Sheriff Joe Arpaio Claims to Have Found Decisive Proof that President Obamas Birth Certificate Is a Fake

Sheriff Joe Arpaio appeared on the Mike Broomhead show today to discuss the results of an investigation he had conducted into President Obama’s alleged birth certificate, including a trip to Hawaii to try to gain access to the documents.

Characteristically, Arpaio did not hedge his statements with any qualifiers, stating unequivocally that the document released to the public was a fraud, and that “anybody [who's] an adult can get a birth certificate” in Hawaii, presuming you live there for a year and pay your taxes and phone bill. Arpaio did call for an investigation into this, at minimum, suggesting that even if President Obama’s birth certificate is left off the table, it should be a relevant question why Hawaii is allegedly issuing birth certificates to anyone who lives there for a year. Arpaio has also issued a press release to this effect.

No matter what happens regarding the Congressional investigation, one has to note that, if the practice Arpaio alleges actually happens, then it also introduces a thorny problem for those who argue that the President’s birthplace is not a settled issue. Clearly, Obama spent more than a year in Hawaii, and if the government is willing to retroactively issue birth certificates to anyone of whom this is the case, then it is effectively impossible to prove whether the certificate on record for Obama is, in fact, the one that was issued at his birth, since it would be dated and filed retroactively as though it had happened immediately.

Arpaio must have been aware of this problem, because when asked about what he wanted to happen to the President, he replied only, “I’m not telling him what to do, to tell him that he committed a crime. But someone had to be behind this forged document.”

In other words, Arpaio only wants a prosecution of the person responsible for creating the allegedly fraudulent copy of President Obama’s birth certificate, not of the President himself. In either case, however, he is unlikely to get it.

Sheriff Joe you are just like Romney or McCain for that matter you are REFUSING to call a “spade a spade”! WE all have known for a couple years this piece of paper was a FAKE and I have lived in Oahu for 6 years and I KNOW that place operates on “Hawaii time” and they are VERY tribal in how they conduct business…..I was there when he was elected and I was there when the city of Kailua received multi millions for “road improvements” from the Federal government……oh yes soft bribes and silencing remember when their Governor Ambercrombie said “when elected I will put this Birth Certificate controversy to an end” he got elected and you couldn’t even hear crickets to his silence!!!

Its Irrelevent. The UN Charter explains it perfectly. Since we all know treaties are Law, the definition in the UN treaty is enforcable. Birth by soil “Naturalized Citizen”, Birth by blood “Natural Born Citizen” , Natural-born American citizens are those born of 2 American citizen parents,within or without the American Republic, provided in the latter case that one ofthe parents had resided in the United States prior to the birth of the child. Obamas Father is Kenyan. Obama is Ineligible to be presedent of the United States. Before you call me BIRTHER! Go read it! Judge for yourself! The Truth will set you free!

  Okay, I read the United Nations Charter, which doesn’t say one word about citizenship or nationality of individuals, and I read The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which just says that:
  
  (1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.
  (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

A man stands up for what is right even when everyone is against him. A man protects the innocent and seeks justice. A man wants a family and a wife not a girlfriend. What if it comes out that Frank Marshall Davis is actually Obama’s father?
That would ruin the whole non-citizen arguement.
I’d bet this is all just a red herring designed to draw attention away from the facts.
No matter what though it still needs to be followed to find the facts.
Glenn ridicules all efforts to find facts on this and probably for this reason but if someone like Sheriff Joe will follow that thread the rest of us can be following all of the other threads and sooner or later this schmuck will be found out.
As soon as Romney gets elected he should demand all of Obama’s records and show them to the world.

Heres my two cents worth. The real Question is “Whos Your Daddy” Between Malcom X, and Frank Marshall Davis is Barrys real Daddy. Barry would had never been elected Prez with a resume beginning at birth with one of these two radicals as his daddy. The Good Sheriff of Arizona has stumbled upon something and the pushback from the DOJ is proof positive to go after him. We have the most corrupt government. Our Founding Fathers are looking down up on us in total disbelief.

4. passport.

I care where Obama was born but this is just more fodder for the losers that have programs on channels that shall not be named(it’s OK, nobody watches them anymore anyways). If the good Sherriff has the evidence this time, then all americans should see it. Put it online for the world to pick over and review. I’m sure there are many thousands of braniacs outside of Maricopa County, AZ that could confirm or refute the docs authenticity. In the meantime, the United States is collapsing. HOO-rah.

Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution states that the President of the United States shall be a Natural Born Citizen (born in the U.S., to 2 CITIZEN parents). BHO’s father was NOT a US citizen. He is NOT eligible! Congress needs to get this imposter out of office NOW!

When those who question where Obama is born is confronted with solid evidence that he was born in Hawaii, such as the birth announcements in both Honolulu papers, they always make excuses. Now there are those who think that Marco Rubio is not qualified to be Vice-President because his parents were not yet naturalized citizens. It’s getting crazy. We need to come together and defeat Obama at the polls. Romney is not perfect by a long shot, but he far better than what we have now.

  I STAND FIRM: If Romney chooses Rubio for his running mate, then it will be a sure sign for me that the Republicans have been complicit in the un-Constitutionality of Obama’s presidency in order to subvert the eligibility requirements in order for their “rising star” to be president afterwards. This is all becoming so contrived to me and I cannot hardly believe I am living in this horribly scripted fiasco other than the knowledge that stupidity is being sold as the new, cool look.
  
  I STAND FIRM: That even though I registered Republican for the first time since Reagan (and that had to do with voting in the primary), I will not vote for a Romney/Rubio ticket. That would be putting my stamp of approval on the systematic dismantling of our rule of law, aka our Constitution, and I will have no part in that.

I moved recently here in California and went into the county assessor’s office to re-register to vote. Guess what? I didn’t need to show an ID or anything. I went to show the clerk my driver’s license and she said they didn’t need it or any ID. WOW! I’ve heard of this but never experienced it. I asked her how she could tell who I was. She just smiled and said it would be passed on to the new county. Guess anyone could be me or I could be anybody I wanted to be able to vote in California. .

  Recently found that my son who registered at 18 in our home had an anomaly on his registration and THAT was he was registered t vote in an entirely different city!!! Even after voting a couple times here in our district. I was worried because he did not receive his copy of a voter registration card when my wife and I received ours on the same day. Here in Florida we are doing an AWESOME job on cleaning out our voter rolls and I thought he may have gotten caught in that shuffle…..I had NO problem going to the Voter Register office to correct this over sight……Just an interesting situation.

  Arpaio has done nothing more than approach this from a legal and lawful perspective. Smart, very smart. Keep in mind that Eric Holder has sued Arpaio (to keep him from talking probably) but that won’t work now as Holder is under contempt for keeping secrets that the “Brother” in the WH wants kept under his prayer rug.
  
  Let’s see, how do you trust anything that Holder (Appointed by the B in the WH) says when he has been found in contempt in the House of Reps? Sheriff Arpaio has an unreal track record, is honest, and has been reelected because the majority of folks want him as their Sheriff in Maricopa County, AZ. The man does his job professionally and it ticks of the illegals and the “Brother” in the WH.
  
  Well, looks to me as if the “Brother’s” days have been wound with so many lies they can’t keep them straight anymore. Ooops!

  The nearly identical birth announcements that appeared in the two Hawaiian newspapers contained no details, there is no proof they were placed there by the hospitals, and they could have easily been placed there by the grandparents with a quick call to the papers. It’s easy to do. When I graduated college my parents simply called the local paper and an announcement magically appeared. The grandparents would have had a vested interest in giving their grandson a chance at American citizenship.

  Wow! I live/d in all three states being discussed. Absolutely LOVED WA. so beautiful. Big downfall though- the progressives. I got to vote in the 2010 election there, tried to get Murray out, but the libs outnumber us there. We moved on to CA from there (Apple Valley) Hated California. Say- have they started taxing ya’ll for walking yet. It’s comin, wait and see. Moved on to Arizona from there. I love Sheriff Joe. We live in Pinal Co. so we don’t have the choice to vote for him- but I would. He made a believer out of me- I am not saying I believe that our current THUG in the WH is not a US citizen, but Arpaio certainly proved that the birth certificate was not an original.

