  Dear God the young people need to be taught what the constitution says. We need more knowledgable younger people like the fellow in the video. How do we get across to the younger generations that America is the great experiment and we are not done yet! Please please someone come up with an idea of how we get to the young people, I am trying but I fear my efforts are falling on deaf ears!

  If you believe in Marxism or one of its many forms, or you believe in Sharia Law and then take an oath to preserve and protect the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic, you commit treason. The implementation of either one of those governing doctrines requires one to subvert the Constitution.
  Unfortunately we don’t prosecute Treason in this country, for if we did, certainly Jane Fonda and Eric Holder would be in prison.

  I firmly believe the Harvard School of Law must be the worst in our country. A nation can say it has a constitutional government when 1) its constitution SETS LIMITS on the powers of the person or group running the government; 2) its constitution ESTABLISHES WAYS to make sure the limits on the government’s powers are obeyed; 3) the people running the government ACUTALLY DO OBEY the constitution. There are many nations in the world that have constitutions, but are in reality dictorships because their leaders do not obey their own constitutions. This is what these people in this wonderful composite by the Blaze want for us, as it is clear they took their oath of office lightly and are now guilty of treason. Mr. Obama, our Constitution is NOT outdated and it is NEGATIVE deliberately. The Founding Fathers wanted to severely limit government: the words “no” and “not” used to restrain governmental power appear 24 times in the Articles and 22 more times in the Bill of Rights. We need legislators courageous enough to bring these traitors to trial and deal with them. Elected officials: DO YOUR JOB!

  The horrible truth is that the only way they can realistically extend their power within the frame-work of the Constitution is to push the concept of Imminent Domain to where it can be used to crank down on ALL of your very real rights. It will be the last straw, the final inconsistancy, the open break from the essential meaning of the document as a whole.

  We need to keep asking them these questions on camera and disseminate the results to as wide an audience as possible. This will either provoke them into painting themselves into the totalitarian corner they come from, or freak them out into dropping their BS for good (I hope?)

  33 of the 42 US Presidents bloodlines can be traced to Charlemange ,19 related to Edward III, Presdients are elected by Royal genes not ballot. Obama is of these lines, it is so, the writers of the Constitution, we , sheeple can bicker of rights,over politcal parties means anything, the powers the we either do not understand, or, want to know about do as they please, it was for 100′s years in seceret, the interent has dangerous loopholes for their agenda.NEW WORLD ORDER.     I wholeheartedly agree. Where are the laws of treason? “Protect our country from all enemies foreign and domestic……The domestic enemies are in office.(With the possible exception of Obama. He could very well be a foreign one.)

    Dangy— I am glad you are still posting. It reminds me every day of the mindset of the Libby/Progressives and how far it differs from the mindset of the founding fathers and the Constitution. Further it exposes that there are people, organizations, unions, groups, or what have you, that truly do not believe that an individual can take responsibility and provide for themselves, that this duty somehow falls to an all encompassing government all in the name of justice and fairness. That I need others to set rules and regulation for me to act, that I cannot act on my own to provide for myself, my family, friend or neighbor. I am not being sarcastic. Far too long the Libby/Progressives have hide and camouflage themselves, so it was hard to identify them, but now they are very bold and are showing who they are. So, keep posting… it really does help me every day.

    Remember…there will never be enough whales in the ocean for Greenpeace.

    Exactly right, this does need to spread so everyone can see this for themselves. Folks, this is unbelieveable, it lays out clearly how Congressional and Executive progressives in our federal government literally don’t give a dam* about protecting/preserving the very Constitution they swore an oath to uphold. It’s downright treasonous! Either America is built on a Constitution or it’s not, they can’t have it both ways. If they can’t support it, they must be removed from office, and then leave the country. I sincerely hope that these clips can be integrated into political ads asap, as they tell the message very well.

  It is long past time to get rid of the progessive mentality not only in Congress but in the country as a whole. We have a lot of work to do and I can only pray we have the stomach for what lies ahead. Progressives and/or Democrats have treated the Constitution like a door mat.

    Mary Lou, how do we begin impeachment process? Can we all file suit against each of the administration leaders, including senate and house for failure to uphold the Constitution? I’d really like to see something like this happen! Of course we will all have to pay our own attorney’s fees, but what the heck … I’m willing. Will we be able to find an attorney who’s willing to file such a suit? As plaintiff, could we all use the name WE THE PEOPLE? Probably not, but I’d like to see it stated that way. Just wondering what would happen if all of a sudden the white house, senate and house of representatives are all besieged with litigation papers … makes me smile to envision that!

    Note that Cass Sunstein spoke of a UNITARY CONSTITUTION where the central government has ALL the power! The UK has this government and America fought to leave their grasp. Why are we allowing the government to lead us back to a centralized power? VOTE THEM ALL OUT!!!!

    vote them out for sure, but I struggle with holding them accountable for the dereliction of duty to serve the people and uphold the constitution they have done neither. My angry side I guess but they have broken there oath are there no consequences beyond not having the position? I guess it would be a two edge sword used against those that are not in power but seems to ME that there should be something done to stop this blatant disregard for our constitution beyond a vote are we not a nation of laws that apply to even the law makers?

    I think it should be MANDATORY that ANY politician who takes the oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States should know exactly WHAT IS STATED IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES! So if someone asks you what a certain section of the Constitution says and means, an OFFICE HOLDER should be able to answer without hesitation. Most politicians nowadays can’t tell you what is in or the meaning of what is in the Constitution. I don’t believe that is what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they created that document. People that are sworn to uphold the laws should KNOW THE LAWS!

    these traitors need to go to jail for life. if we were to try and violate any of one of these idiots rights youd hear yelling from the roof tops. and here they are trying to say the constitution dont matter. put on of them on trial and lets see how much it matters then. we are the stupidest people on the face of the earth if we dont lock these traitors up for life. they need to have some very public trials. and any time they try and claim they got any kind of rights they should be told no that constitution dont matter to you. we cant let them get away with trying this.

    Please……. someone correct me if I’m wrong, but when, say, a police officer takes his or her pledge, don’t they swear to uphold the law? What happens to them if they are caught on video breaking those laws or even denouncing them…. saying that they aren’t important or that they don’t care about them? Would they or would they not be removed from duty?

    Wouldn’t it be nice if the seemingly self professing “elite” in our nation’s capitol where held to the same standards that any of us would be?

    Article III Section 3 – Treason
    Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

    I highly doubt anyone in this video has commited treason under Constitutional law

Who are the principles to the contract?….The states created the Feds to work for them and the people and not the other way around. Can you say NULLIFICATION

    It is clear by this video who the traitors are in our government. While they do have a right to their opinion and free speech they do not have a right to be elected to elected office unless they know the constitution and agree to uphold the constitution. Clearly a document they do not respect or believe. These people are traitors and should be tried as such. We did not vote to have our country changed to a communist form of government.
