body however she deems necessary.

      You are not obligated to go to the bunny ranch or spend your money there.

      It’s none of your business what a grown man does with his money or a grown woman from doing whatever she wants with her body.

      CSPAN had a Q & A from little known Republican candidates and 2 of them actually seemed like their heads were in the right place. Although I proudly support NRA, maybe it IS time to keep big money out of politics. It’s always seemed to me that the presidency was bought anyway. (i do love my conspiracies though!)

      About the article: we have prostitutes nearby & they’re all hideous. I would support only legalizing attractive & regularly tested prostitutes. lol!!! You don’t have to support prostitution in order to believe that our liberties to do as we choose are being removed.

      However, I think that morality should govern our country but not that morality should be legislated. Making morality issues legal seems to reek of Sharia style government to me.

      Yup, killing, stealing, violence to people or property should be punished…I think many other things should be left up to us…
