‘Real News’ War Room: Bidenisms Dominate Latest Media Cycle

With new focus on the Paul Ryan announcement Saturday, and a Sarah Palin punchline always right around the corner from the mainstream stream media campaign coverage, Vice President Joe Biden made statements Tuesday reminding the country that he is far from immune to bringing negative attention to his campaign and party.

While speaking in Danville, Virginia, the vice president told a crowd in the city with a 48.6 percent African-American population, that Mitt Romney and the Republicans want to put them “back in chains.” Later on during the same speech, Biden mimicked the sign language translator’s hands while saying he was getting so “fired up” that the translator would have a hard time.

The Romney campaign immediately fired back at the president’s team and Biden for hitting a “new low.”

“After weeks of slanderous and baseless accusations leveled against Gov. Romney, the Obama campaign has reached a new low,” Romney spokeswoman Andrea Saul said. “The comments made by the vice president of the United States are not acceptable in our political discourse and demonstrate yet again that the Obama campaign will say and do anything to win this election.”

Obama’s team has embraced Biden’s statement. During an interview with Andrea Mitchell Wednesday, top Obama campaign aide Stefanie Cutter said the president’s team has “no problem” with Biden’s comments.

What gets me about the latest Biden gaffe– the “chains” comment– is that the room was supposedly full of black people… Biden insulted them and they applauded… I don’t get it.
I am hoping that many of them left the room in anger and disgust and it just wasn’t reported.

Stick a fork in those two and vote for Romney and Ryan!

Pookie picked him for comic relief and to deflect any and all arrows over his real issues of incompetense. Biden would be funny if it weren’t for the fact that idiot is a heartbeat away from being president…”NOW THATS SCARY”!

Biden’s comments aren’t outrageous, they’re illuminating. The one saving grace I find in this clown, is that he seems unable to cloak his true self in a polite, politically correct disguise. Unlike his fellow Democrats, he constantly betrays himself in public.

Shara Palin making a remark about Obama picking up Hillary for Vice President was STUPID.
Apparently she is not the smartest or sharpest tool in the shed. It is like she was not capable of winning so she is trying to knock out Romney.

This is a little off topic but for 4 years i wanted to have someone to tell me why the candidate obama and mrs candidate both of which had law licenses and spent big bucks on their education would give up voluntarily those licenses…before the run even began in ’08 or before…does anyone know why? i have heard that if there is …….. (fill in the blank) going on a lawyer can relinquish the license no questions asked end of story….just has made me curious all the more…i wondered if anyone had gotton to the bottom of the enigma???

  Which country would that be that she is embarrassed for? She sure as heck does not belong in this one for she and her pretend president husband do not belong in this country in Our White House. Who would want to play president in some country they did not like and was embarrassed over. These people belong in jail, along with Biden, Holder, Pelosi, Napolitano and that iranian born Jarrett who is helping Obama make policy. Yes, Valrie Jarrett was born in Iran and she is in the White House with Obama directing his every step.
