Former Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm Goes Wild for Obama at DNC

Former Michigan Governor and CurrentTV host Jennifer Granholm pumped up the Democratic National Convention crowd Thursday, giving an energetic and impassioned speech touting the number of jobs President Obama “saved” with the auto bailout.

She yelled, she pumped her fist and flailed her arms all about as she went on a pro-Obama tirade that was almost reminiscent of Howard Dean’s infamous outburst during his 2008 presidential run. The former Michigan governor went through an extensive state-by-state list of how many jobs Obama saved by bailing out the auto industry.

“America, let’s rev our engines! In your car and on your ballot, the ‘D’ is for drive forward, and the ‘R’ is for reverse. And in this election, we’re driving forward, not back. Let’s re-elect our great president, Barack Obama,” Granhold said.

The the Unions, wow they got so greedy they managed to secretly unionize parental healthcare providers that receive funds from the state to help take care of their invalid child, they now have to pay Union dues! All and Many Many other sweat deals for the Unions, it’s all ok if you’re in a union otherwise sucks to be U.

  BTW, in bankruptcy, the tax loss-carryforwards of the dissolved corp dissappear. Not so with GM, $45 billion in lost tax revenue to be made-up by the muddle class was quietly allowed BY THE IRS (yeah, right – they did this on their own.)
  
  BTW2, this was also done for other preferred gov’t bailout recipients.
  
  BUt this is OK, because the o-bots have neither a care nor a concern for corporate welfare.

  Not only that, but she said Barak was the only one that helped the auto industry. Not true. The auto bailout started with GW Bush. Obama altered and expanded parts of it. But, because GW Bush started it, I guess the Dems *really* want to forget that part. Then again, the auto industry should have never been bailed out at tax payer expense, no matter which President signed on the dotted line to make it happen.

  Because Obama is the one who picked the winners and the losers. Remember the non union dealerships he closed. Remember your neighbor who bought a car using “cash for clunkers? So while all these UAW people sit up there and brag, remember who is going to pay the bills we get from China.
  Remember the used car dealers that have less to sell because they crushed perfectly good cars that non UAW people usually buy. Most of all pause and remember the unemployed who had this shoved in their face this week. Also, did you see many SEIU signs being waved around? Could it be because Obama couldn’t help protect the Government workers Unions from the American People (union or not) who have awaken and are now supporting their Republican Governors who are working to save our country. Jennifer Granholm wants the country to rev it’s engine and ‘d’ – drive it over the proverbial cliff. Sounds like a great liberal move in the tradition of Granholm. The car is stuck in the sand and she wants to have it fully crash and burn. After it’s all distroyed, It’ll of course be Bush’s fault, as she inconspicuously tiptoes away from the wreck . The R stands for reverse as in reverse the car, turn it around and get it back on the road, head for the Amercan autobahn and let er rip. She’s not only delusitional, she’s nuts. She probably even see’s little green men lurking around her bedroom at night and thinks they are there because they want her. Sure! They are there because she’s nuts.

The thug-in-chief didn’t save the auto industry…he saved his union thugs with taxpayer monies, and screwed the American people and the stockholders as well as putting many Republican dealerships out of business. Jobs were sent overseas. You’d think the union thugs would be upset about that, but they are suffering from libbyazz logic disease. What this thug-in-chief did was a lousy deal to the citizens, but you are too braindead to admit the truth.   As did myself and my son .. luckily it was before the housing collapse but on the other hand the house was in Michigan so it wasn’t worth what it would have been almost anywhere else. What is left in Michigan? …what is left of the Unions and welfare people … other than that low paying jobs where people are barely if that getting by. PEOPLE YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR FUTURE UNDER A SECOND OBAMA TERM >>> look no farther than what Granholm and Progessives have done to Michigan .. a Republican governor is trying to put it on a better path and being fought every step of the way by the unions and welfare people… a large chunk of the state .. amazing that he got elected at all.

  i am a Democratic and live near flint which was destroy by GM and Grandholm, im still here and my husband is a welder by trade and when GM went down here so did the welding companies,he is now back to work but not near our home we have to drive 30 mins away in which i have to drive him because he had some medical problems this year and can not drive for a few months,with the gas prices now it cost us 80.00 dollars a week,we have three kids and some weeks its hard to get by but we would rather do this then do nothing .thanks obama but no thanks for 4 more years,i am now voting Rommey,maybe someone like him can bring some jobs back to flint.

Regardless, I know the car is going off the cliff but I’m still very much in shock: A depression? Really? Maybe I should Google “The Great Depression” and read up on how people survived that because I really can’t picture how life will be in the next 5, 10, or 20 years down the road. It’s f-ing hard to be optimistic these days!!!

Jennefer Granholm allowed the SEIU to collect dues from people in MI that are colecting state aid for taking care of their disabled children AT HOME they do not belong or work for the union, this was stealing money from people and she knew it but wanted to give SEIU more money for votes so they made sure she was elected again that is how unions work, GREED<COURPTION and lies, typical democrates at work 32 million and counting stealing money from poor people for just wanting to take care of their children AT HOME
