Massive ‘Flash Mob’ of 300 Terrorizes, Robs Florida Walmart After Local Party Broken Up by Police

Roughly 300 teenagers took to a Jacksonville, Florida Walmart Saturday night after a nearby party was broken up by police (possibly because someone was reportedly shot in the leg).
Not only did the out-of-control youths both steal and destroy merchandise, according to reports, they also started throwing food and equipment around for the sake of it.
“They are stealing items, they are all over the store. You can imagine how fearful the customers were who were in there at that particular time,” Channel 4 crime analyst Ken Jefferson said.
According to a police report, among the equipment destroyed was an anti-shoplifting security scanner that cost roughly $1,500.

“Hey, I got food stamps for sale, for real, dog,” one of the men was recorded saying at around the 1:25 mark.
According to News4Jax.com, police did not make any arrests after the mob took over the store. However, the teens obviously could face criminal charges.
The Florida Times-Union reports that, in addition to the mobbing of the Walmart, gunshots may have also been fired outside, though no people or cars were hit.
The video ends with the collective cry: “Hey, let’s go to Wendy’s!”

Posted on July 19, 2012 at 8:07pmA crime of this magnitude raises the procedures and crime prevention levels of a police department’s lawful response and prevention methods. 300 hundred perpetrators equals a riot and mass looting. Private property is being overtly destroyed in large numbers. Suspicion of violence against innocent bystanders is reasonable if any customer or worker stands their own ground in fear of overwhelming odds on the criminal side. Probable cause of criminal and irrational response to any authority is present. Possible weapons possession or likely use of objects in the environment to do harm as means of escape is reasonable.
Any citizen on the scene has the right to defend themselves and would be reasonable to act out in fear to jointly stop this Private Property crime, rioting and looting, civil disorder, and threat to the city. These perps should also be found to have committed an hate crime.
Police and City response should have included all able-bodied armed law officials to surround the premises and sweep the building of criminals, capturing those that flee the scene with the warning of being shot. This type of disorder and mass crime in no way can be handled by fear of PC PR public opinion. Strict law adherence and consistent enforcement leads to a standard that respectful children and young adults know to be a line of the law not to cross.
As for following action, the laws must be upheld at whatever financial cost; thus nullifying all frivolous and illegal lawsuits or activist

If our own government encourages the OWS, then I’m sure that they had a hand in this destructive mayhem. Why wasn’t the National Guard called in?
