Not surprisingly, Greece’s neo-nazi political party “Golden Dawn” has become increasingly violent since winning a shocking number of the country’s parliament seats earlier this year.

Running on an anti-immigrant platform, international reports indicate the group has become less of a political party and more of an organized gang.

The U.K. Guardian writes:

…they are not a party at all: they are acting like a gang of criminal thugs, and it should not be beyond the pale to declare their organisation as such.

“We feel disgusted in the parliament,” said their leader, Nikos Mihaloliakos, in a speech to his followers on 25 August. “If they want us to, we can abandon it at any given moment and take to the streets. There, they shall see what the Golden Dawn is really about, they will see what battle means, they will see what struggle means, they will see what bayonets sharpened every night mean“. Holding torches, they shouted “blood, honour, Golden Dawn” – a direct translation from the German “Blut und Ehre”, the motto once carried by the Nazi SA.“It’s you who are our Storm Detachments (Sturmabteilung). Let them come after you!” he continued, in his usual Nazi-inspired terms. Singing their official hymn “Raise the flags high” – again, a direct translation of the Nazi stormtroopers hymn “Die fachne hoch” – young men and women call for open, violent conflict both with the state and with any opponents on the ground. [Emphasis added]

In the most recent example of Golden Dawn’s brazen violence, the party released a video of its members destroying the stands of immigrant workers in the city of Rafina, near Athens, Friday night. It didn’t appear that they waited until the area was deserted– rather, they simply appeared to be unchallenged, and marched through the streets in a symbol of power after the attack.

To be fair, however, the neo-Nazis appeared to descend en masse, and it is unlikely that a solitary protester could have prevented the damage.

Apparently the subsequent march was dedicated to the Virgin Mary, and at least two police deputies joined in, saying they felt it was their duty to step in where the rest of the police force failed.

Greek media relates:

According to ministry sources, the deputies could be charged with usurping authority and damaging property.

Meanwhile, the party vowed to continue raids targeting migrant street traders without permits. A statement posted on the Golden Dawn website said raids would continue across the country, until authorities “decide to do their job and stop encouraging illegality.”

Business Insider simply writes: “Welcome to a society that’s been pushed to its breaking point.”

The Golden Dawn party is not a Nazi party. I have heard the leaders of the Golden Dawn party say it themselves many times. They are not Nazi but that is what the Leftists traitors want to label them to try to discredit their movement. What they are is patriotic citizens that are tired of their country being sold out to foreigners and overrun with illegals while they are left bankrupt and hopeless while greedy foreigners steal what little they have left. If only their was a Golden Dawn party in America. Americans have to start getting fierce to stop the illegals and their supporters and futhermore the insane immigration policies of this country that continues to allow millions more foreigners to steal America from us to take it for their own home countries. We have been sold out to the thieving Chinese, the Mexican illegals and the Islamist Arabs people. We must do everything in our power to hinder their plan to prosper and expand in this country. Only support locals and boycott everything else. Do everything you can to drive out these unwanted foreigner invaders even if it means sabotage. It may not sound nice, but your future is at stake in this battle or else you will be left in the hands of hordes of American hating foreigners who have conquered your own country. What will you do then? Golden Dawn has it right!

  Yeah, I’m sort of surprised. I doubt they would receive any sympathy though if the people they were harassing were legal citizens. I am under the belief that 99% of the time people don’t need to be violent and hateful. It should be 100% of the time but I’m never 100% on much of anything anymore.

In 1986 I was also in Israel, I didn’t see any African’s but after living with African’s in Brasil and in America I wasn’t looking for them either.
If you look at cities that have taken in large number’s of the “beauty of diversity” like Miami that back in the1970′s took in 100,000+ Cubans then add African’s from Haiti, what do you get – high crime.
Isreal doesn’t take in large numbers of the unmenschlich.

It’s nice to see proud Greek nationalists stand up for their country, who if they don’t fight back, will be over-ran by Islam.

At least the Greeks have balls. The rest of the Judeo/Christian Greco-Roman, Eurpopean countries, and America as well, are a bunch of pansies. Here in America, Muslims have already taken over one city, comprising 90% of the population of Dearborne, MI. Along with the Mexicans and other Latinos, America is under assault from ever side. Once the Mexicans get control, the’ll have it for awhile, until the Muslims out-reproduce them, and then America will once and for all become a Islamic caliphate.

