Wild Al Sharpton Segment Involoves Paul Ryan and His Abs

Al Sharpton Says Paul Ryan Has Been Working on His Muscles in Congress, Not the Budget on MSNBC

(Photo: MSNBC)

Rev. Al Sharpton recently took to his MSNBC show “Politics Nation” to launch a unique attack against vice presidential contender Paul Ryan.  While Democrats have thus far been emphasizing the congressman’s “extreme” budget and proposed entitlement reforms, Sharpton argued that Ryan was actually rather inept on Capitol Hill, because he spent all of his time at the gym.

(Related: First Obama Response to Paul Ryan Pick: ‘Radical’ & ‘Extreme’)

“In more than a decade as congressman, only two of Paul Ryan’s bills have become laws!” Sharpton noted with an expressive face. “So what has Paul Ryan been doing all the time he’s been in Congress?”

At this point, the host played a clip of Ryan explaining his vigorous workout routine.

“That’s right!  That’s right!  Paul Ryan’s real work was at the gym.  He’s a fan of grueling the P90X workouts.  The regimen calls for an hour to 90 minutes of circuit training nearly every day… Paul Ryan’s P90X devotion is so well-known, he’s even worked out with the founder of the program, Tony Horton.  And Google says more people have searched for Paul Ryan shirtless than Paul Ryan’s budget.  Paul Ryan’s not a budget guy, he’s a muscle guy!”

Sharpton proudly continued: “Did Paul Ryan really think we’d believe he spent all this time working on a budget, when he’s really been working on his abs?  Nice try, but we got you.”

The clip really must be seen to be believed.  Watch it below, via Townhall:

One commenter wrote of Sharpton’s wild criticism of P90X and Paul Ryan: “He does Saturday Night Live better than Saturday Night Live.”

Townhall’s Greg Hendler admitted: “Alright, I laughed by butt off at the end of this segment.  [Sharpton] really sold it with his look into the camera along with the dramatic point.  Very funny.  Who knows if he believes what he is saying but I enjoyed the entertainment value.”

His only suggestion for the congressman?  Consider switching to Crossfit.

There is nothing that the Rev Al has to say about much of anything that’s worth listening to, and even less that’s worth paying attention to. He should be ashamed of himself, but he has no shame.

I watch that whole clip with my mouth open in disbelief – I will never get that time back and I’m afraid Ryan’s done, because Sharpton said he got ya!

No you racist Sharpton – you got MSNBC – you are going to bring them to their knees and MSNBC is powerless to do anything about it – they can’t get rid of you.

Al give it up, you take from your own culture, always trying to stir them up and give to yourself. I hope the black culture knows this and uses their heads when listening to him, he is saying they will put you back in time, now give me your money.

Really Sharpy? that’s what you come up with? maybe you could learn a thing or two from Ryan… like how to do a push up…or sit ups…or how to balance a budget…or get a real job….

wow, he actually made that claim “not a budget guy” — WOW.

i think it’s safe to say by now that the left is one big saying-on-a-banner. whatever the robots are paid to say at any given time on any given day — they repeat.

we should have an image of them, each w/their own button– perhaps on their forehead sununu style — pushing it when critical analysis is required. we can do this is w/cartoon-of-the-day or the blaze front page — whatever — get it out there.

Al Sharpton was hilarious. The guy cannot speak English correctly and has an IQ of 1. I’m surprised CNN hasn’t grabbed him up to add to their growing list of crap anchors.

You’re giving Sharpton too much IQ. It’s -10.

He did come to NC years ago for I can’t remember what, but he got soundly booed by everyone at the gathering, ALL RACES booed him. The man wouldn’t know the truth if it french kissed him in the middle of Times Square.

Al Sharpton was a fat cow most of his life. He lost the weight and is now a very FLABBY man.

His jealousy of Paul Ryan’s physique is obvious.

Obama spends all his time on the golf course – any Al Sharpton response – NO

Isn’t it nice to know that Ryan has the “guns” to clean up (and throw out) the trash in D.C.?

I was not sure about Romney (although I would vote for him over Obummer any day) but now that Ryan is on the ticket, I am actually excited about this election… Now if only we can get rid of all that nasty voter fraud (which would eliminate nearly 50% of Obama’s votes) and this election is already over…

This only makes my respect for Ryan even greater…

After all, he spends ALL of the time in a gym AND still puts out his own budget that passed, when not 1 demoncrat (spelled as intended) has put forth one that can pass…

If anything, that makes him better than ANY demoncrat on Crapitol Hill…..

He keeps his job not due to performance but rather “affiliation” and “influence.” A couple of quick insights to Sharpton.

      1) He still uses “reverend” so he can go to functions to speak and not pay taxes on his donations. He hasn’t officially renewed his liscense in years and doesn’t even have an actual “reverend’s drivers license” but rather a normal drivers license (yet still claims “reverend” status and collects tax excempt donations). No one questions this because he’s “famous.”

      2) He is and has been a Free Mason for years. This fact got him out of all of those court cases against him and has almost acted as a sort of “Diplomatic immunity” against any prosecution or jail time AND landed him his gig on MSNBC. This is the same affiliation that has kept Bill Ayers out of prison and allowed him to make millions and teach as a professor despite being a domestic terrorist. Don’t believe me? Just spend five minutes searching and watching videos/clips on Al and this subject. See, you cannot be a real Christian and Masonic at the same time because the Masons have rituals not compatible with Christianity. I should know, two of my family members belonged to high ranking Mason sects( one still living).

Note: Al sold his soul. He could have been a good man of positive influence but chose money & fame instead. He’s gone too far now to ever turn back and he knows it. That’s why he always looks so sick because he doesn’t sleep. His cons
