Have You Seen the Creepy Planned Parenthood Cartoon They Would Like to Forget?

In a week filled with discussions about the funding of Planned Parenthood, it seems appropriate to share a 2005 video from the organization.

This was a cartoon distributed by Planned Parenthood Golden Gate called “Superhero for Choice!”

The 8:55 animated cartoon features a Pro-Choice Superhero named Dionysus. Throughout the feature, she is attacking anyone who supports the pro-life movement. And in most cases, her attacks are violent.

Curiously, all who oppose the abortion rights folks are white people. The first scene has a strangely attired man telling kids about abstinence.

Dionysus announces that it “time to take out the trash.” And then she reminds the young kids that Planned Parenthood is the place to go for “all your healthcare needs and reproductive advice.” (I guess the kids don’t have parents to ask questions about sex and health.) Before she leaves, Dionysus also gives the kids a “Safe Sex Kit.”

Next up, protesters outside of a clinic are shown as zombies… white zombies.

What does the Planned Parenthood avenger do to the zombies? She shoots them with a giant condom gun, they are engulfed in latex and explode.

The “zombies” were not violent… they were only exercising their First Amendment rights. However, Dionysus decided that she must eliminate them.

It does seem surprising that the only violence in this cartoon comes from the Planned Parenthood Superhero. She’s packing a gun that shoots exploding condoms. What kind of a message is that sending?

After she kills all the zombies, it’s off to Washington DC to deal with the politicians who are standing in the way of the Planned Parenthood agenda. Landing in DC, Dionysus encounters “The Senator.” (Of course he’s another white guy, and he is seen boiling the Constitution, the First Amendment and Roe v. Wade.)

Planned Parenthoods Creepy and Violent Cartoon When “Roe v. Wade” is tossed in the stew pot, our “hero” takes more drastic action, dumping the Senator in the pot and holding him under the water until all the problems have been boiled out of him.

Thanks to being boiled in a pot, the Senator sees the light (the Planned Parenthood light) and is allowed to go free… just without his clothes.

In summation: Planned Parenthood’s Superhero video teaches kids;

Parents don’t know as much about healthcare and reproduction as the people at Planned Parenthood.
People who protest at abortion clinics are (white) zombies and it’s ok to destroy them.
Senators who are pro-life are against the Constitution and boiling them until they see things your way is a good idea.

The video is no longer on the Planned Parenthood websites, but thanks to YouTube, we can bring it to you in all its glory.

  Don’t forget that abortion is not the only vile thing these people are for. Besides the planned elimination of the “dirty people” that got them started, they have evolved into an organization intent on allow adults to have sexual access to children. All of the fighting they have done to ensure children can have abortions w/o parental consent and against legislation forcing them to report children who have been raped, is specifically to make children sexually accessible by adults. And yes, it is rape when a minor engages in sexual conduct with an adult, even if they agree to it, for they don’t have the knowledge or wisdom to consent to such contact. They cannot grasp the ramifications to their body or their emotional health. This vile organization has even gone so far as to suggest parents teach their infants (INFANTS) that they are sexual beings. A concept now being touted by the dept. of Health and Human Services. Dr. Laura was saying a decade ago that there was a movement to give adults sexual access to children, and we’re seeing more and more evidence of that every single day.

  Hmmm. “… I chose to stop at a red light….” That would mean one has a choice to follow or not follow traffic laws. If one has the freedom to make a decision such as that, then all laws are subject to individual choice. If that’s the case, then all laws are non-binding and everyone can do what they will. Anarchy/Mob rule. So I can fill a trashcan with water and drown anyone that disagrees with my position; shoot and blow them up; or boil them alive (as represented in the cartoon). Sounds like radical Islamists. No wonder Plan Parenthood, OWS, N.O.W., Code Pink, et al, side with them.
  
  Oh, by the way, look at the 4:27 minute mark in the cartoon. The “Heroine” enters the scene appearing to have red horns. Such a fitting imagery for the messages advocated in the cartoon.

  I stopped buying any products in the pink boxes last year when I found out they supported planned parenthood. There was a period when I couldn’t buy Mac-n-cheese because it all had pink boxes.

Can we just quit saddleing my kids with 4 billion a day in debt …… Im pro choice , and i happen to choose life, but im done trying to convince others to take the path for which i have chosen for myself and my family…. The only thing that matters to me is if we survive and thrive as a nation,… Abortion, gay marraige, etc…is something btwn those folks and their God…no longer my business or my concern…. Handing our kids a twenty trillion dollar bar tab….   Detroit, the problem I have with your attitude is what kind of nation are your trying to save? I don’t think being concerned about the national debt, the strangling of the private sector, etc. excludes concern over abortion on demand – up to the time of birth (which is the position of organizations like Planned Parenthood). They disguise this with the caveat ‘health’ of the mother even though once a baby is viable an emergency C-section takes as much time and is less stressful on the mother than an abortion. I will submit that the attitude of abortion has bled into other areas of our society. The OWS movement is a perfect example of the chaos of this self-centered belief that they are entitled, that they bear no responsibility. We are no longer a country of responsibility and consequence – we want someone else to pay for our actions (mortgages, student loans). We need to not just fix our national debt problem, we need to fix the attitude of entitlement and abortion on demand is part of the problem.

