MSNBC Suspends Ed Schultz Over His ‘Right Wing Slut’ Remark
Earlier today, we covered Ed Schultz’s shocking statement that Laura Ingraham is a “right-wing slut.” As a result of his comments, MSNBC has suspended Schultz for one week without pay. TPM has more:
Schultz will “address” the statement on his 10 p.m. MSNBC primetime show Wednesday, the network said.
NBC News/MSNBC released the following statement earlier this evening:
MSNBC management met with Ed Schultz this afternoon and accepted his offer to take one week of unpaid leave for the remarks he made yesterday on his radio program. Ed will address these remarks on his show tonight, and immediately following begin his leave. Remarks of this nature are unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

You’re correct.
A week without pay. Asinine! Of course it is a publicity stunt. DUH!
their entire network is nothing but PROPAGANDA! Their mantra is, “A lie told a thousand times becomes the truth”.
I do not think for one nanosecond that the Administration’s new “TRUTH CZAR” will have any problems with what is touted on ALL of MSNBC…,to include Ed Shultz.
So sad…,one week. Really? So pretend…,so phony. What about the crap that exudes from the mouths of EVERY person on MSNBC. ? It’s the same message. Ed was just crass. All of them follow the same agenda and it has NOTHING to do with TRUTH!
Sadly…,I think that they know it and do not care. Ed is not the only MSNBC Monster.

ps. But Beck was right. Anyone who’s read Obama’s books knows he is a racist.
ie. From ‘ Dreams of My father ‘ :
“There was something about him that made me wary,” Obama wrote. “A little too sure of himself, maybe. And white” ………………………….
““It is this world, a world where cruise ships throw away more food in a day than most residents of Port-au-Prince see in a year, where white folks’ greed runs a world in need, apartheid in one hemisphere, apathy in another hemisphere…”…………….
There are numerous other examples , but some people don’t believe blacks can be
bigoted. Of course they can, and are . Racism is not only against blacks. Not these days.

Look at his track record. Is Eric Holder a racist, look at his track record. Is Michelle Obama a racist, she said for the first time she is proud of her country. Face-saving terminology, I would think. Ed screwed his employer by mouthing off. MSNBC relies on him to some degree, and now the network is stuck trying to regain credibility among even their own peers. MSNBC has a lot invested in a contract with Ed, so it seems a safe bet all the lawyers are in conference right now.
This same process was in play with Olbermann a few months ago, and we saw what happened there. No guarantee the same will happen in this case, but it’s a safe bet people are scrambling, putting in overtime, and burning the midnight oil over this.

And what should yours be for asking everyones children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, those yet to even be born, to slave for 60-80 hours a week for their entire lives just to barely survive after paying the crushing debt they are saddled with from wiping the noses of millions who believe “he who dies owing the most, wins.”
Many of us already take care of older relatives of our own…because we were brought up that way. Why then should we one day have to see our grandchildren suffering to afford a roof over their heads, or food to eat because they have to pay the bill left to them for yours?
Get a pen and paper and write a thank you note to your unborn great-grandchildren and place it in a time capsule. Have it say “Dear child, thank you for entering this world and suffering beyond what is your due. All because I decided to spend every penny I ever earned and save nothing for my old age. I appreciate your current life of poverty, which I brought upon you…and that of even YOUR great-grandchildren. See you in heaven one day.” Then again…maybe you won’t see them…maybe they’ll take their own lives when they see the hopelessness of their existance…an existance YOU left them because you failed to plan anything except to be taken care of on the backs of others for 20, 30, 40 years.

No consequence because FOX PAYS it’s employees to make comments like that. They probably get bonuses for the kind of language that other “lame stream” media fire their employees for.
Hey Billy. Parts of universal healthcare have already kicked in. If you are diagnosed with cancer tomorrow, guess what. Your insurance company can’t drop you! Good for you, less profit for the insurance company who has to pay for your treatment. If healthcare reform is repealed, I dearly hope you get cancer before that time rather than after. Actually I hope you don’t get cancer, just sayin’.

