Do you remember a time when you were fascinated by Michael Jackson’s moonwalk? Admit it, you tried replicating the signature move until you just couldn’t get enough.
If you’ve perfected the move, we have something new for you to try (or at least just enjoy watching): “super moonwalking.” Super moonwalking is like Michael Jackson’s fluid, backward walk but more extreme. It involves picking up your legs with far greater force — instead of just the heel of your foot — and moving backward.

See super moonwalking in action in this video:
As Gawker points out, the physics-defying supermoon walk exhibited by performer Eric Nash, whose YouTube channel “OneLoveCandyMan” recently posted the clip, took place on 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, Calif.
The clip below added by BrettTheiPhone gives some background on Nash and his street performance:
BrettTheiPhone helped Nash learn to upload his videos to YouTube. ”You’re seeing the beginning of something great right here,” BrettTheiPhone said.
With nearly 38,000 hits at the time of this posting after being uploaded yesterday, do you think Nash’s super moonwalk has viral potential?

Jul. 6, 2012 at 4:41pmSeriously, I just read through your last 10 posts. Is there anyone in your life who loves you… or can stand you?
I typically don’t respond often to the hatred and idiocy and ignorance that I see incessantly spewed all over this site – honestly, what would be the point – but when I see someone call for the deaths of an entire group, simply because they disagree with you politically, I am left only to assume that you – and the many like you here at the Blaze – are the WORSE KIND of people. I wonder if Glenn is proud?
If you are the poster child for Conservative ideology (and gratefully, you’re not) I would want nothing to do with your worldview.
Simply disgusting.

Jul. 6, 2012 at 5:01pmI wouldn’t waste your breath, you’re dealing with people in a permanent state of outrage at pretty much everything. They can’t cope with the idea of the blaze not feeding them something to be outraged by, so they just spew some of the hate they hold in huge reserve.

Jul. 6, 2012 at 5:31pmNot that it excuses their behavior, but it has been like 100 degrees everywhere this week, we’re all a bit cranky. Though it would be nice if we could all just enjoy a quirky little video for once that obviously is just on here for some much needed relief in this time.

Jul. 6, 2012 at 7:24pmHey Psycho,
I use to be a Glenn Beck apologist, until I started seeing the types of people that he seemed to be attracting to himself by way of this site. Back in the day, I would leave work early to see what Glenn had to say about this or that on his show on FOX. I didn’t *always* agree with him (because I’m not a mindless idiot drone who relies on other people’s opinion to form my own) but, for the most part, I found him informative, passionate, and – most importantly – sincere. (a rare thing in today’s media)
It was fun, entertaining, educational, and informative coming to this site. Although I disagreed with some of the premises and conclusions, I never left “offended.”
That is until I started reading the comments section where I was quite overwhelmed by the hatred, bigotry, ignorance, and outright illiterate stupidity of it’s members. I was shocked! It, many times, rivals the most insidious, disgusting, ignorant, knuckle-dragging, bible-thumping idiocy of some of the most bottom-dwelling sites I have ever had the opportunity to vomit just a little bit in my mouth to.
Sadly, the state of being ignorant requires that you don’t realize how ignorant you are. Many of you actually THINK (loosely) that you are right to demonize an entire group of people – even wish their collective DEATH – simply because they disagree with your particular, uninformed, political viewpoint.
My most recent posts reflect this sad realization. Once again, I hope Glenn

Many of the disgusting comments you see that have nothing to do with the story at hand are made by trolls. They say what they say only to make the rest of us look bad. It’s, litterally, their job. Please, don’t lump the rest of us in with the few morally impaired.

Even the stuff you think is substantial will be forgotten very soon. The world is not coming to an end, so lighten up you sick, twisted freaks.
