‘Kill the Gay’: Lesbian Couple Charged After Allegedly Faking Hate Crime

Lesbian Couple in Colorado Charged After Allegedly Faking Hate Crime | Aimee Whitchurch and Christel Conklin

Back in October, a lesbian couple in Colorado called the police after they allegedly found the words “Kill the Gay” scrawled in red across their garage, and a noose hanging from their front door.

When asked, the couple told officers they believed that the hateful acts were retaliation from their neighbors and the homeowner’s association, who were allegedly upset that the couple did not pick up after their dogs.

However, they refused to “submit to hate” and posted these signs on their garage in defiance:

Perhaps the women didn’t anticipate how seriously the issue would be treated, because nearly eight months later, with the full force of the FBI involved, authorities are saying the women themselves may have been responsible for the acts. They have been charged with both criminal mischief and false reporting, and one of the women, Aimee Whitchurch, faces an additional charge of forgery.

Fox 31 reported on the matter, saying the couple declined to take a lie detector test, but maintain their innocence.

“It’s a betrayal. This is a government that’s supposed to protect us. People came out and pretended they were interested in what’s going on,” Whitchurch declared. “This is a fight I’m right on…I have every right to live where I want to live.”

  This happened in Arapahoe County so I surmise a jealous Cherokee, from a neighboring Tribe, is involved. Elizabeth Warren should be questioned.

  When people must resort to faking their a victimization to gain victimhood status, then there is much at play here. For starters their is no real victimization of gays in America and surely not owns orchestrated by government. Secondly, these people are really disturbed for attention and are playing into the drama Obama has created. They are OK with fanning flames of hate that they themselves have invented.   Again the FBI are made to look like the fools they are. With all the legitimate crime that needs attention, they instead become involved in a nondescript social issue that is about 999 on a list of the one thousand most important items.
  
  If leftist whiners aren’t fraudulently editing 911 tapes to try to convict an innocent man, stupidly thinking they are helping leftist causes everywhere, they’re concocting hoaxes involving non-white hate crimes or hoaxes involving homosexuals.
  
  Note please that the FBI has never budged their fat asses in investigating the tremendous surge in black on white hate crimes.
  
  The funding for the FBI should be cut at least in half, if they have personnel available to pursue these kinds of trivial incidents. And FBI pensions should be cut in half as well, in order to stretch our tax dollars further, because they’reway overpaid to begin with. The entire country is headed the same way California has gone, which is over a cliff economically.

  The issue needs to be addressed, because when my family is forced to see DEBAUCHERY, that i am intolerant because I adhere to my beliefs, & declare the alternate lifestyle(homosexuals) to be sinful, & has NO place in our schools, communities, or the workplace. I’m against the entire idea of “educating” those values publicly as if it’s simply a different way to live but homosexuality is really just misunderstood.
  I disagree. My studies in college as psychology major taught in-depth on the subject of homosexuality & transgender operations…all of which was covered in ABNORMAL PSych.

According to the courts and our systems own rules there cannot be a crime unless there is a valid cause of action: violation of a legal right (life, liberty.property) and or Damage. This had that.

  IMO these two should be charged with the same crime they tried to have another person charged with.
  What if the FBI had mistakenly charged one of their neighbors?! What if a can of red spray paint was found inside a neighbor’s garage this could have been a tragedy! This could have ruined INNOCENT lives! If you fake a crime and it is PROVEN you should get what you hoped an innocent person would have gotten.

  A buddy from my teen years smoked. When questioned by his parents he would give an overblown description of what he thought his parents must think he does when he leaves the house. It was usually something like this.
  
  “You think I smoke just because I smell like it from being around a group of smokers? Wow, what else do you think I do when I leave the house? I guess you think I also do drugs and drink too. You think I’m out robbing banks or selling kids dope or something?”
  
  At no point did his parents ask about anything other than smoking. He tried to associate smoking with the other extreme examples he made up out of thin air to make the cigarette issue as ridiculous as the others.
  
  The interesting question is why JZS cannot condemn faking a hate crime. Not to mention the possibly that an innocent person could have been charged with the fake crime.
  
  Instead of doing that, he draws the logic defying comparison that if you think it’s bad to fake a hate crime you must also have supported the killing of Mathew Sheppard and pretend blacks were never lynched.

You’re upset that I didn’condemnmn the people described, at least that’s what you say. Skipping the assumption of innocence, yes condemnmn their acts. I guess I should be careful to issue a list of disclaimers with every opinion I express so that I won’t offend your sensitive perception of fairness and justice.
  
