Twitter Users Blame Sikh Temple Shooting on Michele Bachmann Because of Her Anti Islam Stance

Almost immediately after the recent shooting in Aurora, Colorado, where over a dozen people were killed during the premiere of ‘The Dark Knight,’ the media began trying to tie the suspect to the Tea Party. When that failed, others implied that loose gun laws were responsible for the mass-murder, arguing that stricter measures can prevent similar tragedies in the future.

Now, on the same day as the horrific attack on a Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Twitter users have already begun to imply that public figures like Michele Bachmann and Rush Limbaugh are somehow responsible.

Bachmann seemed to be the recipient of most of the allegations, presumably because of her calls to investigate the Muslim Brotherhood and its influence within the United States government.

Many of the Twitter users are seemingly oblivious to the fact that Sikhs are not, in fact, Muslims.

However, CNN explained Sunday that violence against Sikhs is often just misplaced Islamophobia. According to the cable news network, Sikhs are often mistaken for Muslims because of their distinctive appearance.

Twitchy summarized that, to many on the left, a shooting is “never the fault of the actual criminal.”

One Twitter user, for instance, wrote: “KEEP Spewing your hateful, racist, irresponsible paranoid hate Bachmann & Friends…I mean, they’re just words, right? Hate breeds hate.”

But Bachmann stayed above the fray, tweeting: “My heart goes out to everyone affected by today’s tragic shooting in Wisconsin. The victims and their families are in my prayers.”

  I suspect that any person that went to that extreme and probably knew he would also be killed would have at least know enough about his target that he wouldn’t mistake Sikhs for Muslims. Give it some time and the true story will come out. Either another lunatic, or someone who had a specific motive. Time will tell.

  We didn’t have these problems years ago and if we did they were “Extremely” minor. And when I say “Years Ago” I mean before we opened the “Flood Gates” to so many different “Religious Sectors”. I have to be honest and say that “I Don’t Recognize My Own Country Anymore” and it’s rather scary. We now have to cater to “Muslims” a variety of different “Jewish Communities”, “Latinos” and “African Americans” which I know are not “Religious Sectors” my point being none of these “Groups” of people really appreciate the United States of America. There not interested in “Waving” the American Flag” they have no “Clue” nor do they care about the “History” of this country because basically there in this country for themselves and no one else. Remember a place called Ellis Island, when “Immigrants” actually came to the United States because they were “Proud” to be US Citizens. They didn’t come here to try to “Change” America, they came here to be “Americans”. Many of the Jewish Sectors and Muslims don’t want to become “Americanized”. They want this country to do with as they wish and it’s rather scary to watch. What amazes me is that the “Jewish” people in this country still continue to vote “Democrat” even when the “President” isn’t even backing the Jewish people in Isreal and do you know why. It’s because they know in the United States they will be safe and out of harms way with no “Bombs” dropping on them in the middle of the night.

  I admit, I had to look it up. They are Monotheistic, meaning they believe in one god, but it isn’t Allah. they have been around for about 500 years, are forbidden by their religion to cut their **** and are for social equality. Seems strange to me that they agree with Obama on social justice and were attacked. I think some stupid person on the left tried to make it look like a conservative attacked them, but didn’t do their research. I’m sorry, but usually conservatives are smart enough to do their research. If they wanted to attack Muslims, they’d find a Mosque, not a Sikh Temple.

  Thanks for that site about the Sikhs….I leared more and I actually appreciate them far more. They sound very peace loving, even if they are “labeled” Progressive and wanting social justice. I don’t understand how anyone would want to hurt any of that religion. They fit right in the “as lon as you don’t pick my pocket or break my bones” of accepting other religions. I would much rather have a Sikh living next to me that some other religions.

  RoseEllen-you are incorrect!! Sikh’s have NOTHING to do with Islam OR Hinduism! The ONLY similarity to Hindu is Sikh was born out of India, and uses some Sanskrit terms; as far as Islam-Sikh, Sikh’s DO believe in one God, however they have NOTHING to do with the Q’uran, NOTHING to do with Mohammad! Sikh’s have actually gone to war to protect Hindus from the Muslims, several times. They are a peaceful, respectful religion.

  Actually yes there are. The Skinhead movement that started during the early 60′s in the UK were influenced by Jamaican rude boy styles and culture, listened to music genre like ska, rocksteady, and early reggae.   I checked out the website, sikhs.org, and while there is much mention of charity, I didn’t see anything suggesting that sikhs should vote for raising taxes and supporting a welfare state. Like Christians, they speak of *personal* charity and giving. No indication they agree with the Big Zero’s variety of social “justice”.

I wondered how long before there was an effort to tie the killer’s actions to either the Tea Party, some outspoken conservative, or both. I am amazed though that no media outlet has floated this yet since that is the narrative they live by. Also the law of averages says it is only a matter of time before one of these killings will be by someone mentally flipped out that can be linked to the Tea Party or some conservative. That is why I always thought the media and those on the left always blame the above people/group with no evidence. Then they can be held up as being the smartest of the bunch for being able to be first with the tie in. It should be interesting to read the troll posts on this.

  Now I heard from a close friend that Harry Reed isn’t what he appears to be. No, Harry is actually one of those “Mars Invades!” guys in disguise. A simple dissection will prove if this is true or not. Forget an x-ray, Martians look like us on those, so he has to be cut apart to tell for sure!
