Sheriff Joe Arpaio Claims to Have Found Decisive Proof that President Obamas Birth Certificate Is a Fake

Sheriff Joe Arpaio appeared on the Mike Broomhead show today to discuss the results of an investigation he had conducted into President Obama’s alleged birth certificate, including a trip to Hawaii to try to gain access to the documents.

Characteristically, Arpaio did not hedge his statements with any qualifiers, stating unequivocally that the document released to the public was a fraud, and that “anybody [who's] an adult can get a birth certificate” in Hawaii, presuming you live there for a year and pay your taxes and phone bill. Arpaio did call for an investigation into this, at minimum, suggesting that even if President Obama’s birth certificate is left off the table, it should be a relevant question why Hawaii is allegedly issuing birth certificates to anyone who lives there for a year. Arpaio has also issued a press release to this effect.

No matter what happens regarding the Congressional investigation, one has to note that, if the practice Arpaio alleges actually happens, then it also introduces a thorny problem for those who argue that the President’s birthplace is not a settled issue. Clearly, Obama spent more than a year in Hawaii, and if the government is willing to retroactively issue birth certificates to anyone of whom this is the case, then it is effectively impossible to prove whether the certificate on record for Obama is, in fact, the one that was issued at his birth, since it would be dated and filed retroactively as though it had happened immediately.

Arpaio must have been aware of this problem, because when asked about what he wanted to happen to the President, he replied only, “I’m not telling him what to do, to tell him that he committed a crime. But someone had to be behind this forged document.”

In other words, Arpaio only wants a prosecution of the person responsible for creating the allegedly fraudulent copy of President Obama’s birth certificate, not of the President himself. In either case, however, he is unlikely to get it.

Please correct me if I’m wrong (and I know y’all won’t hesitate to do so) but I think you’re spitting into the wind with this issue. Explain to me why it matters whether or not Obama was born in Hawaii. There is no legal definition for “natural born citizen”. His mother was an American citizen, therefore Obama is a citizen as well. I know this because my daughter gave birth to my grandson while overseas. The kid is only two and a half years old and has his own passport. I think it’s a dead issue but I’m willing to listen. Now, on the matter of his grades and the potentially bogus Social Security number, fire away.

  If he was born in HI, he is a NATIVE born citizen. Why would the Founders have made the distinction of NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, if it were not to protect our country from having a President with split loyalties, due to the citizenship of his parents. You only have to think about it, to know the intent.

  Anyone who is born a citizen is a natural born citizen. The only other kind of citizen is a naturalized citizen. This idea of some mysterious third kind of citizen who is born a citizen, but not born a natural born citizen is purely a delusion of the ignorant.

  The NBC clause is not defined in the Constitution but has been defined by the Supreme Court in Minor vs Happersett. The definition is citizen born of a country to two citizen parents.The reason for this being a requirement for POTUS was to eliminate any chance of dual-loyalties in the CinC role.
  You cannot be an NBC and a Dual citizen like BHO who was born a British/US citizen based on his own birth narrative.

  The Supreme Court did not define a natural born citizen in Minor vs Happersett. Right after they said that anyone born here to two citizen parents was a natural born citizen, in the very next sentence:
  “Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts.”
  
  They made it clear that they were not saying that was a complete or exclusive definition, and that it was not a settled issue. When they finally did rule on the issue in 1898, they ruled that anyone born here is a natural born citizen, and that has been the law of the land ever since.

  US vs Wong Kim Ark was a 1898 SCOTUS decision which stated that anyone born on US soil subject to the jurisdiction thereof acquires automatic citizenship. A naturalized citizen is not a natural born citizen. An “anchor baby” is not eligible to become POTUS. Our founding fathers would not have raised the bar from a regular citizen to a NBC unless it was a higher standard. In Minor vs Happersett the SCOTUS clearly defined what a NBC was based on common-law (like what was described in Vattel’s “Law of Nations”) (a book our founders were familiar and relied on as a legal reference) They left open the option that there could be additional classifications of citizens that possible could be included as NBC’s but did not rule on it because they did not need to resolve the case before them. The 14th amendment never was intended to redefine what a NBC is it was intended to guarantee slaves, American Indians etc…citizenship.

