Want to See Glenn Beck’s Cameo on the Onion News Network?

For those of you who don’t know, the Onion News Network is a fake news program meant to make fun of all the ridiculous elements of the real news networks. And guess who is set to appear on it (again)? None other than Glenn Beck.

Mediaite explains the premise of Beck’s cameo:

Keeping with the previously laid continuity that Beck used to work for ONN, the new clip shows that he once auditioned for host of the fake network’s fake flagship show FactZone. This revealed in a clip from a fake documentary on the fake history of that show’s fake anchor, Brooke Alvarez, played by Suzanne Sena. The documentary explains why Alvarez is as cold and heartless as she is as her childhood involved forced Cosmonaut training and brutal monkey fights. Like I said, darker than darker.

    I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer so that might explain why I don’t get, but……I don’t get it. Chimpanzee in space theen a three second clip of Beck that’s totally unrelated. What?

      Really? What’s not to get, that was pretty darned funny. I caught myself laughing out loud when the old lady was talking about “her night terrors”. Beck’s part was just a silly cameo by a known personality. Big deal.

      Maybe this was too high brow for some of you. Bring out the dancin’ lobsters!

      it was moderately funny, Glenn’s bit being the the highlight of the segment. If the show is as brilliant as the Onion Movie, but up-to-date with todays news, that would be a brillian piece of television.

    I love reading the Onion; better than the tv channel; The headlines are sometimes just laugh-out-loud. And I’m a 44 year-old conservative Christian. Also, I love Halloween. Boo!

    Oh c’mon folks……..the whole thing WAS very funny. Even Glenn Beck. Man, I’d hate to be a BBQ with you bunch of stuffed shirts. Ya’ll sound like the Republican elites and the dems………no sense of humor.

    I get all my information from the Onion. It’s the only truly reliable source of information, but once in a while even they let something past the editors and fact checkers. In this case they show a CCCP space capsule in the water. The Soviets always did their landings on solid ground.

      I’ve always liked reading the onion, although they were only current headlines when Bush was in office. Never liked their video. But, I’m more of a reading than watching type person anyway. That’s why the Blaze infuriates me too – all this video when I want text. :)

    Great, however, what I want to see is a less aggrivating website to navigate. Is it just
    me or has THE BLAZE become a sales pitch around every corner or key punch? I spend everyday introducing people to this website or at the very least inviting others to try it, but jeeze, it is becoming so harassingly insane to stay focused.
    I also find misleading headlines that make me look like a fool when I’m presenting THE BLAZE to others. This has GOT to stop if integrity is to prevail. For someone (Glenn) NOT crazy about money it seems he may be afterall. No offense but me thinks it’s a Morman trait. Please prove me wrong.

    LMAO…. sorry all you hard core guys on hear but I am a conservative who also enjoys the onion. If you cant laugh at yourself then you have problems. Beck doing a cameo only proves my point (no I do not watch saturday night live. Funny is funny but conversely crap is crap)
