Prominent Holocaust Denier Praises Ahmadinejad for Liberating ‘Free Nations’ from Holocaust ‘Lies’ and ‘Propaganda’

A well known German-Australian Holocaust denier, Fredrick Toben, has reportedly lavished praise on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for his “key role in breaking the taboo on studying the reality of the Jewish Holocaust.” For Toben and Ahmadinejad, however, their version of “reality” and actual reality, are two entirely different things.

Ahmadinejad, of course, is not shy about his denial of the Holocaust and rarely hides his blood-lust for Israel.

In a report by the Iranian news agency, Fars, Toben, who heads the anti-Semitic Adelaide Institute, accused Israel of engaging in “propaganda” where the Holocaust is concerned. According to Toben’s revisionist history, people who know the history of the six million Jews slaughtered in Hitler’s Final Solution, are merely uniformed fools and “slaves to the Holocaust.”

MEMRI reports Fars quoted the unabashed Holocaust denier’s views on Ahmadinejad, making sure he commended the Iranian president for “correcting a historical lie”:

“I conducted research into the Holocaust before the Iranian president’s position-taking, but Ahmadinejad’s statement guided me to grasp a correct understanding of this historical lie.” He added that Ahmadinejad was also the first high-ranking political figure and president in the world who questioned the Holocaust.

The article stated: “Toben further pointed out that the Iranian president has used a logical method to question the Holocaust, which is Israel’s main tool of propaganda, and asked nations to break the taboo and start discussing it like any other historical assumption.”

Toben went on to heap even more praise on Ahmadinejad when he claimed Iran is merely attempting to “liberate” free nations from “such wrong beliefs.”

It sounds like Toben and Ahmadinejad might be made for each other.

Free2speakRN: Thank you, ‘Blaze’, for the freedom to speak. What an upside-down world this is. We went wrong. This country of ours was founded on a creed: A creed of loving one another. ‘Loving your neighbor as you love yourself’. A creed of the Golden Rule: ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you’. There is terrible hatred in this world. These holocaust deniers have no intention to look into what is really true. They must not care about it or anything that gets in their way of what they want the truth to be. Lying, to others or to oneself, always ‘takes a degree of effort’. Truth just ‘is’. No effort is necessary. It’s so hard to identify with these angry and bitter people. Ike wanted the pictures, and, the townspeople to clean up the horrible carnage. He said, otherwise some will say this never happened. The Munich 1972 Olympics was under-policed to help rid the stigma of Hitler and the holocaust. The German people didn’t forget. WW2 wasn’t ‘that long ago’ in 1972. Just like the Hitler regieme, tell a lie enough times and people will doubt themselves and believe the lie. These people tell the truth when they say they want to kill us. We can believe that! There should be no wondering about it. They do not think about that it is ‘love that gives logic its reason’. Do these people actually deny the holocaust or simply just question the numbers. It would truly be revisionist history to say that the death camps and/or systematic genocide simply did not occur. For someone to deny this is just ignorant and takes away all creditability.
However, that being said, I sincerely believe that truth seekers should not be systematically labeled as anti-Semitic. There are people that have questioned the number 6 million as just too many to believe and have suggested further research. Labeling these individuals as anti-sematic only empowers people like Ahmadinejad . People have noted, as the death camps were liberated that piles and piles of people were observed in horror. I have no doubt that these sights were horrible and/or that there piles of humanity did exists. This in my mind is undeniable.
6 million people would occupy approximately 15 million cubic feet of space. Or to better understand the horror. 6 million dead would stack a 100 X 100 feet area approximately 1500 feet high (250 higher that Empire State Building).
I am not a denier . However to imagine the sight I just provided a mental picture of is horrifying. It is almost impossible to believe that people could do this from a moral and/or practical (feasibility) standpoint. Are the numbers truly real? Can that much evil actually exists, not just to kill and kill in droves but to kill an such an incredible rate?

Hmmmmm! There is no doubt thousands of jews died due to execution, typhus, starvation, and war in general. However…..6 milliion??????? I don’t know. I believe the numbers are exaggerated. However…on the other hand…if you killed just one because he was a jew…you still are a murderer. I believe a lot violence was done to the Jews….I just dispute the 6 million number.
