Google Maps Shows Strange, Grid-Like Images in China: ‘Nobody Really Knows’

Google Maps has been known to capture some strange images. Some have been turned into art, while others are revealing, such as those showing North Korean concentration camps. The latest photos from Google Maps are taken from China and are just plain puzzling.

According to Gizmodo, this first image is taken from Dunhuang, Jiuquan, Gansu, north of the Shule River in the Kumtag Desert:

They seem to be wide lines drawn with some white material. Or maybe the dust have been dug by machinery.

The tracks are perfectly executed, and they seem to be designed to be seen from orbit.

Perhaps it’s some kind of targeting or calibrating grid for Chinese spy satellites? Maybe it’s a QR code for aliens? Nobody really knows.

Here’s the Google Map for the above image.

In a second image, Gizmodo describes seeing a grid similar to a radio or electrical station, and notes that if you zoom in you’ll see what appear to be destroyed vehicles.

The third is an 18 mile grid with thousands of lines (see below).

The Washington Post also points out an image of what could be a roadway crossing the Gobi desert:

Speculation as to what the buildings are ran from water purification plants to weapons testing sites to training facilities. In one Google Earth closeup there is debris scattered in a systematic way, possibly suggesting a weapons training facility. In another closeup, there appear to be large manmade bodies of water.

You mean to tell me that’s as close-up as our satellite pictures can get? In the movie Clear and Present Danger we could see the people on the ground and even tell that one of them was a female. Oh, I forgot, that was just a scene that was Hollywooded up.

These photos show the results of a orbital weapons platform test. The high energy laser system can “etch” patterns on to the surface of the earth. The discoloration and patterns shows the accuracy of the targeting system. The High Energy Targeting and Lasing Platform can adjust the beam width, intensity and duration while maintaining alignment on a particular target.

The first image looks like a picture was pasted on top of another picture. There looks like a google copyright at the bottom of the grid.

Maybe it’s some kind of electronic detection system. Maybe an AERIEL NUKE BLAST defense system that absorbs all the fizz out of an NUKE blast! Maybe a radar defense system. Could be hacking defense system.
I’m sure the feds know what it is by now! They probably stole it from us anyway or Clinton sold it to them!

Let’s skip past all the mindless jokes. the 18 mile grid is quit possibly weapons testing as in some of the other images. The grids could be used to pin-point firing range and location. The zig-zagged areas could also be some form of weapons testing. How many of you know what the US weapons and vehicle test ranges look like?

Whatever it is, it was funded by Barack Obama. All the stiumulus slush fund money came from China. Solyndra, the squirrel bridges, and all the other liberal dung that was in the stimulus flush fund will buy lots of things for China for years to come. They could build another one of these grids just off the interest in wasted money from Obama.

It military training grounds for artillery and air to ground missiles, laser and GPS guided bomb calibration. If you explore the area in Google you’ll find mock runways, mock cities. It also looks like they have devices for testing EM Pulse Blast radius’s. The grids on the grounds are for calibrating sensitive tracking devices found in there long range bombers and satellites to help them coordinate for speed and distance for there bombs that use global positioning and laser guidance systems. If you go to the south and west a little you’ll find one of there satellite antenna arrays.

Would apear to be an LF/ELF antenna. Chinese might want to communicate with their submarines.

Those antennas are HUGE, miles on a side. And it is possible to bury them. Nothing suprising if you have experence with those things.

The first photo reminds me of a big tire track. The second photo (if you zoom in enough) looks like there was an explosion on the left side of the second and third rows. If you notice, some of the dark squares in that area are missing. This could explain the debris (dots) all around that area. It’s as if some of the dark squares were blown up. Just a thought.

I think it is mining. If you look around the area, it appears the ground beneath the topsoil is white. You can see it in some of the erosion areas to the left of the first image. Maybe gypsum or limestone.
