The Last Worship Synagogue In Egypt Is Closed (at Least Temporarily)

News outlets across the Middle East are reporting that Egyptian authorities have closed down the last operating synagogue in Egypt — at least temporarily.

This year, Jews in Egypt will have no place to mark the High Holidays, Rosh Hashanah, and Yom Kippur. Daniel Greenfield of Frontpage Magazine claims the Egyptian government closed the remaining house of worship due to “security” issues. YNetNews has more:

The decision was delivered to Rabbi Avraham Dayan, an Israeli of Egyptian descent and the former rabbi of Alexandria, who every year organizes a quorum of volunteers from Israel and other countries to pray at the ancient synagogue on the High Holidays.

Rabbi Dayan told Ynet, “We are trying to organize a quorum, but because of the security-related situation we’re not really succeeding. We are still in touch with the Egyptian security organizations and are trying to make some progress…” [...]

According to the rabbi, the decision to prevent the quorum has nothing to do with the Muslim Brotherhood’s rise to power in Egypt. He said he had spoken to the leader of the Jewish community in Alexandria, who expressed his fear that worshippers would be targeted.

“Of course I’m disappointed,” said Rabbi Dayan. “Everything was ready, and now we’re forced to cancel. But we are preparing for any change, and if that happens – we’ll leave for the synagogue.”

There are synagogues in the country, but they are tourist attractions and archeological sites — not necessarily houses of actual worship. As this elimination of the last operating synagogue in Egypt is happening, TheBlaze is reporting that the U.S. government is close to a deal to forgive $1 billion dollars in loans to Egypt.

Why is this happening? The NY Times says, “it is intended to bolster [the country's] transition to democracy.” Apparently that “democracy” mentioned in the Times article does not allow Jews to worship as they see fit.

In the last four decades, the Jewish population in Egypt has dropped significantly. Where there were once tens of thousands of Jews, there are now reportedly fewer than twenty. How bad is it for Jews still living in Egypt?

Fits the existing narrative. Over 800K Arabic-speaking Jews were thrown out of their homes and countries in the 1940s. More of them were displaced after being robbed by the state than Arabs who were involuntarily pushed out and voluntarily left the nascent state of Israel.

Muslims are more of a danger than communism was during the ‘soviet’ years. They are a danger to everyone who is not Muslim. In Egypt, after the Jews have disappeared they will concentrate on the Christians who are a much bigger group. They have no sympathy, no tolerance, no concept of forgiveness, and no pity. They kill and behead and even kill their own children. We must meet them with the same hardness they present to us. Radial Muslim are a great danger.

This is actually a pretty funny and scary thing. The Progressives think their using the Muslums to destroy Conservatives yet fail to realize that the Muslums are the most Conservative of all. If you use the Progressive definition of what a Conservative is. Yet the Muslums know what their doing and I’m sure you Progressives are at the top of their list. Even in their own words they tell you what they want to conform people to, and even Christians and Jews are seen in their eyes as more than you. Maybe you should watch what they practice and see how that conforms to what you believe. Maybe you should stop trying to destroy one you claim a foe by selling your soul to the one willing to destroy you. Or are you so misguided that you won’t even realize how wrong you were when the carnage erupts. Of course you are. It will always be someone elses fault now, won’t it.

It would appear that the Obama/Clinton strategies are bearing fruit. Now that the synagogue is being shut down for supposed security reasons due to the fact that The terrorist group the Muslim Brotherhood is in power and the government itself promotes their hatred of all religions accept for the ” CULT Of ISLAM”. The Obama/Clinton plan of forgiving more than a billion dollars in debt seems to endorse the Racist Hate filled Egyptian authority. Cannot wait until the radical Brotherhood and it’s associates start destroying the incredible artifacts of Egypt. I imagine that will be worth a few more billion American tax dollars.

War is almost at hand, what needs to be watched for is when the purges are allowed to begin within egypt to ‘cleanse the land of infidels’ (i.e. Christians and Jewish people).

At best, we will see a limited war break out between Israel and Iran/Hamas in Lebanon/Egypt and possibly with Jordan, though there is a chance they will come to aid the Israeli forces indirectly.

Watch for PM Malachi of Iraq for the beginnings of ‘a arab united front’ or such ‘agaisnt the zionist regime.’ Also look for any key plans of Obamas mention of an intervention into the area; he would love nothing more than to crush Israel once and for all.