  I started to view the video until it came to the point where the “super heroine” aimed and shot at the pro life demonstrators. I wonder how this type of activity is condoned and encouraged by the left? We all remember Gov. Palin using a target icon on her website to indicate Democrat congressional districts which were considered to be vulnerable in the last election.The left became apoplectic. They even accused her of inciting violence against them. Yet this blatant depiction of violence against pro lifers is encouraged and even publicly funded! Unbelievable!

  This is black /minority racist in itself… note how all the “smart”, educated people are non whites. Also, this propaganda is at the worst of broad brushing groups in categories…. a flaw that shouldn’t appear in a video that is supposed to represent lib value of “tolerance”. This lame video is similar to those awful Soros/tides foundation “story of stuff” intended for captive audiences in the publick sckool systems. This is definitely a reason to maybe begin thinking about funneling your donations to the USO or local animal shelters instead of shelling out higher prices for the “pink” products.

  Just another example of the times we live in, although no man knows what time Christ will return, not even the angels in heaven, we were told to be ever watchful for the signs indicating His return. Sadly in this day and age our country IS becoming the ‘great satan’ due to those in power who control the message seen by billions worldwide and millions at home, we are on the brink because the scales are just starting to sway to the side of evil. Prepare, those who know, the time to convince others is almost over tragically. So many sexualized commercials during the Super Bowl should have made every Christian cringe and take pause at to what they allowing in their home freely, be not fooled, there is design in all of them to disrupt our’s (and more especially our children’s) path towards righteousness.

With the state of our society in rapid decline, this ridiculous cartoon does not shock me. Our culture has been under attack since Progressivism reared its ugly head. And now, so called “adults” defecating in public and on objects is about as base as it gets. Potty training is one of the most rudimentary forms of self-control that even a toddler can learn. Yet somehow, grown human beings choose to be as primitive as one can get. So even though this cartoon was dug up out of the past, somehow it fits in with the decline of our culture. Remember the videotape, not snapshot analogy the Rabbi made? So very true.

I agree that it is awful and immoral but what about rape… I have a friend who became pregnent from a brutal assault, she terminated the pregnency…. Who am i to tell her to carry that child to term… Or anyone else for that matter ? And i guess im more concerned about what we are doing to our children who are here, by destroying the nation, than some minority who wants an abortion… And minorities are using abortion in much higher percentages than whites….. I dont know the answer, i only know my choice was four great kids…. And im concerned for them !!! Its sad but i just dont care what anyone else is doing with their personal life…..   I used to refer to myself as a Conservative, but my stance on abortion must define me as a Moderate. It think abortion should be allowed up to three/four months only. By then, a woman can decide if she can support the baby financially and emotionally, giving it a decent quality of life. I certainly DO NOT AGREE with partial-birth abortion, which is actually the murder of a late-term baby. When you deliver the squirming little body and then cut the spinal cord before the head is delivered, that is murder. I think any pro-choice person should agree with that opinion.

  Detroit, I use the term ‘abortion on demand’ because my concern is not in the immediate days following a ‘rape’ where the morning after pill can be taken – I am more concern about once a child is viable (able to live outside the womb). Children are still being aborted up to the time of birth with the ‘health’ of the mother the stated reason. As I said, a c-section is less stressful on the mother than an abortion so if it really was a health issue, abortion would not be the solution. I don’t see this as fighting other, I merely state mine and why I have them. I may point out what I see as flaws in their reasoning as I would expect them to point out flaws in mine. In reality, rape accounts for a very small percentage of abortions so I always saw that as a false argument. Even the ‘health’ of the mother is a very small actual percentage if you don’t include the most common of ‘stress’ because I don’t want the child. I just feel if we want a strong country, we need to look at all the reasons for its decline and ignoring any of those reasons will in the end defeat our goal. We should not tolerate abortion on demand which, I will again argue, gives people the mentality that anything goes because there are no consequences to ones actions which in turn reinforces an entitlement mentality that is killing this country.

  first of all, this video was made over 5 years ago. that’s right, back when W was in office. Second of all – how can you say your for Liberty when you want the government to control what women do with their reproductive organs? Third – have you ever been outside? There are homeless people in every city to deficate in public. This has been happening for a long time. It’s not just the OWS protesters. Usually when people are homeless it takes some time to find a toilet, and often too much. Ginger, get some perspective or move to another country if you don’t like this one. The progressive movement will save us all if you would just accept the fact that some people don’t agree with you and they have a RIGHT to their opinion.

Could there be anymore evidence that we are in a collapse of basic human dignity? Potty training is one of the biggest lessons we teach our children. What type of “adult” freely craps out in public and thinks nothing of it? These “adults” parents must be ever so proud of what they have reaped. Absolutely disgusting. If you saw GBTV a couple days ago you saw Rabbi Daniel Lapin explain Baal worship. It’s the worship Human Secularism. Human Secularism is a religion straight from hell, so it’s no wonder Planned Parenthood would make a cartoon for kids advocating violence against people of moral character. It’s what Satan would do.

I MADE myself watch this “cartoon” but I would like to know who the target audience was. Was this shown to school kids, Girl Scout groups???

Dionysus was also know as the Greek god Bacchus, the god of wine, agriculture and fertility of nature, that was just a little of what I scanned on Google.

One of the most disturbing “educational” pieces of garbage I’ve ever seen.

So much for the concept of “choice!” It seems that, according to PP, the only “choice” is *their* point of view! Of course, they accept *anyone* of any race, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age (etc.) so long as those people agree with *them*!
