President Obama’s election troubles just got a little more complicated. Now his own allies are running ads that can alienate people…and they’re ads that are meant to make him out to be the good guy! In this case, the troublemaker is an ad running in Illinois for a redistricting race that pits Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. against Rep. Debbie Halvorson. The ad specifically praises Obama for fighting pro-gun groups like the NRA “every step of the way” and attacks Halvorson for siding with the Republicans. Watch below:
The ad features an African American woman speaking to the camera and accusing Rep. Halvorson of being complicit in the death of her son (who was shot) because she voted against unidentified gun control laws. She ends with the line, “Please don’t let my son die in vain.”

They know black crime is out of control, especially in the urban areas, and they also know that the black population has a propensity for unchecked violence. That’s why they orginally banned guns from D.C. and tried to in other black run/black dominated cities. A New Orleans councilman even requested that the governor call in the national guard to patrol the streets.
White liberals want the right to bear arms nullified, because they know invoking their policies and laws could very likely prompt an armed response against them, because their entire radical leftist agenda requires totalitarian control, and there’s no way the police and National Guard can control an armed, overwhelming force if martial law is ever invoked.

I also believe that Obama is going to really attack the 2nd Amendment second term to possibly allow him to turn into our Putin during the civil unrest coming.

But they chose to armed themselves and rose up to will liberty. They were the militia of our young country and, via the second amendment to the Constitution, they passed along to us the ability of remaining a strong militia.
Thus those who would like to rule our citizens with an iron fist always attack this amendment so that the militia would exist no more, and they would have their way. This pressure will never cease. But I will say that, thanks to the NRA and others, we will never give on this vital right.
We, the militia of this great Republic, will defend our liberty to the death just as our ancestors did!

Even before we had it in writing, the people of this nation knew their rights and defended themselves from a tyrannous government that sent their own military to dominate them.
Personally, I think that we should disban the ATF and then burn the building to the ground and memorialize it as a warning to future generations about the dangers of gov’t control.

Now since Illinois is the last state left to allow some type of CCW and your son got killed anyway, you should be for the good guys be able to carry.
If a criminal thinks you might be armed, it’s a deterrent. If they know you are unarmed, you must be in Illinois.

Mar. 10, 2012 at 10:00amI am an NRA lifetime member and yes the NRA has done some good/great things for gun owners; however, I have some major problems with the NRA. I called them repeatedly before the 2010 elections and complained that they were supporting too many democrats, such as Harry Reid. They told me they were strictly a 2nd Amendment organization, like I didn’t know; however, as I explained to them, there would be no 2nd Amendment if they kept supporting the democrats they were supporting. They, in many cases didn’t support anyone in certain cases due to so many people calling and complaining as did I; even though there were some really good people running for office that didn’t agree with anything Obama was doing, as do I. NRA calls me all the time wanting me to contribute to this or that cause. Normally I would but like I told them, “you can throw your support behind whomever, but don’t expect me to throw my money behind you.” There are other organizations that feel as I do towards liberals/democrats. Gun Owners of America is a really good organization. Also, National Association for Gun Rights is who I am fixing to join with and send my money. The NRA was great when Charlton Heston was President. I’m not saying, I’m just saying.

If he wins again, expect two-maybe three new supreme court justices and they will be more radical than the ones he has already put in there. I am not now, nor was I ever a fan of either Bush; however, I do like the justices “W” put on the Supreme Court. My first option is and always will be prayer, at least I pray it will be; however my second option will be my Larue OBR 5.56; my Mossberg Tactical, and my Springfield Armory XD45, XDm40, and my XD40 subcompact.

On a side note, I enjoy the way this woman describes the situation, simply because I’ve never seen a gun rampage through town or deliberately find & shoot anyone without a person attached to the other end… but I’d assume that implying responsibility for one’s actions counts as hate speech nowadays.
