Yup, Elizabeth Warren Just Doubled-Down on Her ‘Native American Heritage’ Claims

Elizabeth Warren Not Backing Down From Indian Heritage Claims

How much Native American does Elizabeth Warren have in her blood?

Elizabeth Warren’s senatorial campaign against incumbent Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) has hit a bit of a snag.

As many Blaze readers know, Elizabeth Warren’s claim that she’s 1/32 Cherokee Indian has come under intense scrutiny after it became known that her claims are not based on factual documents but on “family lore.

However, it’s not the fact that she says she’s kinda-sorta Cherokee Indian that has people crying foul. It’s the fact many believe she used these claims to advance her career in academia (and there’s also the curious report that her family may have actually helped round up American Indians).

So what should a candidate running a neck and neck campaign do when her credibility and integrity have been called into question over an extremely, dangerously thin claim to Native American heritage?

If you’re part of the Warren camp: double down!

While discussing JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon and his company’s disastrous $2 billion dollar loss, Warren was given a platform to defend her heritage.

“You know, I’m proud of my Native American heritage,” Warren said. “I’m proud of my family. It’s now the case that people have gone over my college records, my law school records, every job I’ve ever had to see that I got my work. I got my jobs because I do my work. I work hard. I’ve been a good teacher.”

According to Warren, the scrutiny over her claim that, deep down, she’s really Native American, has nothing to do with a question of her integrity but everything to do with Sen. Brown trying to distract people from the real campaign issues.

“I think what this is really about is that the economy — middle-class families, working families — are getting hammered and Wall Street wants to change the subject. Scott Brown wants to change the subject. Washington wants to change the subject. I think that’s the real problem here,” Warren said.

Watch Warren triple down on her Native American heritage claims (via Starting Point):

Fauxcahontas Warren doesn’t have a choice at this point. She’s been gaming the affirmative action/social justice racket so beloved by liberals for years now.
First it was great, great, great granddaddy that was cherokee…well that was proven to be false. Then Fauxcahontas said it was her great, great, great grandmother…turns out she’s not cherokee on the marriage license. To make matters worse..great, great, great granddaddy also herded the tribes on what was called “the trail of tears”. So now all Fauxcahontas has is “family lore” and great, great, great granddaddy’s “high cheekbones”.

Actually I think its a matter if you are a listed member of a tribe. I’m 1/64 (no, REALLY!, I am – I HAVE proof!), but since my mother failed to register my brother, sister and I with the tribe prior to 1965, we have no claim and therefore cannot benefit from it – like scholarships, easier entrance to memberships or schools. The only thing I did benefit from was my bone marrow testing was paid for by they government because mixed-blood donors were scarce – saved me $25!). So, there you have it. Miss Warren is slime off a slug.

Warren has been letting the wave of affirmative action lift her above harder workers for her whole adult life. To turn her back on it and admit her opportunistic deception at this point would be a slap-in-the-face to all liberals who support such movements . . . she’s cornered, and doesn’t know what to do.

NATIVE Americans immigrated to this country thousands of years ago.
Your family only did it hundreds or less.

Therefore they are native and you are not. Period.
Wait, that doesn’t make any sense at all does it.

Elizabeth Warren is despicable because she reaped every benefit that the Europeans gained from coming to this country and then claimed benefits that were intended as consolation for the first Americans that were driven off as well.

Liberals have no morals and no honor. The left will not even drop her for her evil behavior, if they drop her it will be “because she is hurting the party”.

You need to be more understanding. Elizabeth Warren is entitled to preference because 61 of her ancestors vigorously oppressed the 1 Indian ancestor she claims to have. Never mind that one of them married her Indian ancestor, if that’s not oppression, I don’t know what is. Against a back drop of that kind of brutality and repression, surely you can’t begrudge her the royal salary of a Harvard Law Professorship and frequent guest appearances on MSNBC’s Morning Joe where Mika always gives her a fulsome, effusive welcome no matter how much nonsense she spouts.
If 60 of her ancestors had oppressed two of her Indian ancestors, we would have to make her a queen. Oh no! According to Newsweek that’s President Obama.
