Obama Personally Calls Law Student at Center of Plea for Free Contraception: ‘He Encouraged Me’
We’ve been paying very close attention to Sandra Fluke — the Georgetown law student that Nancy Pelosi paraded before a Congressional hearing to beg for employers to pay for contraception. Apparently Barack Obama has been too: he just called her to tell her how much he supports her.
Fluke has been the subject of much scrutiny since her testimony, which detailed how young girls are losing so much money because certain employers — in this case universities that offer student health plans — are not required to pay for their contraception. Both Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh maligned the co-ed this week, saying that Fluke is in essence asking taxpayers to foot the bill for her wanting to have sex.
Because of that mounting criticism, the president thought he’d reach out to Fluke and offer her some encouragement.
“He encouraged me and supported me and thanked me for speaking out about the concerns of American women,” Fluke told MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell, according to Politico. “And what was really personal for me was that he said to tell my parents that they should be proud. And that meant a lot because Rush Limbaugh questioned whether or not my family would be proud of me. So I just appreciated that very much.”
“He did express his concern for me and wanted to make sure that I was okay, which, I am,” she added. “I’m okay.”

Fluke took the call while waiting to go on MSNBC. Moments later, Press Secretary Jay Carney confirmed the call during his daily press briefing.
“He wanted to offer his support to her,” he said. “He wanted to express his disappointment that she has been the subject of inappropriate personal attacks and thank her for exercising her rights as a citizen to speak out on an issue of public policy.”
He later chastised those who have criticized her, saying such discourse shouldn’t be directed at a “private citizen.”

Now their talking about “after birth abortion”, now that covers a lot of ground. At what age is after birth? Changeable later I’m sure. That whole deal was an exercise in population control of selected races from the start. Make them think the government is concerned for their health? Truth is the government is concerned with it’s own health, if they need populations of workers they will import Mexicans, and they are. An imported population the size of France in the last ten years.

If you have, you should know that she isn’t calling for taxpayer funded birth control. She is paying for insurance, and wants the insurance company to pay for it. That is a huge difference. Most insurance companies currently pay a portion of your birth control now, while you pick up the rest…it’s called “budgeting”. And if you’re that financial strapped, then there are welfare programs (Medicade/Medicare) and other charity groups that will help. As well, insurance will pay for your “sterilization”, if that is your choice.
But, what we should be afraid of is that Liberals are attempting to justify the legality of killing a fully developed child, after birth – one of our most precious and defenseless” in our society. If they can justify the killing of beautiful babies to their “Liberal base”, and it gains acceptance, then they can kill whoever they wish at any age, any race and control the population. The House Republicans should introduce a bill on the floor that would pay for firearms for low-income women who can’t afford to protect themselves against rapists and murders. After all, wouldn’t rape and murder take high priorities in women’s health issues?
The Democrats would naturally vote against such a bill en masse. That’s when we got ‘em.
We then use their own tactics against them and declare that Democrats don’t care about a woman’s right to protect herself from rape and murder.
The bill would never make through the Senate to Obama but it would show America the truth about Democrats, that they really care more about their re-elections and govt. power than women’s health issues.

Encouraging was an article written by another female student there where she criticized Sandra big time and said she did NOT speak for the women there and really chastized her. What I hope is that there will be more and more non-liberal college students (which may be few) will rise up in opposition that will get out in the news. Which reminds of the death of Breitbart — hope that will motivate others a lot to get busy and take the baton and continue this huge fight to save the country. “We the people” is the “army” in this war with the enemy of this try to overthrow our Govn’t b/c most of our Reps. are cowards and/or don’t “get it”.

Wealth redistribution is a funny term. Social Security and Medicare are wealth redistribution, since people tend get more out of it than they have put in. Veterans get free health care paid for by our taxes, that is also wealth redistribution in a way. I’m willing to bet that there are people in your own family that receive benefits from at least one of those programs.Do you consider them Marxists? I dare you to go up to a marine and tell them to “pay for your own healthcare, commie!”; after you regain consciousness you can tell me if you still feel the same about it. Now, let’s play devil’s advocate here and say that you are correct and Obama does indeed support “wealth redistribution”, that alone does not make one a Marxist. Marxism is one particular political ethos, one of many that support the redistribution of wealth.

I would say Tunisia is a success story. Libya’s a dictatorship? I think not. The problem in Egypt seems to lie with the military, which is the same military that was in place before Mubarek was thrown out, they weren’t “installed” afterward.
