How in the hell can you pass a law to give something to someone who is breaking the law by being here in the first place? It just doesn’t make any sense to me. These “undocumented people” or as we say here, “illegal aliens” have no right being here in this country and should not be allowed to participate in any give away program that this country offers. We have got to have the most screwed up people in our government, state and federal, that are supposed to be running our country. It is time to clean house. Get someone in there that has some common sense.

This is part of a much larger plan to justify, illegals from Mexico and their intrusion into America. The democratic – Marxist party, has a plan with these California based assimilations. If they can get these undocumented illegal aliens justified in just one state, then they can force the issue through the remanning 49 states.

But the true question is why? The answer is simple really. The democratic – Marxists party (often referred to as the liberals or the left) has not been able to adequately infiltrate the Christian bible belt of the Souther United States. That area of the country remains stedfast in its conservative – Christian values. The plan of the democratic – Marxists, is to to infiltrate those commonly held conservative – Christian states, with millions of illegal aliens. Once infiltrated, they will give the illegals amnesty, which will provide the democratic -Marxist party with a sympathy vote and swing the once conservative Christian South over to the democratic -Marxist party. This is why the illegals have infiltrated states such as Texas, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, South and North Carolina, Arizona, New Mexico, and others.

California is the breeding ground for the democratic – Marxists legislation and implementation of their Marxist based social justice programs. Once implemented in California, they are forced through the remainder of the 49 states. This California law is yet another in the march foreword toward the complete assimilation of America to the doctrine of Hegel – Marx & Engels.

  While not a lib, I can explain it. None of them would give you an honest answer for, if they did, they’d shoot down their own argument.
  
  Liberals fancy themselves the champions of the downtrodden, and the United States is infinitely wealthy. Libs also consider themselves ‘citizens of the world’ rather than Americans. They see an ‘-ism’ in everything, most often that racism thing that no longer carries weight with many of us.Libs think everyone is inherently good, yet they look around and see everything is bad and needs to be ‘fixed’.
  
  Liberals are creatures of politics; they see everything through that lens or filter or whatever one might call it. They don’t get marching orders per se, but they jump on whatever might be the bandwagon when they hear of a certain thing at the moment. That’s how they can oppose war overall, yet think bombing Libya is a great idea. There’s always some new ’cause’ to take up, some loftier noble idea to achieve.
  
  As we have seen, they will sometimes consume their own. The only thing truly ‘bad’ among liberals is someone not being liberal enough.
  
  Libs are never satisfied, and never will be. That’s why it’s so hard to reason with them. Liberals are constantly looking for something, but they don’t know what it is that will satisfy. That’s why they scurry around on an endless hunt, not only peeking under rocks but also making stuff up if there’s nothing valid to be found. To them, there HAS to be some root cause for an event. Like with the AZ shooting of that Congresswoman–the shooter is basically good as a person (in liberal eyes) so it could only have been something else (TEA rhetoric) that set him off.
  
  Liberals proceed from a premise, and that’s the end of it. No amount of logical debate can get past that unless there is a major epiphany in his or her life. After having dealt with addicts, I conclude–tho I can’t scientifically prove my theory–that at whatever age a person starts seriously into alcohol or drugs is where that person’s emotional development stops. That’s how, I believe, a person aged 50 is as emotionally stunted as a 14-year-old.
  
  If you and I got our way, we’d be fine. Everything is roses and butterflies, and we’d sit on our porches enjoying the day. Maybe with a beer, or a cup of coffee. Our kids and/or grandchildren would be playing the yard on the grass, and and our spouses would be beside us. All would be right with the world.
  
  With liberals, tho–if they got rid of every one of us Conservatives, they’d still be on an endless hunt for something ‘wrong’ somewhere. For them, there HAS to be something wrong. There is always some new ’cause’ to take up, some new ‘injustice’ to be put right.
  
  Your moniker says it all, Patriot. To try making sense of liberals is to be drawn into their madness.
  
  Enjoy your life, Friend. I used to be very and obnoxiously liberal. I finally started enjoying life after I left that insanity behind.

Colorado is just catching up with the other states, as previously posted. NC is another state allowing the undocumented/illegals in-state tuition…and the colleges are lobbying for more building/classrooms from a state with a budget deficit.

what a kick in the butt for all those hard working legal citizens who struggle to earn enough money legally to send their kids to school and then to have their tax dollars subsidize illegals, after already paying all those tax dollars on every aspect of an illegal aliens life, from health care to social security benefits to public schools to food stamps , these illegals acutally do a lot better when you add in all the benefits they get compared to a legal citizen who pay taxs and does’nt get all these extras. WE HAVE TO SAY NO, AND GO HOME TO THESE ILLEGALS and we have to tell THE LAW MAKERS THAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO STAND FOR IT ANY LONGER. and until we do that, until we vote out all these liberal minded lawmakers we will never be able to lift ourselves out of this sinking ship we are all in.