  A naturalized citizen is somebody who was born in another country and became a citizen later. I already pointed out that the Court was careful to say that they were not setting a precedent defining natural born citizen in Minor vs Happersett because it had nothing to do with the case. The Law of Nations is a book on international law and its definition includes only those people who would be recognized by any country as its citizens. The founding fathers would have been well aware that a different standard applied under the laws of England at the time of our founding, and if they wanted to change it, they would have written some actual law or statute doing so. That is why the Court based their decision in US v Wong Kim Ark on English Common Law.
  
  “It thus clearly appears that by the law of England for the last three centuries, beginning before the settlement of this country, and continuing to the present day, aliens, while residing in the dominions possessed by the crown of England, were within the allegiance, the obedience, the faith or loyalty, the protection, the power, and the jurisdiction of the English sovereign; and therefore every child born in England of alien parents was a natural-born subject …

If this is not known to the adverage American Citesen in this instance some should be schooled!I myself in the past sevral year’s was in need of a recognized ID! So because I’ve had a Licence so instead of just an ID I went for my Licence!This act took me some time as well as information showing that I was in fact who and what I said I was!I was told that I would need three form’s of evidence!One of though’s needed was my Birth Certifecate and because of cercomestances involveing an Adoption from my Biolodgical and a step father (do to jumping through the hoop’s for Entitlement Funding even way back then) the search was on for my Birth Certifecate!1)I needed all the ID info on my MoM2)The same for my step father3)I needed my Bio father’s as well!Do to how record’s are kept diffrently in diffrent states mean’s they are filed in diffrent media form’s!Much to my shagrin that far back in my state of birth finding my Dad’s Info was an advensure in it’s self for they are kept not on computer not on microfeash but in book cataloging so it was like looking through an ensiclapiedia colection and with my last name being like that of Smith here in the US I looked through many, book’s to find him!You might say not to to bad but to find all the info I needed plus the other two form’s of ID all had to be aquired at City Hall at my place of birth!Then with all three form’s of ID I must present my evidence to City Hall where born!Again not bad?I Live on West,Born on East!Must g

I’ve worked in and owned Internet companies for more than 20 years. I managed imaging systems of every variety and across most levels of government.

I’m not saying that Obama is not a U.S. citizen, but I will confidently add my voice to those saying that the long form BC Obama’s people presented as valid was a complete fabrication. It consisted of many layers that were easy for any lay user of even free image processing programs to clear see and pull apart. Whatever naive person prepared it for Obama’s staff failed to provide and identify the flattened version of the long form BC. As I said, ANY very new image processor could pull apart and separately view the objects making up the BC presented as being Obama’s long form birth certificate.

  Not that many. Democrats hold their own in elections for two reasons – the almost 40% of people who don’t identify themselves as either conservative or liberal seem to lean a little more to the liberal side when you question them about the individual issues that matter to them most, and liberals have become more pragmatic and willing to support moderates who agree with them on many of the issues at the same time that a lot of conservatives have become more rigid and intolerant of anyone who doesn’t agree with them on all of the issues.

I don’t know (or care at this point) where he was born.
But there is no doubt that Obama’s long-form BC has been altered.
The news about the numerical coding placed on it at registration indicating that the information about the father was left blank on the original…..along with the fact that the terminology used on the (apparently) added information about the father, was completely different from all the other examples used on BCs during that time, leaves me questioning more than his birth place.
Maybe those Frank Marshall Davis rumors are true.

So anyone with a HI birth cert is suspect as to their real birth place. HI birth certs are worthless pieces of paper. Glenn is a flawed human being ( as we all are) and this issue brings it out best. Are we living in the Twilight Zone? Can this be real? You couldn’t write a more bazaar movie script! So, for whatever reason, we have a President with a birth certificate from the State of HI that has been altered (whether legally or not) and which has now been proven worthless, due to the loop holes that abound for anyone wanting a HI birth certificate to obtain one.
We also know that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen, as his father was a British subject.
The Founding Fathers were very smart, as they saw that divided citizenship in the parents, could bring divided loyalty by a President, which we all see happening right now. Just look at the taxpayer money that is pouring into Kenya!

