Is Joe Biden Angry? VP Shouts His Way Through Campaign Speech on the Middle Class

Vice President Joe Biden is a man of many faces. When he’s not tipping the president’s hand on gay marriage or calling for a man in a wheelchair to stand for the crowd, he’s (presumably) working on the president’s re-election campaign.

He took to the task with vigor at a speech to AFSCME union workers Tuesday, shouting his way through a discussion of middle class workers.

Though the first thirty seconds are only impassioned, around the 41-second mark Biden seemingly transitions from “speaking” to “yelling,” with markedly more expressive facial expressions.

Directly addressing the union members, he says around 1:27: “We owe you! You shouldn’t be vilified! You provide the safe neighborhoods! You provide the good schools! You provide the school lunch program! You provide the day-care centers! You provide the hospitals! You provide the roads! You provide the ability of people to live a decent middle class life! We owe you!”

Cautioning, “Joe, use your inside voice,” WeaselZippers described the speech: “Joe Biden In Full Train-Wreck Mode, Screams His Way Through Speech To Union Supporters…”

  I see you are in the Chicago area….love how it’s workin’ on the south and west side. It’s shows how it works in Barry’s hometown…he want to bring that to the rest of country!

  I live in West Texas…In the middle of the desert in a small town. 80% of my neighbors are armed. WE still dont have safe neighborhoods. We even have a police force that has nothing more to do than set speed traps, train a huge SWAT team and screw with honest hard working people.

We had better schools and safer neighborhoods before we had these unions. Indeed, it is the very entitlement culture so attendant to unions which has degraded those very things… along with so much else.

Joe shrieks because somewhere in his poor worn subconscious the few remaining synapses create just enough random static so that even he suspects this.

Yea, and the one that stands out and, by the way, is the most fitting, is when he impersonats a talking V@g!na, in his on going rendition of the V-Monologues, a standard act he perfoms in his daily duties as VP. It’s apparently a liberrals’ coveted and most cherished role. They all do it so well. Harry V. Reid, Nancy Pelosi (she’s one of the nastiest of all) and a cast of thousands.
