Ahhhh, this is just a guess, as to why Hillary Clinton is “rubbing noses with people in New Zealand”: Ah, she thinks that maybe, JUST MAYBE, they might be able to vote in the 2012 Presidential primaries here in the U.S.A. kind of as some sort of international EXCHANGE PROGRAM????? Wild guess I know, but hey, OUR GIRL, Hillary, wants it S O D A M N B A D , she can almost TASTE IT!

Perhaps she was a fan of “Tony Garea” frome Auckand, N.Z., of the WWWF,(WRESTLING) like I was, when I were young…..lol
Customs like this, would be a part of any political official, in travel.

Sorry… some real catty comments here. I don’t particularly care for Hilary but, being a military family, when visiting a foreign nation you follow their customs as a sign of respect. This was better than some of the ridiculous & insulting mistakes made by Obama with some foreign dignitaries.

  As much as I disagree with Clinton’s policies and believe that he was a disgrace to the office, I can honestly say Hillary would have been better than Obummer has been…wow did I really say that? Having lived in New Zealand for 5 years, and married a Kiwi, I can vouch that Nose pressing is the accepted traditional Maori way of greeting. I on the other hand would rather face the Maori Haka, than press noses with Clinton!

  I never thought I’d see the day when the Secretary of State would follow local etiquette when meeting dignitaries of another country. It’s unheard of. We’re the United States! Following a countries customs doesn’t make friends, it only signifies weakness. Praise God she didn’t wash his feet!