Six months ago the Obama campaign probably thought they would have a pretty tough and tight reelection battle on their hands.

In last three days, thanks to Mr. Limbaugh, Mr. Sununu and Sheriff Arpio things are definitely looking much better. These three amigos coupled with prominent conservatives calling for Mr. Romney to release his taxes, have essentially handed the election to Mr. Obama.

The editor of this article seems to imply that Sheriff Joe’s claims are not absolute truth. Do they question all of his other cases? If they are questioning his integrity in this case then every single other case he has dealt with in his entire career is in jeopardy. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to question Arpaio’s claims – he has nothing to gain from this and everything to lose. This will end his career. Just look at the way the Justice Department is coming after him.

I love Beck – I’ve followed him since CNN, but I cannot stand his attitude towards this situation. I don’t like the “put your head under a rock because you can’t win this” argument. Obama is out there flaunting this, and anyone who stands is silenced because the majority takes the same position as Beck. Do you know how the Obama Administration addressed this? In totality (no joke) – Obama’s press secretary replied to Arpaio the first time on Twitter with a clip to the X-Files. Obama himself, when questioned about it, jokingly told Oprah (on her failing network) that “I was there, I think I remember where I was born…” They both laughed afterward. And the public accepts that!? Beck accepts that!?!

I’m actually surprised that this was allowed to be posted on The Blaze but I doubt it’ll get much coverage. Arpaio is obviously trying to “get to the bottom of the main issue” which is HI issuing birth certificates to push this TTT – so that it’s not mis-construed as ju

  They tell us that Bette Midler was born in Honolulu to Jewish parents who moved from Paterson, New Jersey before she was born. But how do we know they didn’t bring their infant daughter with them from the mainland and get one of those easy to obtain Hawaiian birth certificates just because nobody would want to be from Paterson, New Jersey if they could help it?

  Obamas grandmother claimed n Hawaiian out of hospital birth, the newspaper announcement gets automatically generated from the hospital. The original would note the grandmothers declaration. Many people did this back then it was easy to obtain US citizenship by calling it in and declaring a birth. So, Obama used that BC throughout his life except when it benefitted him he claimed to be born in Kenya (book PR and possible University admission). He knows he wasn’t born in Hawaii but in 1961 a BC was obtained for him.
  
  So, Hawaiian Law has a provision to “legally alter” a BC for the safety of an individual (section 338-17.7) All that is needed is a request from a law enforcement agency (Eric Holder?) with the information to be changed. The original is sealed and a “forged” replacement is used in place of the original. This is the legal loophole to get false identities to witness protection and law enforcement agents, but it can be applied to anyone simply by a request from a Law enforcement agency.
  
  So, once Obama had his original altered, by the State of Hawaii, he presented it to the public. The electronic one which Arpaio claims is a forgery. It does contain false information but it was done “legally” by the State of Hawaii and the records pertaining to the “replacement” are sealed.

Here is something to think about. Let’s just say that Obama was born in Hawaii, not saying he was but just a what if. When his Mother married Soetoro and adopted Obama, his name was legally changed to Barry Soetoro, so this raises one question, but will get back to it in a sec. Indonesia back in the 60′s did not recognize duel citizenship, so in order to live in Indonesia and be a citizen you had to give up your other citizenship. In order for little Barry to go to school, Barry had to be a legal citizen of Indonesia which means that his citizenship was voided in order to become a citizen of Indonesia and go to school. Now when Barry came back to Hawaii to live with his Grandparents, he used his name Barry Soetoro all through school and even when he started college. Did he ever legally have his name changed back to Barrack H Obama or is he using duel names? Just something to think about.

  We don’t observe Indonesian law, we observe American law. If he never renounced his American citizenship in an American court in accordance with American law, then he is still a citizen of this country, and has never not been a citizen of this country.
