MSNBC Host Touré Apologizes for ‘Ni**erization’ Comment: ‘I Could’ve Made My Point Without That Word’

MSNBC host Touré apologized Friday for his use of the n-word the day before, saying he could have made his point without it and that he “muddied the discussion.”
“On yesterday’s show in a discussion about the presidential race, I used a word to make a point. In retrospect, I muddied the discussion by using the n-word,” he said at the beginning of “The Cycle.” “I could’ve made my point without that word. I shouldn’t have used it, and for that I’m sorry.”
Touré is one of the show’s four co-hosts, including TheBlaze’s S.E. Cupp. On Thursday, he accused Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney of “trying to use racial coding and access some really deep stereotypes about the angry black man”: President Barack Obama.
“I know it’s a heavy thing, I don’t say it lightly, but this is ‘ni–erization,’” he said.

You said “Black guy.” They want to throw that word in a gutter too, and make it taboo. Then you will be the racist you seek.

You miss the point. Toure put that term in Mitt Romney’s mouth. I don’t care who uses the N word, but to accuse someone of using it when they haven’t is offensive, immoral, and irresponsible.

Posted on August 17, 2012 at 6:01pmToure’s apology sounded extremely insecure and forced. He said he was remorseful, but he didn’t seem too torn up about any of his views. I believe in 1st amendment rights, but I feel like Toure overstepped those rights when he slandered Romney. What makes this worse to me is that the media are the ones that have the most complete unabridged version of the truth, yet they repeatedly ignore their job by taking things out of context and not valuing the freedoms associated with being an American. That fact that MSNBC didn’t fire him just shows me the lack of exercise of ethical unbiased journalism.

I don’t it.
You’re pretty dim witted.
The only reason you got a job with MSNBC is because you’re black and a radical left wing zealot.
Everybody else has to earn his job.

so since Romney has said NOTHING racial the left has to make up crap using “codes” and “code words” so they can falsely scream RACIST! when time and again the left has shown to be the racists.
I am also getting tired of these people saying whats really on their mind then throwing an insincere apology out there to hide behind. Say what you mean then stand by it so we can see your true colors

Posted on August 17, 2012 at 8:15pmThis new Black Panther is no comparison as the the party I knew as a young man during 1960′s. We still have freedom of speech. I come from a home that you are not judged by your color or religion,by your action I think the word racist by today’s standard is more political. Being prejudices is no longer word. Racism is extreme prejudices and you control that group or person. We should not be judge people by race, color or religion or sexual orientation. The only way going to know someone is good communication . I love talking to that disagree with me.

Posted on August 17, 2012 at 5:07pmReally…I get to comment first. I swear that democrats make me apoplectic. Which is good as my inner spirit really desires to get a cane and whoop the pants off of these filthy dogs. It is my contention that a really good word “niggardly” has been irrevocably bastardized by the left to mean “If’n you disagree with BHObama you are a racist biggot”. These democrats are cultist followers of the BHO branch of theJim Jones Davidians Movement. They have drunk the kool-aid, and are stinking up the air, they just have NOT gasped their final whoop of air and passed into oblivion.
Cults are famous for re-defining words and no amount of putting a dictionary in front of their faces will prevent them from spouting from their emotional core of intestinal liberality. It is the only thing they know to do when their fearless leader has proved to be such a corrupt, inept, phoney-baloney blowhard of a man. The BHO fool is unworthy of their worship but they will never reaxamine their stance as being untenable. I have a word for such as they…PUTZ.

Posted on August 17, 2012 at 5:04pmHe knew exactly what he was doing. He can slide on this because he is black. He accomplished what he wanted along with Biden’s comment about chains. They want to further stirr up the division of the races. Their plan is to make a statement that has a SHOCK value to keep things chaotic and throw people off of what has not been accomplished by the current administration. The important issues are put on hold , everyone is talking about the he said she said BS that has little importance. Like the facts about the last shooter that the main stream media seems to be ignoring. They are hoping and counting on a white nut case like McVey( that by the way they still claim to be from the right.) to pop up which will allow them to enforce gun control, and racial violence. Like that Michele Williams lame appology yesterday. We see them for who they are, we get it now. We have exposed the far left medias lack of reporting fairly. Suddenly CNN is attempting to be fair and balanced. on occassion. They are playing games and Have no intentions of being fair or responsible. Like Williams appology, I do not buy it.