I don’t really think that liberals understand that their interpretation of “compassion” costs a LOT of money; money that we just simply don’t have. The unfortunate thing about liberal “compassion” is the blow-back that we, the people, receive in the form of higher taxes in order to fund all of their social programs. I’m a compassionate person but i’m also a practical person. I wish that everyone could have access to a better education or health care or whatever the issue might be but this is not the way to do it.

This funding every activity of an illegal by our tax dollars has reached the breaking point. It is time to repeal the 14th Amendment. If our founding fathers were alive today they would be insisting repeal. We are broke and going deeper in debt due to these liberals and Rinos. (Yep, Obamacare and Bush’s prescription plan are all going to illegals…..we’re in trouble)

  They have taken over parts of Texas too. Austin should be called “little-california.” It’s wierd. They flee their dem-run states in order pay less taxes and keep more of their money. THEN they try to change this state into the one they just left.

So someone from another state is charged more then someone from another country that is here illegally? I’m sure that it makes perfect sense to the left and those who want a government handout. Naturally you also give the ILLEGAL ALIENS scholarships, and if they are a minority give them grants for that too. I have an idea, if you are going to give grants to minorities how about giving them to United States Citizens who are minorities, not ILLEGAL ALIENS from another country.

In CO, why should undocumented (illegal) immigrants receive have access to less costly tuition fees than the LEGAL residents of the other 49 States should they wish to attend a CO school? This is another example of the consequences of the failure of logic.

  My daughter went to college at Boulder a few years ago. At that time it cost $20,000 per year for out-of-state students–imagine what it is now. I guess the residents of Colorado will be hit hard with absorbing the costs for illegals. Since Boulder is very liberal, they probably won’t mind it, however.

  How can they favor illegal non-resident students over legal non-resindent students? That’s the real question. Once an out of state studnet becomes a student in Colorado doesn’t he naturally also become a physical resident?

My daughter can’t play with other kids because they don’t speak the same language.   BTW: tons of tax cuts are affecting my city college. There’s only 1 geometry class, algebra classes reduced by 28%, regular English/Literature/U.S. History cut….ESL – NO CUTS, Hispanic Culture – NO CUTS. Also, you get preferential registration status if you put anything other than white on your application. “Hispanic/Non-white” is how it is written now. That’s racist right there!
  
  I thought Affirmative Action was repealed?

Not only are undocumented students mostly from out of the state, they are from out of the country. Again, how does Colorado justify any out of state rates for tuition any longer?

  I live in Colorado and I am so happy to pay for illegals to get a good indoctrination while they work summers down the block so my kids can’t find jobs to help with their tuition cost at the vocational school. This will be one great way to insure some future votes for the D’s.   My mom came across on the boat from Europe in 1951 after standing in a long line for a very long time. She was granted citizenship and it’s her most prized possession. She never went to college and busted her butt to make an honest living. To this day she does very well.
  
  For the many people who came after the war in the 40′s and 50′s.. this is a huge slap in the face. For those who work hard ANYWAY and are legally here, by birth or by granted citizenship- is a huge slap in the face.
  
  Since when is it the government’s job to harvest so much hate and resentment for its citizens?!!?

If a American was undocumented and showed up in ANY other nation and asked for free education they would be jailed and then deported.   Illegal Imigrants getting paid to go do school on our tax dollars? How long before we wise up and starve the beast (s) ? No, not the illegal immigrants, but the tax collectors? Are we not a majority, then instead of paying, try the following ( it’s legal) . On your W2 form refile and claim exempt, or max the dependence so you pay no Federal withholding. Compute the current percentage of taxes you pay from a recient pay stub, then withold this amount into a interest baring savings account for the year. At tax time file an extension, that gives you until august to gain more interest. In August file another extension, now it’s December and the vast majority of Americans have been on a tax extension break for about a year and a half…remember all year long they don’t get your money because you stopped paying in…..three extension……and 2012 is here, New president, new Senate, hopefully both TEA majorities, then write a big check paying your taxes, and change your W2 back to what you have it today. Starving the beast. Pluss you get to keep whatever paltry intrest you gained, better than Uncle CzarSam getting it.
  Crossing twice our borders illegally is a Federal Felony, All illegals have crossed more than twice, all illegas are Federal felons and fugitives under the rule of law. But only, we the conservatives are held to the rule if law in Amerika, ain’t it swell ma?

