Hilarious Parody Video: 2012 ‘Obama Voter’ Interviews Her 2008 Self — and Quickly Gets Disillusioned

Earlier this month, we brought you the viral video of a man who interviewed his 12-year-old self via the magic of video and a little foresight. (Watch it and read up here.) It was funny. But not as funny as the parody that some Obama critics have just released.

In a new video posted to YouTube yesterday by the group Republican Party Animals, a woman is seen playing the part of an ecstatic 2008 Obama supporter interviewing her 2012 self. The 2008 version is overtaken with hope and change, while the 2012 introduces her to some harsh realities about what that turned into (Dad couldn’t get his asthma meds, she’s now living in Mom’s basement because she can’t find a job, the green jobs program was an utter failure, America is not popular in the world, and there are tax hikes).

There’s a visual to represent the change:

Parody Video: Obama Voter Interviews Herself

But the honeymoon soon ends after a surprise at about the three-minute mark:

Parody Video: Obama Voter Interviews Herself

See it below (and no comments about the space-time continuum being interrupted or how this wouldn’t be possible — none):

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

She’s like my family – all registered Democrats. That includes myself, wife, 3 sons and 3 daughter in-laws who were all in late 20′s in 08. We sold ourselves on the Hope & Cjhange. we all; have been or know someone that don’t like the results of Change and have given up on Hope. We all also saw what our party, along with the Obama’s did to Herman Cain and are attacking Allen West. You can disagree with a person but the way they are attacking these full blood African Americans you would think they are kin to Osama Ben Lauden.

      The video asks:

“Or will you be proud that “2012 you” made smart choices, based on facts and real economic principles?”

Consider these facts and real economic principles.

Ron Paul called the housing collapse way back in 2001, before Obama – after the fact – was trying to blame it on the free market.

      @dmerwin,

“Hasn’t Ron called you and said he lost? Will you continue to post this stuff in 2014, 2018, 2034?”

First, he’s still in the race.

Second, I WILL continue to post this stuff in 2014 and beyond, because the GOP understands neither the Constitution nor economics.

Electing people like Romney is why the Left is able to agitate for electing a CLEARLY unqualified person, such as Obama.

Bush crashed the economy by his KEYNESIAN economic policies, NOT, as Obama claims, by his so-called “trickle down” economics.

      See here.

Continuing on the Road to Ruin
      (Congressman Tom McClintock speaking)
      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MiInauovWDc

Bush was an interventionist like Obama, only Obama was worse.

Romney will do the same thing because, again, he’s a Keynesian and a Corporatist – NOT pro free market.

I will write Ron Paul in, if I have to. Romney will absolutely bungle the coming bond market crash (also predicted by Ron Paul and Peter Schiff) because he does not understand economics.

So there’s no way I’m voting for Obama, Romney, or Gary Johnson.

If you want your Constitutional Republic back, vote for Ron Paul.

      @The-Monk,

“I can tell you this; Ron Paul has no idea about World History.”

Well, he was warning about the radical Islamist’s desire for a caliphate before Glenn Beck, and he explained that the Arab world’s increasing solidarity toward that end was/is being greatly facilitated by our unconstitutional foreign policy.

      Situation in Iraq and Impeachment

      http://www.c-spanvideo.org/program/IraqandI

“That video was almost as chopped up as Ron Paul’s voting record.”

Choppy voting record, in what sense?

“Every time I hear from the Ron Paul people I dislike Dr. Paul more and more. Donβ€˜t you guys realize he’s β€œpart of the system”?”

I choose to base my level of support on the candidates, themselves, rather than on their supporters.

“Try reading a good history book if you can find one. Try β€œGlimpses of World History” by Jawaharlal Nehru and stop attending OWS and Black Bloc rallies.”

OWS is Marxist in origin, while Ron Paul is an Austrian Economist – the opposite of a collectivist.

And Ron Paul believes in government that protects private property rights and enforces voluntary contracts – pretty much the intent of our Constitutional Republic.

I get where you’re coming from, sort of, I guess, but just so you understand, in our current system of voting, the “first past the post” system, Ron Paul, or any other third party, has no chance of winning. There’s a very clear and simple video on you tube that explains it. I know you want to make a stand philosophically, but I suggest you study the voting system. Every vote cast for Ron Paul is a vote cast against Mitt Romney, or whoever the Republican candidate is. It is crucial that you understand practical politics as well as ideology. Your ideological protest vote for Ron Paul is a vote for Barack Obama in the real world.

McCain and his fellow HUGE RINO’s Lindsey Graham and Scott Brown threw Michelle Bachman under the bus in this election year just because she questioned whether there was Muslim Brotherhood in our government. McCain/Graham and Scott Brown should be thrown out of the party. THEY are why I do NOT want to be a Republican.

There were some near me in the voting lines raving about the “historical event” of a black President without knowing a single thing about what he represented. It makes me sooo mad that we have this “historic, pop-star, cool President” mentality instead of protecting America from fundamental transformation.

I’m glad this girl sees the light, but some are “dug in” to their position and can’t admit that they were duped. Others only hear what Newsweek and MSNBC and ABC have to say. People who were all gushy about Obama in 2008 and especially the media who didn’t vet him are responsible for the mess we’re in now. Obama isn’t. he’s only done what he has been carefully groomed to do.

Same here… Never bought his smelly pile of promises, and KNEW THEN he was a fool, a liar, and a Traitor in the making, and now.. He has spent the last 3.5 years proving me right..

Hated him them, Loathe him now…

      You’re not alone.

Comrades this was sad, but funny as all get out! Yes, lib’s are this stupid, but at least this one woke up after being beaten over the head. All to often they only get dumber and dumber.

nicely done, but actually, very civil and tame compared to what they could have said about the financial and civil and religious horrors and atrocities obama has perped on this nation already.
