Middle-Aged White Man at the DNC Laments Having Too Many Middle-Aged White Men at the RNC

During the first official day (Tuesday) of the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, attendees were out in force, eager to speak with TheBlaze and explain why they think their party and president is best suited to lead the country come 2013. A key reason given by some convention-goers is that Democrats represent a diverse spectrum of Americans, whereas Republicans only represent the “wealthy” and white, middle-aged men.

One of the enthusiastic participants who spoke with TheBlaze was Steve Amos, a Vermont resident and candidate for state senate. The impassioned delegate was quick to condemn the Republican Party for its homogeny in comprising too many white, middle-aged men. Ironic, considering he himself is a white, middle-aged man. Amos even suggested that it might not be very “American” to be “just a white.”

After exclaiming that four years under a Romney administration would essentially take the country back to the Stone Age, Amos added that ”Mitt will take us back to a male supremist, sort of, environment.”

“It’s not American, I don’t think, to be just a white. In fact, Caucasians in another generation are going to be a minority in this country.”

When asked by TheBlaze what is wrong, per se, with being white, middle-aged and male, Amos replied that it breeds “exclusivity.” He asserted that Democratic party “truly represents democracy” in America and that “all RNC delegates look alike after a while.”

“We [Democrats] are much more representative of the American people and true democracy in this country.”

Steve Amos, You are pathetic! You are the weaseling, conniving, white man that you hate. What’s wrong with you?!! You’re so full of ‘white-quilt’ bullcrap, you don’t even know who you are. Why don’t you walk the world and apologize for your being ‘white’, it’s clear that you want to.

Stand up and act like a man!!! You’re a product of Feminism. Instead, you cry, “I’m white. I’m white. What can I do? What can I do?” You’re a sorry ass fool, is what you are. And I’ll bet there are plenty of minorities that agree with me about you.

I’m white. God made me white. If my kids want to marry black, I’m fine with it. It’s the content of the heart I’m interested in. We are All Men. All children of God. Created equal. People are people. I give my life to God, loving my neighbor as I love myself. I look for virtue in a man. The intangibles that lift the heart and mind to higher places. We Serve one another. The conservative black man is the backbone of this country. He has gone through the ringer to realize freedom. I look up to him. But that doesn’t mean I have to feel bad that I’m white.

Anybody black out there that can help me here??

When you love and respect your neighbor, in a real way, color shouldn’t mean ‘jack’. With Judgment Day, we are who we are. Loving your brother is above despising yourself.

  That’s a progressive for you. You hate yourself for what you are, you hate your country, you hate people that are the same, so you TRY to be different by wearing outrageous outfits, or acting in a silly way. You hate “the man” and the “establishment,” even though you are part of it. You LOVE anything sophisticated and European, or anything that’s not American, because that is SO boring. You hate sports, even though you ride a bike or jog. You want, very much, to be a minority, and try your best to look like one, with your dread locks and baggy, over-sized pants. Constantly apologizing for being white doesn’t solve ANYTHING… Its actions, and treating everyone FAIRLY that helps amend race relations… Continuing to “baby” black people that only look for a hand-out (not all black people are like this, just many young black youths…) doesn’t help them….   The only REAL minority group that is heavily concentrated in the Republican party versus the Democratic party is the WORKERS and TAXPAYERS.
  
  Similarly, other groups heavily concentrated in the RNC include:
  The fiscally responsible.
  The college educated
  The homeowners
  Married couples
  And non-felons
  …

  In the Navy long ago, I heard a White male Officer lament that he had visited Ohio and said it had no culture. He was speaking from Southern California which in at this period was very diverse compared to the rest of the country. I’m from Ohio and at that somewhat young age I wondered what he was really saying….were we just not cool enough there in Ohio where I grew up or was it something else he was getting at. When I said I was from Ohio he shut up and did not say another word. He would have been shocked to know that I a White male from Ohio with no culture was at that time married to an Asian.
  
  Whites have been innoculated with a sense of White guilt based in part from motion pictures and then on the campuses around this country. I found them doing these things in Westerns of all places and if you’ve noticed which ones they love to rerun, you’ll find they are doing it for a reason…its the message contained there about White supremecy and evil acts against Native Americans of generations past. The liberals in Hollywood feels that we need these constant reminders of who White people came from thus debasing us as people in this country now very much full of diversity.
  
  Pretty soon a White person will truly be considered racist if they in fact marry another White person which in the mind of these people only furthers their suspicions. You can’t make this stuff up! Its going to happen.

