Man Arrested for Exposing Penis at Walmart Because Hes Aroused by the Store

Travis Brent Keen was arrested Aug. 9 for allegedly driving around a Walmart parking lot with his penis "exposed." (The Smoking Gun)

Fresh off last month’s story about the 51-year-old Oregon woman who wasn’t allowed to wear a string bikini top inside a Walmart, there’s a new report from Louisiana about a man arrested after allegedly driving through the store’s parking lot “with his penis exposed.”

It happened Tuesday in Ouachita, La., but there’s more: Travis Brent Keen, 28, said he had a reason for his behavior — he told a police officer he took his penis out because he gets “aroused” at the mega-retailer.

“Keen stated he did have his penis out because of past experiences he had at Wal-Mart,” the police report, obtained by the Smoking Gun, said. “Keen stated when he comes to Wal-Mart he gets aroused.”

According to the report, a witness called police after seeing a man in a car drive by “with his penis exposed” and would stop and watch the females in the parking lot.

He was charged with obscenity and is being held on $5,000 bail.

  I’m just amazed the guy hasn’t been roundly advertised as a poster boy for liberal causes, because he, better than anyone, reveals what liberals think is o.k. or just another “orientation” and that his perversion and mindset coincide so nicely with their overall view of human behavior.

LOL, Walmart truly can be a study of the wiered and macob. My wife and I are never left without a good laugh every time we visit one of their stores, especially late at night! Never seen anything like this guy but I’m sure we only missed the “show” by minutes!

Walmart must attract perverts. About 15 yrs ago I was in Walmart with my daughter. We were walking down an aisle and she saw a man carrying car floor mats and he was moving them aside and showing his ‘junk’ hanging out. I did not see his ‘junk’ but I saw him. I immediately reported him to store management and told them he had gone into the men’s dressing room. I was so shocked and so upset that we quickly left the store, and never went there again. Today, older and wiser, I would do more….much more.

  Actually, that’s called a paraphilia, and since it manifestly interferes with and hampers his life and causes him to act criminally, it’s a legitimate psychological malady.