  But that’s not really the reason for the disparagement is it? specialtyiality of this website is thread present cases that are exceptions and present them as the general case. You’d deny that gays are discriminated against, that gays are abused or that they are, in fact killed, just as you’d deny that white Christians ever discriminated against blacks or lynched them. “See, these lesbians faked a death threat” so therefore there are really are no threats against gay people, let alone acts of violence , they are making it all up and playing the gay card. This website helps you close your eyes, and you’re grateful for that aren’t you? That’s why you’re really upset isn’t it? My son married a woman who has three children from a previous marriage. One of her daughters is a Lezzie, and she and her “mate” got “married” in Illinois at a cost of $12,000.00. The so called “marriage” is not even legal in Illinois. What a waste of money. My son did not pay for any of it. Smart kid. Very queer situation I think.

  People who are bisexual might round that out to 10%. Kinsey counted people who had been bisexual sometime in their life. But that stat is used deceptively. Out of a 60 or 70 year life such people might have engaged in bisexual activity for 3 years or less. I bet some of that it desperation, boredom, or experimentation; I would regard none of that as normal.
  
  The thing we have to do is to stand firm without hate, which is a hard thing to do when you are put upon. The statistics & science will eventually catch up with this problem. The LGBT activists are playing whack-a-mole. if a scientists says something that does fit with their secular catechism they hit them hard. But they cannot watch everything.   Victimhood is very profitable; ask Elizabeth Warren, Barack Obama, Elie Wiezel and others who (incidentally, and almost as a ‘side effect’ have become quite wealthy…and sadly, people like this don’t care how many millions of dollars of damage, how many people they hurt or how many lives they ruin, as long as the money keeps coming and the excrement is covering by their fawning allies in the media. Truth is no longer valued in our society. If it did, our justice system would put the guilty away, instead of exploiting the poor and unfortunate in prison industries that make overbearing and prejudicial policing profitable as well as a convenient warehouse for the inconvenient dissidents.

Just an observation…..Look at how “The Gay” is written in paint on the garage then compare that to the way it is written on the poster board. They look incredibly similar in how they are written almost like the same person wrote both of them. Now I’m not an expert in hand writing but the FBI has lots of these people working for them and well if my untrained eye can spot it, then I am pretty sure they did as well. Not to mention they probably found residue on their hands from the spray paint and I’m pretty sure the FBI wouldn’t bring charges unless they have some pretty solid evidence.

If they did, their “union” would not include having children/adoption via surrogate sperm/adoption to make up for their unnatural union. At least then,each of their individual marriages would die on the vine as each partner aged and passed away. .

  All these people who talk about a gay gene don’t want to own up to the fact that if there were a gay gene, then it is an evolutionary dead end. They want to be accepted as “normal” but insist that they be allowed to give birth through atificial insemination. Which is neither natural or normal.And then adoption so they can shape the children by way of “nuture” into gays and lesbians.

  those are some harsh words… we have to keep in mind that God is not a respecter of persons.. Its hard to imagine but He loves those 2 Ladies as much as you. That being said when you have a corrupt lifestyle you are more prone to be corrupt in many areas, lying and deceit being evident. I should know I have done vile things too.

Seems like they could charge them with a hate crime, can they not?

Intent to break the law doesn’t seem to matter in other areas (Like the guy who was jailed for shipping lobsters in a box instead of a bag), why does it matter here?

  There intention certainly does seem to be intended to incite hatred toward at least one group of people.
  
  Whether they should be prosecuted for a hate crime against gay people or straight people (or possibly both) should be looked in to by the proper authorities.
  
  They certainly seem to be guilty of vandalism with a hateful message.
  
  Those laws need to protect both ways, or they are useless.

This isn’t the first time the LGBT and Minority ’cause’ have done this act…It started with Tawana Brawley and even more recently happened at Montclair State University in NJ….hateful graffitti and tales of racial bias and abuse all turned out to be the lies of the demented and sick…..Like people would spray paint KILL THE GAYS on a garage door over dog waste….Newsflash LGBT no one cares about your lifestyle choices, sane people have better things to do than care what you do in your bedroom or wherever…grow up.

  I agree, but all the idiots in the USA the majority I have seen and read their comments esp on Global grind they are the most prejudice people I have ever seen and the people on that site if you speak from a neutral point they dont like it and tell you to go to another site and comment. They all want him killed, harmed, they want the TM family to sue him and take all the money given to him now. i am sick of it I wish at this point I had not been supporative at all To them. But GZ is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law not by these idiots. They make me sick and all the evidence that has come out now they say well it is a set up they fixed it. Even after they were told that the ones on abc fixed the tapes they dont wanna hear that they say aww it is a white man probally fixed it and the same with the enhanced video and funny how now all a sudden TM body is showing injury and THC, when the guy who got on TV bosted to all no no no he had no markings none, and he had no drugs. I feel charges need be brought against the funeral home guy as well for lying thinking no one would go back and dig his body up and re examine. And no one can tell me that TM family dosent have more money than they got they have it in AL, or JJ name i know they do and so does everyone else i feel a account of all of those involved need to have finicial records examined.