So if the birth certificate is a fraud, does this mean Obama (or his cronies) forged the Honolulu-based newspapers announcing his birth (not just the originals, but every copy in any form, both currently and previously existing), or the passport that would have been required for him to enter the country, or a copy of his mother’s passport to include his name on it, or his entry records with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, or the records of him from visiting any other country? That’s an awful lot of work, don’t you think? And that’s not even getting into the flaws with the idea that everything was forged back in 1961 after he was born (a time when the idea of a black president was considered ludicrous – remember, many states had yet to legalize interracial marriages, even).

By the way, I’m no Obama apologist. I didn’t vote for him in 2008 and have no intentions of doing so in 2012. I’m just more in favor of criticizing Obama for the many other things he does wrong, not some crazy conspiracy theory that’s “backed” by “proof” found by a bitter old sherriff laden with sour grapes and up to his eyeballs in ethics violations and corruption charges.

  Actually there is a Hawaiian Law that allows a “Law enforcement Agency” to request an altered BC think Eric Holder. So, in theory Obama was issued an out of hospital BC in 1961, at that time his grandmother could have declared his birth, common and done to establish US citizenship back then, but there would have been evidence on the original BC. Fast forward the BC is “legally doctored” and replaced and presented via the web as his original.. Funny I have tried to post the Hawaiian Law and a link to it and it gets blocked…

  What you fail to recognize is that an altered birth certificate shows a pattern of deception. This is the problem. While your focused on his right hand, he is inserting the enigma tube with his left hand. If there is no problem with his nationality, why would they alter his birth certificate?

  So why did he have to present a computer generated forged birth certificate, a fraudulent registration with the Selective Service and why is he using an E-Verified flagged SS# that the SS Admin says they never issued him yet it appears on all of his Income Tax Returns? Anyone can place birth announcements in news papers, try using one to register your car. The birth announcement has nothing to do with his ineligibility, his family wanted him to be eligible for all the benefits of being an American. I find it amazing that the media was all up and arms over the Nixon scandal and not a peep about something MUCH worse than that.

  DCX, any family member can have a birth announcement put into any paper in any state, so it means nothing if his birth announcement was in a newspaper in Hawaii. Secondly, Obama has spent millions to hide all of his school records as well as past passports and refuses to release this information, even when a Judge has order him too. Furthermore, bring up a picture of Obama Sr., Frank Marshall Davis, Malcolm X and Obama himself and you tell me who he looks more like. What Sheriff Joe proved today is the same thing that Orly Taitz has been saying for over 3 years now.

Heck the SS Admin claimed they never issued the number (042-68-4425) to Barack Hussein Obama when in fact he used the number on his Income Tax returns going back many years and in a land deal with Tony Rezko. Heck, there was a Harrison J. Bounel listed at the same Chicago address that the Obama’s use with the same number. Are you not the least bit curious? This is much worse than Watergate for crying out loud.

  First Joe was a 25 year vet of the DEA who’d been posted to Argentina, Mexico and a host of other S.A. countries and ended up head of the DEA office in Arizona. He worked with CIA, FBI, and others all those years. Your media just pretends he’s some hick from down south.
  
  They went to the national archives and all incoming immigration records for the week BHo was born were missing, all those 10 years before and 10 after are all in tact. HI said they had a BC on record with a person of the same name but would NOT show it and did not say on the record it was the same as BHo showed, which itself was the 3rd version they put forth, the first two very obvious forgeries..your media just ignores all of that. His SS # FAILS id-check, how’s that happen, mine works fine. His draft card is an obvious forgery. No newspapers listed his birth the week he was supposedly born. There’s a ton of other facts clearly defined in the investigation and put out on video that you just ignore or are too lazy to read.
  
  Wolf Blitzer and C.Mathews isn’t going to give you the news. If you just want to stay blue because you’ve always been blue then just say so. If you’re one of the guys that’s paid to go around and just spread fuzz then just do it and go away.

  I never really entertained this but there are a few good points brought up that raises questions and I just want to know the truth now that I’m curious. His grandparents did live in Hawaii and did make a birth announcement, but it was just that… announcing that they were grandparents. In his own words he stated that he flew to Pakistan in 1981… one problem though: Pakistan was on the American No-Fly list and there’s no way he could have gotten there with a U.S. passport. He could have gotten there if he was… A subject of Great Britain from the territory of Kenya.