When I visited Israel in the late 90′s there was an influx of black African Jews who traced a portion of their lineage to ancient Israel. From everything I saw, Israel welcomed them along with the Jewish immigrants from other countries. Some of this immigration to Israel was from pure desire as those who came from the USA. Some of it was at least in part, to escape the increasing persecution in other countries such as Russia.
The citizens within Israels border include a substantial Arabic population who share the same rights of citizenship as the those of Jewish lineage.
As with much of the world, Israel has both conservatives and liberals, and the strife as a result of it.

Golden Dawn members are NOT “Nazi’s” What they ARE is patriotic Greeks fed up with their Left-wing Socialist government. Greece’s Liberal policies which include allowing ILLEGAL ALIENS to work and thrive while law abiding citizens suffer high unemployment and inflation. I commend the Golden Dawn members for taking a stand, if only we could do the same here in the USA to the Mestizo hordes who have crossed our southern border ILLEGALLY without fear of being vilified by the media or persecuted and prosecuted for supposed “Hate Crimes” by U.S. Atty Gen Eric “The Red Menace” Holder and his Marxist minions in the In-Justice Deptartment.

  I agree. This group is sick of foreigners overtaking their country so they can sponge off of them like a parasite. Remember that Greek Olympian who wasn’t being “politically correct” and commented about all the Africans in Greece? What you have are countries that are/were better off, they became socialists and then overtaken by 3rd world immigrants to go on their welfare rolls. Socialism doesn’t work, communism doesn’t work either. If you want to let in a few skilled workers that’s one thing, but they are letting in “dead weight” to just bring down their economy. Their economic situation is a result of their liberalism and opening their flood gates to foreigners. The same thing is happening to America as well. And what’s the root cause of all this?   @DOVNDCE, you must be a Ron Paul supporter that’s very “Patriotic”…..and when I say “Patriotic” I mean “White Power,” “Fascist,” and basically everything having to do with all things white. Yes, Ron Paul knows all about employing and taking campaign contributions from Neo-Nazi groups – they’ve been some of his biggest supporters. I’m just curious if that video was a preview of what will happen over here soon. Basically, break the law and bend and violate the Constitution to see that the Constitution is upheld?   I’m proud of being white but that doesn’t mean I have to look down on the other races. Don’t get me wrong illegal immigration is killing America, but many came here legally and work very hard to achieve the same things we do. The problem is illegal people have more rights than citizens anymore. They are talking about extraditing Brian Terry’s killer they just arrested to America, this worries me because if something goes wrong in trying him, he will most likely stay here. So many illegals commit crimes here then get released to the population because their counties won’t take them back. That is Americas downfall, not the people who come legally, assimilate, and work hard for the freedoms we all love. They’re a tons of whites that have become lazy parasites too, don’t bunch everyone into one group till you know their character.

  The immigrants in the story are muslims. Turkey is aiding muslim illegal immigrants into Greece. Turkey had agreed to take back illegal immigrants from Greece, but last year Greece arrested over 55,000 illegals and Turkey agreed to take back only 730. This has caused considerable resentment across all strata of Greek society.
  
  While arresting some muslim illegals, a policeman ripped up a koran. Violent riots followed, predictably enough, and apologies were demanded of the Greek government. More resentment.
  
  For the most part, illegals are young Algerians and Morrocans escaping the situation in their homeland, which is pretty grim. Unfortunately, Greece is suffering from economic collapse, a problem of their own making, and they don’t want any more muslims, who are known for their intolerance to Greek culture, competing for work.
  
  This is an ideal environment for a nazi-style movement to take hold. They are winning increasing support from worried and desperate working-class Greeks. Golden Dawn does not shrink from violence either, but it is easier to highlight their extremism than to look at the cause.
  
  This is a tough problem that, along with their dire economic woes, the Greeks show little inclination to confront forthrightly.

  Also, I feel compelled to observe that perhaps the Greeks should get off their backsides and take a lesson from the muslim’s example.
  
  I am not one who is inclined to defend muslims, but it seems to me that, in that clip at least, the muslims were working hard, and at night, trying to make a dollar. I understand Greek resentment, but that attack seemed entirely unprovoked.
  