  We are on the downside in this country. How many legal citizens will be unable to get into college due to the illegals taking up all the slots. Seems we put illegals in front of citizens to which this is extremely dangerous. And all of this so a traitor politician can get re-elected. I keep shaking my head repeating the same phrase, “how dumb are we to allow things like this to take place or continue”. Until the legal citizens arise, and in a BIG way will these moronic seditious politicians take note. It’s hard to get elected to a political position when you have no country. If your mad about this but sit home and complain while your watching “Dancing with the Stars or American Idol”, you too are part of the problem.

  Let’s not forget the tens of thousand “legal” refugees the government provides asylum to each and every year from hostile nations across the planet.
  
  When they get here they are given a drivers license, social security checks, a credit card with “getting started” money credited to it. They are provided housing, many times, on the public dime. Entire communities of these non assimilating ‘legal’ refugees are well entrenched into major metropolitan areas all across the nation.
  
  So, really, there is no difference. Government is trying to shift America into a different socioeconomic demographic. Why, isn’t exactly clear. But I think it is safe to say that they don’t like America the way it is or has been, for what ever reason. It’s gong to be changed, and there is nothing citizens can do to stop it.
  
  We no longer have a government. We are ruled. We participate in “the theater of distraction” but things ALWAYS yield to larger government, less sovereignty, less autonomy, more regulation and less freedom. And the battle to increase it ever more is vehemently carried forward by nasty pawns, like Shela Jackson Lee, Al Sharpton, J.Jackson (and jr.) and many others, while the “GOP” ALWAYS capitulates.

  Seems like a reasonable plan. I would not know how to start such a movement. Perhaps approach it like the flash mob people do, by twitter and email accounts. It could work. Perhaps you could get it started and let us all know so we can get on the same page. Your plan would put both the dems and rino’s on notice. Break the bank, so to speak! Money, or lack there of, would speak volumns, local, state and federally. Not sure what other repercussions there would be but it would reverberate for some time, especially at the ballot box in 2012.

  First I knew my fellow conservatives, knowing me, would realize that I was laying bait and not respond.
  Secondly I knew a socialist would jump upon the comment in agreement, thanks for being such a person.
  In the real world of fiat currency, such an action would have no effect, for the FED would just do a QE125. Therefor my supposed “plan” would never work.
  I’d conversate with you towards a viable solution to the economics of the FED, fiat currencies, and debt based upon nothing, but I’d be wasting my breath. For once proven that this windmill is worthless and pointless to tilt at, you would find another so called social inequity to tilt after, then another, and another until your class rooms are held in mud huts, then you would decry that the next hut had more mud, or better mud, unfair! You socialist will eat yourselves to your own destruction, you always do because man is the common denominator. One could no better communicate to you than Sancho could get through to Don Quixote.   Almost makes me want to move to Canada except that once the money runs out here in the US, and we become a third world state because we are broke, they will all be moving to Canada for the next handout. We need to start electing politicians that actually listen to their constituents–the naturally born and legally naturalized citizens. Illegals are not citizens and have no rights in spite of what the socialist liberal lawyers and judges say. Maybe Obama should build a hgih speed rail back to Mexico to facilitate rapid deportation.
  
  It ****** me off that today, I will be sending the IRS a check for over $1500 after already having over $10K witheld from my paycheck and military retirement check, while these people come her illegally and move to the front of the welfare line, get free education, free medical and now free college on our taxpayer’s dime. How much is enough for our welfare state government? Wake up America, we are losing our own country to those from within and without that want to see us torn down to the lowest common denominator.

  What I want to know is how much has already been paid by the US taxpayers back just to put the millions of anchor babies through public schools? Teachers salaries, new schools to get built, free lunches, teaching materials. How much did that cost for 12 years per anchor X tens of millions? No, No, No, we need to find out ways to tax Americans even more, after all we have to pave the way for the next generation of illegals to get a free ride on Americans so they can take over the country one day and turn it into a 3rd world garbage can!

  How, exactly, does one “prove” they are illegal immigrants? Seems to me that if CO takes this “progressive” step and makes in-state tuition available to illegal aliens, what would prevent a non-resident citizen from claiming the in-state rate?
  
  The part of this debate that is left unanswered is “What are these graduates supposed to do with their degrees?” Very, very few employers will hire illegal immigrant workers with college degrees to actually, you know, work in a job that uses their education? Is any company going to hire an undocumented accountant? reserch scientist? teacher?
