Rush Limbaugh Suggests Obama Could Be Responsible for Libya Deaths

During his radio show on Wednesday, Rush Limbaugh said “if we’re gonna accept this notion that hurt feelings inspire terrorism” then maybe President Obama’s constant “bragging” about killing Osama bin Laden led to the attacks on the U.S. embassy in Libya. The violent assault left a U.S. ambassador and three other Americans dead on Tuesday.

Limbaugh took a call from a listener who presented the following question: “If the Obama administration is so concerned about not hurting the feelings of these terrorists, then why are they constantly spiking the ball about killing bin Laden?”

“You know, that is a great question,” the host replied. “If we’re so concerned about hurting the feelings of Muslims, why is Obama bragging that he killed Osama so often. That’s a fascinating question. Yeah, in fact, their campaign slogan is ‘GM’s alive and Osama’s dead,’ or something like that. They’re ramming it down the throats of Islamists all over the world. In fact, in Egypt at the embassy yesterday, the protesters were all shouting, ‘We’re all Osamas, Obama. We’re all Osamas, Obama.’”

He added that “if we’re gonna accept this notion that hurt feelings inspire terrorism, then maybe Obama is responsible for this, and ultimately maybe the blame falls to him.” Limbaugh appeared to be reacting to recent claims that the filmmaker of an anti-Muslim film is to blame for the attack, seemingly deflecting blame from the Islamists who are responsible for killing innocent Americans.

“You think they watched the Democrat convention? You think they saw ‘Plugs’ Biden up there going on and on about how Osama’s dead? This could be the Obama bounce. The media was looking for the Obama bounce, and we found it, the attack on our embassy in Cairo,” Limbaugh said, pausing before adding, “The real Obama bounce.”

Later in the program he reiterated that if the U.S. embassy is going to apologize for “hurting people’s feelings” then Obama falls into the same category for his constant boasting about killing the al-Qaeda chief.

“We’re all Osamas, Obama. There are millions of us, Obama. There are millions of Osamas, Obama. We’re all Osamas. And our embassy puts outs this whole thing about hurting people’s feelings, and that’s right. Obama’s spiking the football and ramming it down their throats every day about having killed their messiah, Osama Bin Laden,” Limbaugh concluded.

Where were the Marines that guard our embassies? Were they removed by the current administration which might have thought they would look too militant?

How can we stop our government for giving Egypt and Libya any more money? They hate us. Don’t give them our tax money!

  During the Clinton administration they made a rule for people in the intelligence world that they couldn’t use any paid informants that had criminal pasts. Like the people who were involved in that kind of stuff would have sterling characters? This and other ridiculous rules that made it impossible to conduct intelligence gathering are probably nothing compared to what they are asking our people in difficult situations to do. They just started letting our soldiers in Afghanistan carry loaded guns all the time to stop them from being murdered by their supposed allies.
  Heaven knows what kind of silly rules they have given these people have given to the Marines who are there to guard our diplomatic posts.
  Is it any wonder that the suicide rate of soldiers is so high?
  They are attacking Romney and blaming this on other things when it is their foreign policy and their support of the stupid Arab Spring (Now Winter) that is to blame. But not to this bunch. It’s always someone else’s fault.

  I find it interesting that those here blame President Obama rather than the terrorists for this violence. I guess you also blame Bush rather than Al Qaeda for 9-11?   Hey, why is it nobody criticized Bush in the hours, or days, or months following 9-11, but Romney thought it would be awesome to do so (to get elected) without first talking about the dead? Same reason he didn’t mention the Americans serving overseas at the RNC? Same reason he said nothing about foreign policy?

  The Marines guard EMBASSIES this was a consulate office. The Embassy is in Tripoli, Libya and NOT Benghazi, Libya. The Consulate office security was less and private contract. The ambassador must have had a FALSE sense of security. The majority of Libyans want to get on with their lives and Stevens eben said how they were happy that Americans, English and French were there to help in the transition. The “Government Stupid” loves to focus on NAMES like Al Queda but they just do NOT GET IT !! The enemies name is JIHADIST and that comes from the KORAN !!!! We are in a WORLDWIDE war with NO borders.   I’ve been to consulate office across Europe that were guarded by Marines. There was a report that the two Marines that were killed with the Ambassador were specifically brought in to guard him on 9/11 and that they were not part of a normal garrison. Unfortunately they were betrayed by the local security the State Department outsourced to.
  
  I sincerely hope that you are right that the full blown Embassies in the Arab World are still defended by Marines, although I question this because of what happened in Cairo and Yemen.

  So that means what? You saw some marines guarding some consulates. This one was not. It had private security. That was one of the individuals who were killed. A former SEAL.
  