————————–
Well, if you hold out until you can negotiate $300 million for your vote…
Congresscritters are all whores, really. If not, lobbying wouldn’t be such a lucrative profession, would it?
You’re so horribly limited in your crib notes, aren’t you? Ed went off because Ingraham lit into Obow’s indifference toward Joplin; Obow waited days to comment and hasn’t cut short his Euro vacation, has he? Instead, during a major disaster, Obow says, “I’ll see you Sunday.”
Ed’s REAL freak is that his precious Obow got called, once again, on his lack of character. Ed, like so many on MSNBC carrying Obow’s water, are losing credibility because they are in with him so deep they can’t extricate from the quicksand O is leading them to.
Like it or not, Obow is trashing the very credibility of all his followers. They’re in so deep, so invested, they’re stuck ruining more of themselves to try propping him up as he keeps scratching up.
What was said years ago doesn’t matter, tho you might like staying there. What is happening TODAY, with your precious Obow, is what counts. If you want to play in the past, here’s one: Teddy Roosevelt, if away April 18, 1906, would have been back in DC instantly.
Obow, on the other hand, is still on vacation.

Posted on May 25, 2011 at 10:48pmfolks lets address what it takes for the likes of Eddy Shlutze to call a conservative woman a “slut”.
I personally believe any faithfully married woman (married for 5+ yrs) and enjoys regular s*x monogamously with her spouse is a right wing slut. Specifically noting the ‘enjoyment” clause.
whereas any liberal who is coined a slut is a woman who has unprotected sex…with anything.
Because of the many who are married are usually so bitter + they hate their husbands-just for being men. And their hubby can’t bring himself to ask her for a bag to cover her scowling jowls.

Here I am 51 years and 4 days later, I’ve flown the skies in some very fast things, I’ve listened to submarines prowl the oceans depths, I’ve worked at jobs most wouldn’t even consider and enjoyed them all.
One dream I had, all boys do I think, I no longer even place a value upon, being President.
What does all of this hve to do with Ed? Because it’s he and his ilks drooling over an illegal alien president named Obama, Sotero, who the he// knows what his face in the Awful Office. Posted on May 26, 2011 at 7:15amFor all of you short sighted cheerleaders of the Satanic party.
How could you be so swayed so quickly? Health care can be addressed by living for Christ. God is still in the healing business. As the Bible tells us, ” And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever. Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.”Jeremiah 17:4-6 (King James Version)
When you rely on mankind for your health you get what you are after. Just look at the crap that is in our stores. With all of our products are now built cheaply overseas and are a health hazard because the Chinese have not been regulated out of business so is the universal health care program.
There will be no incentive to do a good job because there is no competition and then there will be no money. It is simple the libs anly spew garbage, garbage in-garbage out. Garbage for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dreams of garbage and garbage is what they will reap.
“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”

Ed Schultz’s remark about Laura Ingraham being a “right-wing slut” doesn’t speak too highly of his character. Posted on May 26, 2011 at 10:29amUpstate, by “Obow” I assume you mean President Obama? Is that like calling Asians “gooks” simply to try to dehumanize someone you hate? Why is so often here that grade school name calling is considered legitimate expression of intelligent political thought? Obow. Cute.
Speaking of which, if I follow your argument, it’s okay to call somebody a “slut” if you disagree with them, and if you agree with them it’s out of bounds? Frankly, I think Ed is a clown, and that kind of name calling is out of bounds in any case. And friend, I think you must be incredibly naive to think that politicians don’t “horse trade” for votes. As you should have learned by now, horse trading is not some bizarre exception in the legistlative process, that actually IS the process. That’s how you represent your state. If that makes you a slut or whatever, then I agree, everybody in Congress is a slut. As well as every person who is in business.
Billy, thanks for your speculations. I’m not sure I agree though. The VA is 100% socialized medicine and vets like it fine. I don’t want you to get cancer, but if you do, I hope you don’t lose your job the day before under the system you prefer. They don’t treat cancer in the emergency room. You just die. I guess that’s okay for someone else, but you’re hoping that someone else isn’t you.