  He has been brainwashed into the obsession with race – just like Chris Matthews. He probably lives in an environment where all they do is talk about race. I have been in that Liberal environment as nearly everyone that went to college has and I rejected their obsession. I chose to look at what I believe makes more sense for everyone regardless of race. I chose small government and fiscal responsibility.
  Since I’m in poverty, maybe life would be easier for me if Liberals win. But I won’t pass the buck for the next generation to deal with it out of selfishness. I’ll do the right thing and choose to deal with the debt now. Big government and cronyism only worsens our problems.
  
  Obama only has had only about 43% of the average job growth that Obama did in an equal amount of time and Reagan was able to it with less than 90% of the current population. Obama is obviously a failure.

  It is because we have worked for it. If you spent all day picking berries under the hot sun,and some guy who spent the day sitting in the shade came up and took your berries you would be upset as well. Even worse if this scenario was repeated over and over. You would probably give up picking berries and sit in the shade, waiting for some sucker to pick them, just for you to take them from him at the end of the day.

  They mean privileges, but it would sound not too good, so they call it “rights”.
  
  The intent is to increase the level of distrust between men and women, which leads to more pronounced breakdown of the traditional family.
  
  Ultimately, the intent is to gain a better hold of the offspring by the state, to facilitate more thorough indoctrination.

  I won’t even let someone who wants to be prefect cut my grass, let alone want them to touch me on the shoulder. That’s why many youth now won’t even get off their rear-ends, because they think they are perfect – no need to. And they also won’t do anything, because they might think themselves imperfect, which of course they won’t – because they will think the environment or job they have just wasn’t created to handle their perfection.

  Even if he wasn’t born on American soil (and I’m not advocating either way, I wasn’t there) , his mother was an American citizen. If she were in the military and Obama was born in a German hospital while she on active duty, this would be a non-issue. You will not change a single vote by pushing this reasoning.

Green energy supplier, Solyndra, was famously given at least $535 million in government loans to produce solar energy panels, but later had to file bankruptcy.
Solyndra was led by Tulsa Billionaire George Kaiser, a key Obama fundraiser who donated $53,500 to the president’s election campaign, and raised between $50,000 and $100,000 for the same cause.
The Solyndra workers on unemployment received bonus payments of $13,000 each due to a trade law, in addition to their unemployment compensation.
As reported by CBS, Solyndra was recently caught on film destroying millions in parts.
Solyndra was a relatively minor recipient of green energy loans and subsidies. As reported by the NY Times, NRG Energy received nearly $1.6 billion to provide solar energy to about 100,000 homes. As the article points out, green energy companies can receive cash grants of up to 30% of a project up front instead of taking tax breaks in the future. This would mean NRG Energy can get a $430 million “bonus” after the project is completed.
According to the Department of Energy, “clean energy” loans total over $35 billion, producing just 62,500 jobs. That calculates to $565,000 per job.

Why don’t the Democrats get off the damn Race Theme. It is the Democrats who keep pushing this Race Division in this Country. The Republicans don’t even bring this subject up unless confronted by the Democrats. LOOK AT THE DEMOCRATS HISTORY!!! (Especially in the 1950′s & 1960′s) Most of the Civil Rights Acts passed by Congress were passed by Republicans, and OPPOSED by Democrats!!!!

Hey – remember this one?

President Obama takes over two of three top U.S. automakers GM & Chrysler.
Obama essentially fires GM CEO Rick Wagoner.
Obama replaces the previous GM CEO with “Auto Czar” Steve Rattner, who had no experience in the automobile industry.
Steven Rattner was appointed (without Senate confirmation) while he was under SEC investigation in NY for illegal kickbacks in exchange for pensions fraud.
Obama deprives GM bondholders of their rightful compensation in order to maintain perquisites for United Auto Workers, which drove the company into bankruptcy to begin with. This is in violation of Article 1: Section 8 clause on uniform bankruptcies.
Despite being called a “success,” at least 16,500 jobs were lost due to GM and Chrysler plant closures.
Dealerships contracted with GM & Chrysler all over the country were shut down. Evidence suggests that Democrat-donating dealers were rescued from shutdowns.
Obama’s touted “cash for clunkers” program was a fiasco that led to program mismanagement, taxpayer subsidized waste, and a temporary boost leading to original purchase levels.

Obama will claim that GM beat Toyota during a certain period – but remember that there was this little thing called a TSUNAMI that shut down their production for quite a while. —

All HAIL OBAMA — such a wonderful guy.