  Besides, it looks like they are taking bullets away from the security. They wouldn’t let the Marines in Cairo carry “live ammo” (as apposed to blanks or something?)
  
  Embassies are always defended by Marines. To my knowledge their isn’t a single one in the world that doesn’t have Marines stationed there.

  Their weapons were not loaded. They were under orders to NOT carry weapons with live ammunition. This whole thing was obviously an Al Qaeda operation, using the movie and the preacher just to whip up the mobs. The biggest mistake that carries with it grave consequences is that most of us Americans think of them in terms of us. We try to transpose our values, morals and expectations on them.

THE FACT IS – THEY ARE NOT LIKE US. PERIOD AND FULL STOP.

Therefore, methods that work for us do not work for them.

How many more of our boys need to die needlessly, so the likes of Obama feel righteous, before we realize that?

I do not think it was all Rush Limbaugh. Well before Rush Limbaugh spoke of the thought this guy on facebook http://www.facebook.com/mobileprotection#!/pages/NJSLEA/241108322014 posted the idea. This guy is President of NJSLEA a pro Israeli-pro American organization. He is also a talk show host and runs several websites; http://www.bestofmandel.com I believe Rush recieved the thought from a caller who read it on Facebook. Let’s give credit too Rush to bring it too his 20 milliion listeners, but the reality is it was posted on Facebook at NJSLEA first. Everyone should “Like” this guys page.

  The-jerk, I do not understand the hatred for the Jews, and or the lack of compassion. The authoritative control over the land of Israel rests with the Hebrews / Israelis and it is the only Republic within the region. There are over 1 million arabs living within Israel peacefully and under the authority of Israeli laws. The country of Israel is the only peaceful piece of land within the middle east which encompasses over 8 million square miles of land and 35 countries, yet, one country which amounts to less than 100 square miles is the problem, the enemy. This is naiveness and in some cases ignorance by many living within America. The Hebrew God declared a covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and continues to honor the covenant on a daily basis. ‘Those who bless Israel shall be blessed, those who curse Israel shall be cursed” America has been cursing Israel under the leadership of Obama and will continue to be judged for this position.

Obama is responsible. The State Department put out an appaling statement of blame after the attack on our consulate in Egypt suggesting that it was the fault of the Coptic Christians that these muslim PIGS were incited to riot and attack our consulate- supposedly for insulting their so-called prophet Muhammad.The State Department does not put out statements without the approval of the White House. By the way, there is nothing GOOD about Muhammad. He needs to be the focus of derision, not praise. Muhammad was a muderous, pedophillic PIG who slaughtered the innocent for his own personal political gain. He was an evil pedophile who consummated his marriage to Aisha bint Abu Bakr when she was NINE YEARS OLD! You can find no good in a man who would rape a child. You can find no good in a man who would murder innocent people for his own personal gain. You can find no good in a man who would call for the beheading of ALL OF US. Emboldened, these other muslim PIGS in Lybia attacked and murdered our Ambassador and three other innocent Americans. The outrage should have been clearly expressed after the incident in Egypt. That failure led to the deaths- direct responsibility for muslim-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama!

  Why should Muslims go after Plugs? He and Barry are a couple of Muslim’s greatest allies. It might not seem like it to the average muslim.   I sure did not see the republicans doing too much to stop him. Have you? They have not stopped any of the funding for the covert weapons and financial aid given to the Egyptian and Libyan rebels. They have not stopped the tank sale to Egypt. They opened up the ability of the Libyan rebels to confiscate weapons and artillery which are now being smuggled to Algeria. 99.5% of the members of Congress have said nothing except praise for the Arab Spring and the democratic utopia that was coming in the near future.
  
  McCain, Graham and many others were strong supporters for the overthrow of Mubarak and Gaddafi. The same gang of RINO’s are calling for and supporting the terrorist rebels in Syria (they are not innocent Syrian citizens fighting for democracy,contrary to what our liar gov’t says) which will be the next destabilized country in the middle east. The condition of every one of these countries, and let us not forget the instability in Iraq and Afghanistan have not made this world safer. On the contrary, our government’s actions from the halls of the Pentagon, State Dept, Congress and TOTUS have made the world a much more dangerous place. The blood of the ambassador and his three staff members together with all of our fallen and injured military are on their hands. Not to mention the loss of American citizens civil liberties since 9/11. There will be a special place in hell for all of them.

  TRILO I’m no fan of RINOS in our government,the R’s and the D’s both have spent us to this point and I’m for any politician that governs within the bounds of the constitution. I have never seen a politician like Barry,he simply has bad intentions for this country with his anti-capitalism anti-American policies,his expansion of the welfare state and putting known members of the MB at high levels of our government,he’s a disgrace to the office.
