  IMPEACHMENT will never happen as the idiots we voted in DO NOT have the B****!!! At this point, there is NO way to avoid massive civil unrest! THINK ABOUT IT. You impeach the King, you’ll have massive civil unrest from his “base”. You don’t impeach him, massive civil unrest by next spring/summer due to the polaration of the country with the have nots going after the “haves”. Watch ANY news outlet at any givin time and you’ll see both sides going after each others throats. THIS COUNTRY HASN”T BEEN THIS DIVIDED SINCE 1860. Yep, since right before the Civil War.   If it is not appropriated, the money does not exist. He will be cutting checks with no money in the bank. If one of his federal contracting officers did this, which they will be involved in, they would be fired on the spot.
  
  These federal contracting officers have warrants that are indirectly signed by the President of the US to act on his behalf to commit appropriated funds…the KO will need a long line of accounting in order to commit the funds….that comes from congress….he won’t be able to to it….if he does then the entire government system of checks and balances is out of control.

He clearly instructed his cabinet to do what they are already authorized to do without the need of additoinal COngresional approval. He is not pushing the jobs bill through without congressional approval, but only those elements of the plan that do not need congressional approval.

  The President nor his agencies, nor Congress, have any Constitutional authority to do anything regarding the economy besides ensuring that interstate commerce is free and unimpeded by state borders. They cannot set up and maintain, let alone change, a social welfare system. They cannot designate any currency except silver and gold. They cannot redistribute wealth in any form.
  
  Isn’t it funny how that works? Sure, what you say is correct on its face, he’s stating “do what we can already”, but problem is, what they can already is also illegal according to the Constitution.

  Are you trying to say, Obama can reallocate appropriated funds that are already identified and committed? Indra-agency transfer of funds is most difficult to do…It usually requires an act of congress since they appropriated the funds to be committed by a long line of accounting.
  
  So which agency is he going to take it from and what is the risk assessment of the potential failures of that agency? It will take a long time if the process isn’t broken…if it is broken and he is able to step and fetch it, then it is broken and some whistle-blower needs to out the man.
  
  Ya can’t rob Peter to pay Paul, when it is appropriated…he has no slush fund…and infra-agency transfer of funds is like a tug of war.
  
  There are too many idiots that don’t understand this process nor do they care about the impact. I would hope the glorious one would request a risk assessment should he accomplish what he is trying to accomplish…transparency, hell no it isn’t.

  I agree with sodacrackers that they will eventually implode. The only way out is with Gods help. However, God will not help without our prayers and ACTION. God ONLY helps those who help themselves. History is loaded with examples of how evil rules until good men take a stand. When good men take a stand for what is right, God intervenes to help, and he always wins ! For instance, it took over 600.000 lives to end the evils of slavery. It took tens of millions of lives to end world war II, I’m not saying we need a civil war to end this. Indeed there are countless ways God could intervene without a single loss of life, but without some kind of action, evil will run free and unhindered.
  Where are the tea party rallies? Who is our equivelent to george soros? Why can’t we buy a major network? God help us.

  That freak needs arrested. It’s up to Congress to pass Legislation and Laws. The history of executive orders is troubling because as each order is given it pushed the line that bounds each Federal branch and properly restricts them. Lincoln was the most famous with the Emancipation Proclamation, though EO’s have come from many presidents. Generally the Congress will concede matters of National Security, War preparedness etc to the Executive because that’s almost the entirely (except for declaring war). On domestic issues, such as jobs, appropriations etc that has always been for Congress. Wilson began a hard paradigm shift toward a consolidation of power to the executive. FDR who might just be a more serious totalitarian despot than even Wilson ruled as though he were a Caesar. Now Obama is pushing the paradigm even further to totalitarianism and marginalizing the Law making mandate and purpose of the Congress.
  
  Obama MUST be impeached. He’s a criminal before he’s a despot. Will he also be a despot before he becomes a mass murdered just like Stalin, and his super hero, Chairman Mao?

  This faux president repulses me to the inth degree. However the title to this topic is deceptive. I’m certain he would love to bypass congress…..and the constitution as well. But his statement to his advisors was to go through the bill, identify all the areas where they HAVE THE AUTHORITY to act without congressional approval, and just get it done. “Where they have the authority”. He’s not saying, lets forget congress and implement this bill, as the title would seem to suggest.
  As I said, I cant stand the man either, but lets not exagerate things to make a point. It appears as though we’re trying to hard to find issues with him (which isnt hard at all) and becomes discrediting to the anti Obama truths.

Once the Occupy Protests upgrade into the Occupy Riots, he will have no choice but to declare martial law for the good of the country. Then we don’t have to worry about petty things like arguing over bills being passed and what is constitutional or not.

I don’t think we will make it until the next election in 2012. Bottom up top down inside out. It’s how we handle ourselves that matters. I find myself wanting to hate these folks but I can’t because they are the same ones that Jesus said “know not what they do”. I will pray for them and if I come in contact with them minister to them. They are lost sheep and will come running to us when it all comes down for answers. We must be those people. Pray for our nation.

  I agree with you but up to a point. If they come to me for help, my family will do all that we possibly can, but if they come to us to steal or harm, all bets are off and I will ask for forgiveness as I am putting them down. I will not have my family come to harm. I will do everything that is possible to avoid a bad situation, but hear me now, my family WILL come out the victors.

  I always find that argument interesting. He’s not weak on national defense, he simply refuses to engage in military adventurism. There is a big difference. And what I find interesting is that “I agree with him on everything but this one thing, ergo I cannot support him, however this guy over here who is nearly 80% Progressive, well, he wants to keep our boots in other nations without a Congressional declaration of war, so he’s my man!”

The traitor-in-chief controls the police and the upper echelons of the military, and they will be armed with highly sophisticated, state of the art weaponry. Maybe we will win in the end, maybe, but it will be a long and very bloody civil war. Also, you forget the commie knows exactly where the good boys live; he knows our families.
