Stunning Time-Lapse Videos: Man Captures Trees, Flowers Coming to Life
Neil Bromhall runs an obscure, niche website in the UK. It’s called Right Plants 4 Me, and it’s a “plant identification guide and pruning encyclopedia.” Most people who aren’t into the nerdy details of gardening won’t care about the database. That is until they realize what else Neil Bromhall does. He takes time-lapse videos of plants. And they’re stunning.
On his YouTube channel, Bromhall has 188 videos posted. They show everything from beans sprouting, to trees flowering, to worms eating away at compost. Now that may not sound interesting, but it makes for some incredible videos. Below are a few of them.
This is an acorn going from seed to tree over the course of 8 months:
Do you know what the germination of a climbing bean looks like? Watch below:
How about a spring tulip opening?
And finally, an Allium — or “Purple Sensation” — flower mimicking an octopus:
Bonus clip! Bromhall shows how effective worms are at breaking down organic matter in a garden:

Posted on May 19, 2011 at 2:11pmJust beautiful! It seems the leaves were clapping their hands and praising God! And it all started out as a “seed”…..sort of like human life, huh? A seed is planted and grows and forms…what a miracle! And just beautiful…makes you want to celebrate life and praise the living God, through Jesus Christ, who gives new life to all who will repent of sins and call upon the name of the Lord for salvation.

Posted on May 19, 2011 at 2:29pmAll of G-d’s creations serve a purpose. Yes some of it seems harsh. But Nature is a balanced game. If you look at it in a certain way you can see how G-d has given man the intellegence to cure many many illness, infections, parasites and diseases.. Showing us his Love for us in a way that most dont expect.

The problem is the moment we actually use our brains to research such things people like Glenn Beck, The SBC, and others call us anti-god because we use evolutionary theory as one of our tools. A modern technological society simply isn’t comparable with young earth creationism.
If everyone reading this could avoid calling me a NAZI I would appreciate it.

Posted on May 19, 2011 at 3:27pmUnless you were involved in the Nazi party I would never stoop to calling you such a filty degrading thing..
That being said. I believe that G-d started this whole thing we call the Universe.. and everything in it. He laid out the plans (Laws of Physics ect…) and has intervened from time to time as recorded in the stories written down by man..
So by useing your brain to figure out a problem you are only doing what G-d created you to do..
As far as Evolutionary Theory goes.. A theory is an educated guess nothing more nothing less.. noone has been around since the time of the dinosaures to see it in action.. so noone knows for certain that it is right or not.
I do not see anyone who studies science as being “anti-god” only when they put Faith in theories do they show that they are the same as those who put Faith in Religion instead of the all powerful being that I believe G-d is.
I respect someone who want to know the truth…but just like beauty..truth is in the eye of the beholder.
I take it that you interpt science as the proof that G-d doesnt exist.. I take it as proof that G-d does exist.
And I do think that Science and G-d can coexist as long as each side of the aisle admits that they dont have a full understanding of what this universe really is or how it works.

A part of me wishes that the Greek Pantheon (or any others) are at the gates of the afterlife, and all the Christian’s realize that they’ve been wrong.

I understand your point of view, but most liberals dont believe in G-d. That said, I dont think that the original poster was calling liberals stupid.. just that they are blinded to the truth. And if we are to go down that road then how about all the times that liberals call anyone who believes in G-d stupid or ignorent or any number of other horrible names. Simply because of the Faith they have in G-d.. when they themselves have Faith in science.
