10-Year-Old Pulls Gun on Woman Who Joked She Was Going to Take His Halloween Candy

Taking the “trick-or-treat” tradition entirely too seriously, a 10-year-old South Carolina boy pulled a gun on a woman Halloween night after she joked she was going to steal his candy.
According to local NBC affiliate WIS-TV, two brothers were among a group of trick-or-treaters Monday night. A 28-year-old woman who knew the boys came up to them and made the joke about the candy.
In response, one of the boys shouted, “No you’re not, b*tch!” and pointed a 9-mm handgun at her.
A police incident report stated the gun wasn’t loaded, though the boy did have an ammunition clip on him. His brother, also 10, told the woman he had a gun as well, but didn’t show it to her. His gun was not loaded either.
Police recovered the guns and ammunition from the boys and arrested them and took them to the police station. They were eventually turned them back over to their parents.
According to the station, police said the boys took the guns from their grandfather without his permission.

When i was a kid and did something wrong i got my ass beat by my dad, if i got in trouble in school my teacher would beat my ass but now a days you can’t lay a finger on kids when they get out of line. Kids today are no longer taught RIGHT FROM WRONG and RESPECT for adults. Both these boys need to have their ass beat but that‘s never going to happen and in less than 5 years from now we will be hearing about them again when they shoot someone and we as a community will end up paying the price for all these liberal feel good policy’s.

we had a young kid – who was always caught with – sneaking guns and playing with them. Nothing was ever done about it.
eventually, as a young teenager – he would “steal” guns – and go on armed robbery sprees – with his friends.
in the incident in which he was finally apprehended, he robbed the people – got their money – but when he got to the corner – he shot the gun – and “mistakenly” shot the woman dead – sez his attorney – he should not be held as an adult – bc he is a kid – did not mean to shoot the woman or to kill her – he only shot the gun off to scare the couple – so he could have more time to get away – before they called the police. The attorney also said, the kid did not realize what he was doing.
This kid’s attorney should be put in jail – side-by-side with this kid and his friends.
We are sick and tired – of kids w guns, their families knowing about it – and doing nothing – but yet expecting sympathy from the community and the justice system – when their kid kills people.

I sat down with one of the boys and tried to talk with him about his future. I suggested the he finish school and go on to college. His reply was interesting and eye opening for me. He said that he did not need to even finish high school. The kid did not need a job since the government would supply a house, food and most of the rest of his needs. I asked about a nice car and he did not need one. I thought alright about how to get down to this kids level. I asked where he would get the money to buy computer games and his repy shocked me. He did not need a job to get money, he could just shoot a bum. I then said that bums do not have any money and his reply was that they always had some change in their pockets. This was so sad.

If the gun were pulled on your wife or daughter would you be laughing? It was loaded, just wasn’t by the time the pohleece caught up with them.