  Perhaps they should start working at occupations that they have so far contemptuously left to immigrants…

  Please tell me what laws are they breaking by tearing down illegal stands from illegal foreigners that have invaded their country? You are one of those people aren’t you. Support the illegal foreign criminal and all his crimes but the law abiding citizen can’t do anything but sit down and accept it even if his government won’t do anything about it. That is nonsense, if your government does not enforce the law that is putting it’s citizens in danger and allowing an act of war to take place in the country by allowing a foreign invasion then a government which is by the people and for the people must take things into their own hands.

  What’s the difference between a left-wing socialist government and a left-wing fascist government? Answer: None. The only difference is who is wielding the absolute power of government and how they choose to use it. Hitler and Stalin governed identically in terms of means with only their goals differing. Both had absolute power to write laws, declare war, suspend liberties, and murder anyone who opposed them. To say one was justified is to preach that the ends justify the means. Regardless of what Golden Dawn seeks to accomplish the way they are planning to achieve their goals is evil. They don’t want to reform their government system, they want to control it for themselves so that they can be the ones imposing their will instead of the socialists.

England, France, Spain; all under the carpet of diversity and multiculturalism and the countries are all failing. It’s been the longest period of peace in Europe since the days of the Roman Empire. Historicly they are thirty years over due. Unlike the last two European wars the United States is in no shape to supply Europe with money arms and men. The Chinese have hooked their wagon to tightly to both the Europeans and The Unites States. The Chinese Whan is tied to the dollar in value to keep Chinese exports cheap and backed by western debt so they have no real money. The only ones with real money (they hold tons and tons of gold) are the middle eastern oil states and they are not going to lend a dime to either the Europeans or the U.S.

Greece today, Spain tomorrow, Italy next week, the Germans reluctantly attempting to hold everybody else’s heads above water. The European Central Bank announcing massive quantitative easing in order to south the U.S. markets until November. Obama telling small business people go to……the government allowed you to build your business. The delegates at the Charlotte convention booing God and Israel while calling for a ban on profits. The budget sequester getting ready to shutter the military.

They wonder why firearm sales are through the roof? I’m sleeping with my M-4.

Another WW would IMHO wipe out all of the Western Banks and large percentage of the Eastern ones in one fell swoop because that WW would tank the world’s economy causing a global run on said banks. The world’s economies have never been so interdependent before, in a way as answer to the previous WW’s fought, the thinking behind that being that making former enemies peacetime well being tied to the lot of all other large nations welll being…If one fell then we all fall. Up until the last 3 decades that strategy was working fairly well…that is until the left and liberals started to spend money we did not have and to make promises we could not keep. The EU and Europe were ahead of us in this game and they are now on the verge of collapse because of it…The US is not far behind the EU if it keeps up the current pace. Who prey tell of the Banking industry will be able to bail out the US and EU ? No one and thta point should be clear to anyone by now…Another WW will not save us or them.

Running stories about “no mas”, birther jokes, bill maher, and athens – meanwhile, Mitt Romney is here in Virginia talking about how the government should not be cutting spending. What a joke. And Mitt Romney is also saying the last budget deal (which barely cut any spending) was too drastic. WAKE UP

  That’s the media’s job. Get rid of the candidate that would challenge the status quo and cover up for their internationalist authoritarian statists. GB got 100 million smackers to keep the religious right pacified and prepare us for another BS war. I suspect the NWO folks are holding something over his head or have paid him off to be quiet and tote the party line. Wouldn’t you like to have been a fly on the wall during that meeting with the Soros people that seemed to transform him overnight?   never once have i EVER heard Mitt Romney talk about the debt ceiling. Actually, when all the buzz was going on last fall and this spring, Mitt Romney did not offer a SINGLE detail about what he would have done differently from the republican standpoint

  Too late to talk about it after it’s a done deal and might have undermined the negotiations. But ‘shrinking’ the government even just by freezing and reallocating current spending levels while maintaining the military priority and growing the private sector with govt reform seems to be Romney’s solution. What many people don’t realize is that govt. considers a freeze in spending to be a massive cut in projected increases, and that is how the left has been selling it for decades.
