Berkeley Campus Police Raid Occupy Encampment After Protesters Ignore Deadline

University of California, Berkeley students faced campus police action today after they ignored a weekend deadline to clear out of their makeshift encampment. The encampment in question, which was named “Occupy the Farm” for the distinctive agricultural focus of the camp dwellers, was raided by the university’s campus police force today in a series of episodes that were captured on video by the Associated Press:

9 people were reportedly arrested.

People of America!!!!What are you doing!!!!…Rich against poor, black against white, gay against straight and bi’s, religion against non… now our political bloodsucking leaders are tryn to put a divide between woman and men.Cant you see they need “we the people” divided to stay in power.Once enough Americans realize that united we can vote constitutional representitives into power and return to the Constitution that was constructed by our founding Fathers where our leaders work for us the people…this game will be over for these blood sucking insects…..(politics means…Poly=many…Ticks=blood sucking insects) Do you really want european socialism…take a good look at Greese,Spain, Italy…The history of Germany in the 1930′s with the rein of hitler and where we are now in this country is shocking…Think I exagerate…open a history book and take a look…Our children’s future depends on it…..Wake up….To paraphrase a song..”Your enemy is not at the end of your pointing finger they are in Washington.Put down the signs and cross the lines”… Without a united America…America will become just another pawn like the rest of the world on the chess board of these blood sucking insects.OUR country is exceptional and was inspired by God…Time to Unite and take it back……

California is $16 billion in debt….great job Jerry Brown….and this is what time is being spent on ?
This is the result of all that debt…ignorant leaches. If Brown raises taxes all the rich will move out…then the debt will be dumped on the rest of the nation. Are the working people going to have to borrow the money from China to bail out CA ? Is this the legacy to leave your grandchildren ?

So Berkeley isn’t so liberal after all.
Its OK to occupy – just not on their campus.

Maybe the occupiers can go to the professors’ home that promote this type of activity – and stay with them!

OR

Better yet, occupy the public spaces of Berkley. The occupy movement could use their free-WIFI, use their restrooms and showers, use their libraries, and if someone needs medical attention – they could use one of the campus clinics. All around the protection of Berkley and its university police force. This is what the university promotes – correct?

They were supposed to be occupying a farm? I didn’t see any fruit trees, live chickens, growing vegetables, or any of the things that farms are designed to do. Which is to feed people. All I saw was a boring video of some tired-looking hippies being marched off to the pokey by some indifferent cops, in the middle of an urban setting. Those fleabaggers are so stoned that they can’t even stage a decent riot.

Should have left them alone, and fully fenced in their compound. When these occutards come to the conclusion that communism doesn’t work after the farm fails, and “residents” begin to starve because only a select few are doing all of the work for the majority that are busy tweeting their reasons for being ignorant, they will want to come out. But since they broke the law, jail will be simple…..they’re already fenced in :)

Getting arrested accomplishes little. The only ones with guns and weapons are the police. This is not how it is suppose to be. Rubber bullets and tear gas enemas next to the statue of Karl Marx (never been to Bezerkely but I’m guessing they have one) may teach the OWS/Obama crowd the meaning of respect. But I doubt it.
Time to cut tax payer dollars for Calfornia universities.

I have a wonderful solution for the pigs. They could buy their own property and use it for a farm. Or better yet, go to the homes of one of the parents of one of the pigs and tear up the front and back yard.

Why are these “occupy” freaks always tolerated for a period of time, everywhere they go?
They are always given time to set up camp and call in the media for news coverage.
Only then, do the authorities order them off, and give them a deadline to leave.

These people are like head LICE. Hit them hard and fast, before they have time to settle in, multiply, and infest. They should be throw off of any property they occupy, the second they step foot on the property. “Nix” the H*LL out of them.

Why don’t these people do something useful, that will actually benefit society?
It would be truly appreciated and noticed by all, if they would just simply pick up some of the trash from along the sides of roads or off the city streets.

Instead, they are the ones trashing up everything they come in contact with. They disrupt the lives of hard working citizens and business owners, who are tax payers.

  I have no, nada, zip, zero sympathy for Berkeley and especially their PD. These creeps allowed the Marine Recruiting office be repeatedly picketed and vandalized. Yhey would just stand by and watch.

  How many here have seen occupiers up close and personal? Occupiers need to be left on the Berkley Campus, a liberal bastion, as a teaching moment. They wreak of ‘looser’, all of them. I wouldn’t want to be one of the even if I believe in their worthless causes. Most who go to college aspire to be winners, or at least want to get ahead, otherwise why waste the time. Let students see what looser are. For some students it is or will be an awakening.
