There is a reason that Obama hasn’t produced an actual birth certificate. Its because he doesn’t have one. I understand the argument that being a “birther” gives the left something to basically make fun of conservatives for, but its real simple, the guy has not produced a valid birth certificate to refute the claims that he wasn’t born in America! Why is that something that should not be discussed other than to pander to the liberal media to keep them off of your back? There are some things about Trump that worry me like the fact that he has contributed to Democrats in the past, but I like the way this guy sticks to his guns even when the majority of the republican party tells him to keep his mouth shut. If we don’t have some elected like that in 2012, they’ll do exactly as McCain did and hand Barry Sotero a second term. God help us if that happens or Mitt “Romney Care” Romney gets elected.

Serious question. My mother immigrated to the USA when she was 19. She did not become a citizen until 9 years after I was born. I was born in Ohio. Can I be president?

Buchannan said something about travel documents, which doesn’t prove anything, except that Stanley and baby travelled to Hawaii as soon as baby was born in Kenya. First baby and all, go to see parents, who put a birth announcement in paper a week later.

Look, if this is such a simple thing to correct, and if Obama REALLY wants to put the issue to rest, there’s a simple fix: produced the actual birth certificate. It just ain’t that hard, for God’s sake. I got a replacement in a few weeks with a phone call. And the freakin’ POTUS can’t get one? Or maybe he just won’t. I want to tune in to this show once they determine that Obama is a foreigner. They’ll probably slit their wrists over the news that their fearless leader is an imposter.

My parents were US citizens but they died in Canada and are buried in Canada. We placed their death announcements in a Texas newspaper. Everyone thought they had both died in Texas and were buried in Texas. Was the Texas newspaper correct? No!

By the way…Obama’s white grandmother worked in the Hawaii Office of records at the time. I guess she would know how to work the system? Ya think? She and her husband were members of the US communist party.

Remember in Gone with the Wind when Rhett Butler looks down at Scarlett waiting for a kiss and says (quoting from memory here) “Wipe that southern simp off your face…” ? Remember that look?   Annie, Why is this impossible? Women outside of the US usually don’t “take a break” after giving birth. There’s a substantial possibility his mother did leave & end up in another country within a week of his birth. As far as birth announcements, I doubt very much they have those or newspapers in Kenya… or where ever he was born.

  Again, if Barry O was raised in Hawaii for his first 6 years, where are the pictures of him in Hawaii other than vacation pictures? Kindergarten and first grade class pics. birthday party pics and pictures of him playing in the neighborhood with other children? No one has come forward with stories or pictures of them having contact with baby Barack in Hawaii. You would think with him being the first black president , anyone having such pictures or knowledge of his existence in Hawaii would be looking for their 15 minutes of fame on the lame stream media.

BHO’s “Certificate of Live Birth” which was produced by the White House could have been generated on any home computer. The true birth cirtificate, in use in Hawaii during the 1960′s when BHO was born doesn’t even come close to the “Document” that was shown to the public. Trump is absolutely right – - – SHOW THE REAL BIRTH CIRTIFICATE – - – if it really exists.

  As far as I understand the Constitution in of itself, only Congress has the actuall, legitimate authority to declare war. A President may declare a ‘state of war’ exists, as Roosevelt did on his asking for a full declaration of war on Dec 8, 1941.
  
  In the case of the UN, I believe that, at least of this time, there is no actual mandate they can use to force the USA into a war. They can only provide the consesnus under UN mandates (worthless as they are) for such action.
  
  Any international treaty for the involvment of warfare, or preparation of war if I understand the language correctly has to be approved by the full House and Senate. The main reason being is that the force of a treaty is considered as binding as any laws and legislation enacted by the House and Senate.

We had three grandchildren born in a different states than were we were living at the time.She went on to say she put birth announcements in our local paper for her friends to see.So it would be easy for Obama’s grandmother to make the announcement,especially the first born…

  I hope Trump runs as an Independent and Huckabee runs as the Republican nominee. Trump will attract the same people that Bloomberg attracted, leaving Obama with his Liberal base, Trump with most Independents and Huckabee with Conservatives. That is an election that Huckabee could easily win.
  
  One other thing… If Donald Trump is going to bring up Obama’s birth certificate, he should frame the issue as yet another instance of Obama showing contempt for our Constitution. Obama has a pattern of thumbing his nose at our Constitution, whether it was ignoring a Louisiana judge’s ruling that his drilling moratorium is unconstitutional, or ignoring a Florida judge who ruled that Obamacare is unconstitutional, or refusing to get Congressional approval for his war in Libya, or telling his AG to stop defending the constitutionality of DOMA in our courts, or simply refusing to show the American people a valid birth certificate to demonstrate his eligibility to be President. The last President to show so much disdain for our Constitution was Nixon and we all know how that turned out for America.

  there is a video on this site that shows a picture of Obama and his grandparents. please watch it. especially at time 2:19. pause it then move cursor slowly forward. the photo was photoshopped twice. in the one with just the 2, O’s knee is between them. the floating hand. the missing bench support. if you look at his O’s left hand there is a wedding ring. in the pic with the 3, there is a white line to the right of grandpa on the wall that is missing with just the 2. look at the hand on O’s shoulder-very strange position for grandpa. this was a lousy job of photoshopping.

  I simply can’t understand why so many who should know better say, “of course, Obama was born in Hawaii”
  With zero evidence other than a COLB and a few newspaper announcements from the DOH which are meaningless as far as origin of birth……”of course” is a stupid response.
  It seems that Obama’a American grandmother registered him that way, as thousands of other immigrant births were, in order to collect health care, welfare benefits for a grandson whose mother was a wayward, young unemployed woman and whose father was a bigamist, alcoholic foreigner, neither of who seemed able to support their progeny.
  Trump is merely Questioning With Boldness.
  I LOVE Trump, which is amazing since I never really gave much thought to him until recently. I’d vote for him in a hot New York minute over that Republican roster of milquetoasts.

Very strange, no birth certificate, no school records, Obama is hiding something for sure, and Trump is doing the country a favor by bringing up these issues.   Will have to agree with Donald on the fact that a Certificate of Live Birth IS NOT a Birth Certificate. My grandson was delivered (not alive) and he was given a Certificate of Delivery. Obama’s grandparents could have also received a certificate for their grandson. This does not mean he was born in Hawaii AND where are the hospital records?? Just saying.

  The question of citizenship for me is the years he spent living in Indonesia. I read that the issue there is that children cannot attend public school (which Barry did, again, if reports are correct) without being an Indonesian citizen. Barry would’ve had to relinquish his US citizenship (his parents would have on his behalf) and then when he came to live with his grandparents, he would have to have regained that US citizenship. Is there any evidence of that happening? Perhaps that is what the teams of lawyers are preventing access to?
  Really, this is nonproductive to spend so much time on. Mr. President, just show the damn certificate and get it over with. Act like a grown up.

  Birth certificate search is an evasive diversion! Obama knows he won’t be compelled to show it. Even if he is a citizen born in Hawaii, he is not eligible because he is not a natural born citizen!

  His entire life is one big deception, even many of the early family photos have been photoshopped to try to cover lies. Take a good look at the photo of him with his grandparents on a bench in New York, there is no way his Grandfather could have his arm around him with the way his shoulder is level. All of his college records are sealed as well as his birth certificate. I have even come to suspect that he covered up his Grandmothers death who he and the media announced had passed away on Nov 3rd, then it was changed to Nov 2nd and there is evidence that she had really died Sept 21st of 2007. Could have been covered up just for sympathy votes. Don’t take my word for this research it for yourself and come to your own conclusions.
