Google Maps Shows Strange, Grid-Like Images in China: ‘Nobody Really Knows’
Google Maps has been known to capture some strange images. Some have been turned into art, while others are revealing, such as those showing North Korean concentration camps. The latest photos from Google Maps are taken from China and are just plain puzzling.
According to Gizmodo, this first image is taken from Dunhuang, Jiuquan, Gansu, north of the Shule River in the Kumtag Desert:
They seem to be wide lines drawn with some white material. Or maybe the dust have been dug by machinery.
[...]
The tracks are perfectly executed, and they seem to be designed to be seen from orbit.
Perhaps it’s some kind of targeting or calibrating grid for Chinese spy satellites? Maybe it’s a QR code for aliens? Nobody really knows.
Here’s the Google Map for the above image.
In a second image, Gizmodo describes seeing a grid similar to a radio or electrical station, and notes that if you zoom in you’ll see what appear to be destroyed vehicles.
The third is an 18 mile grid with thousands of lines (see below).
The Washington Post also points out an image of what could be a roadway crossing the Gobi desert:
Speculation as to what the buildings are ran from water purification plants to weapons testing sites to training facilities. In one Google Earth closeup there is debris scattered in a systematic way, possibly suggesting a weapons training facility. In another closeup, there appear to be large manmade bodies of water.
Any thoughts on what these could be? Share your theories below. To see more strange images, check out the full Gizmodo post.

Posted on November 14, 2011 at 12:06pmI’m reading a book ‘Forbiden Science’, written by J. Douglas Kenyon. Very interesting read, it’s about the mainstream science “scoffing” at research into things like “energetics of water, “true functions of the gereat pyramid” “material that explores science and technology suppressed by the main stream scientific community”. Weird that I would be reading this book and then this Google image pops up.

Posted on November 14, 2011 at 12:05pmThe first one looks like some screwed up fusing the tiles together from various images, and instead of adding the differences together they subtracted them, it’s not like that on our globes.

Posted on November 14, 2011 at 12:04pmThere is a multitude of these sites within the region.
I saw three mock airfields lined up. One was painted white with a blue “tarmac”, one a composite of some sort (concrete, perhaps?) and the last a single line of tarmac of the same material as the former. Each one of them goes through a wash. The wash has what appears to be dirt piled up either from operations leveling the area and needing to dispose of it.
Additionally, there are vehicle tracks and areas where the vehicles have torn up the ground considerably. A square area where it appears to have been bulldozed flat. Another area adjacent to it that is similar to the first picture above.
Even more odd is a power substation out in the middle of nowhere, just south and west of the second picture. As well as another area almost exactly as the one pictured.
To me, these are training areas. What for exactly, I can’t quite figure out. I looked in the area some more and found what appears to be a town/military facility. The areas could have been for artillery or aircraft.

Posted on November 14, 2011 at 12:02pmThe long parallel grid lines look to me like a run of vibrators used in oil exploration. We used this technique in Texas years ago say in the 70’and 80’s. We would lay out lines clear the area with what we call sundaros here in Texas (spelling is probably wrong). Then these large trucks with vibrators are sent down the lines shaking the ground to send seismic reading to probes pushed into the ground to ascertain the makeup of the geological formation underground. The one with the destroyed trucks looks like a bomb test and the top one with all the crazy lines I have not a clue. But then again I don’t read or write Chinese so it may say something….

Posted on November 14, 2011 at 12:01pmthey are conducting Tesla’s electrical generation technologies. Telsa’s discovered that with a big enough array you can actually pull electricity generated by the sun’s interaction with our atmosphere, right out of the atmosphere 27/7! ! !. Free Electricity for all. a 50 ft wire suspended 100 ft up hook to a transformer will produce around 1.5volts you can download this technology off the internet.

Posted on November 14, 2011 at 12:00pmThis is fringe stuff, but China and Russia supposedly have programs just like this. Many scientists think that the researchers working on HAARP don’t fully understand how it works.

Posted on November 14, 2011 at 11:53amMost of these if you look at the tire tracks look kind of old not used in a number of years with the cars I think they were doing targeting experiments of some kind I think these were failures and they moved on just shows the Chinese are or were experimenting with new weapons or GPS out there at one time.