  A few other things…go to youtube periodically (cause they keep taking them down) and you will see a video played in the U.S. of BHos Kenyan Grandmother saying how proud she was the day he was born and that she was PRESENT for his birth, in a Hospital in Kenya. Two reporters that tried to visit the hospital were arrested, held w/o charges for some time, then booted out of the country. The records of that Hospital are missing entries on his supposed BD. How’s all that happen to him and you and me? My BC isn’t a 9 layer poorly forged PDF..if it were a scanned copy it’d be just that.a gif, tif, any number of other formats to include a single layer PDF..Not 9 that don’t line up. The next president having any balls at all will get the truth. Then we can kill all that crap he’s signed. Who spends MILLIONS of dollars in lawyer fee’s to keep all that stuff under seal? His own publicist listed him as Kenyan for years. And for the comment following mine please read/listen to today’s brief carefully. HI’s law allows anyone in HI, having paid taxes for at least one year, to be issued a BC by the state of HI. If you are an illegal imm. I’d head straight there before the law changes.   Here is the working theory,, follow,,
  
  Obamas grandmother claimed n Hawaiian out of hospital birth, the newspaper announcement gets automatically generated from the hospital. The original would note the grandmothers declaration. Many people did this back then it was easy to obtain US citizenship by calling it in and declaring a birth. So, Obama used that BC throughout his life except when it benefitted him he claimed to be born in Kenya (book PR and possible University admission). He knows he wasn’t born in Hawaii but in 1961 a BC was obtained for him.
  
  So, Hawaiian Law has a provision to “legally alter” a BC for the safety of an individual (section 338-17.7) All that is needed is a request from a law enforcement agency (Eric Holder?) with the information to be changed. The original is sealed and a “forged” replacement is used in place of the original. This is the legal loophole to get false identities to witness protection and law enforcement agents, but it can be applied to anyone simply by a request from a Law enforcement agency.
  
  So, once Obama had his original altered, by the State of Hawaii, he presented it to the public. The electronic one which Arpaio claims is a forgery. It does contain false information but it was done “legally” by the State of Hawaii and the records pertaining to the “replacement” are sealed.

  Actually Baltimorejoe, the Detective said that any child born any where’s outside of the US can get a BC in Hawaii as long as that child has a family member who has paid taxes or rent 12 month prior to the birth. That family member also does not need to be a citizen to get the BC for that child. Otherwise you are right on on what he said.

Did he see the file cabinets with the birth certificates in the bound hard cover book from 1961 with everyone born in the month of July to October 1961. Bound and printed in 1961. The book has only opened once in the last 40 years to have a picture taken of it. Did he see the original print of two 1961 Hawaii newspapers that has the birth announcement that was printed in 1961 and then left in a library archive for all that time, Not a microfiche but an actual partially faded newspaper.

There is more paper trail of the founders in 1770′s than Obama but the truth is that he was born in Hawaii and grew up at the feet of Marxists.

Want to see his school records which shows as an “influence.” Someone needs to run a repeat of the old Ralph Edwards ” This Is Your Life ” Show on Barry / Barack . It does not change the fact that the Commander in Chief registered fraudulently with the Selective Service.   It is obvious that you did not watch the press conference today. The detective who went to Hawaii did try to see the book that would have had Stanley Ann Dunham’s name and signature when she went to the hospital to give birth. The records room is open to the public, but the Detective was refused entry by a Hospital Staff or administrator. How do you refuse a person, especially a Detective, entry into a room with all of the records that is suppose to be open to the public?

  TJexcite, the two newspaper birth announcements are completely meaningless in this debate. I know a number of people, like Beck himself have decided that having those birth announcements back then prove he must be an American because some vast conspiracy could never have gone back that far.
  
  The simple truth is there doesn’t have to be a conspiracy for those newspaper announcements to be false. It isn’t like they send investigative reporters to make sure your birth announcement request is actually true. Newspapers, back in the 50′s and 60′s were like Facebook today. You shared your important life experiences (births, deaths, weddings, etc.) with your community through newspaper announcements.
  
  Despite how wacky left wing, even his grandparents were, would they REALLY share the birth of their grandson to the community at large (remember back in 1961, when we were still quite sane as a country) and state he was born Kenya? No, you would just mention the local hospital… not because you are laying the ground work for a conspiracy to elect a foreign born US President half a century later but because you don’t want the community to know that you and your daughter are complete freaks.
